Location: Right cross Rhythm Arena, can't get more convenient for my purposes. Also pretty near local MRT and a really big park. Cleanliness: Nooks and crannies are dusty, the corners and hard to reach places were not properly cleaned and maintained. But at least the bed and the floor are clean. Service: Great from what I've seen, even when one day I left my room at 4pm, a cleaning aunty still showed up asked if I need my room cleaned when I was suppose to indicate to them before 3pm. Facilities: Can't comment much as I didn't explore around their facilities, but the hotel is situated in a tall building with a cafe at the ground floor/reception, seems pretty cool.

This is a nice hotel considering its price and value for money, the location is close to MRT station and walking distance from good food.

Super close to the subway station. The king-size bed was incredibly spacious, making for a very comfortable stay!

The service was nothing special. My overall stay was less than 12 hours, but the cleanliness was quite poor. The 'windows' were just two tiny, drilled openings (I couldn't understand the architectural rationale behind creating windows by drilling holes when the building was constructed).

Simple room, simple bed, however, with poor sound insulation, can clearly hear the sound of making out in the next room.

Good quality vs price. Location was great. MTR station close by.
