Shotenkyo ★★★
"Very good 👌 Very good 👌"
Hekisui Gyoen ★★★★
"The facade is unremarkable. As soon as you enter the check-in auditorium, you will be deeply attracted by the view of the large glass and leave a very good impression. You can also see a deer grazing in the Japanese garden outside the window. The lobby is generally very comfortable. The room I stayed in is a Japanese mixed Western style. It is comfortable, but the wardrobe is behind the bed. It is a bit difficult to get in and out of clothes. The view of the open-air hot spring is a little thinner. The dinner is a full crab feast, which is very plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend it, but it is a bit more expensive when viewing cherry blossoms in the peak season."
LiVEMAX RESORT KYOTANGO SEA FRONT ★★★
"The receptionist and the staff at the restaurant were very kind. If you go by car, there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which is convenient."
Resorpia Kumihama ★★★
"It was a very clean hotel. The breakfast was very generous in portion size."
Kissuien Stay&Food ★★
"Overall, the hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet in particular had a wide variety of healthy foods, and everything was delicious, but the white rice was especially tasty and I was very satisfied. However, there were only four showers in the large public bath, and it was crowded at certain times, so I had to wait in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient."
Livemax Resort Yuhigaura Kitu Onsen ★★★★
"We stayed in a trailer room for two people. We went to the hotel from Yuhigaura-Kitsu Onsen Station on the Kyotango Railway. As we approached the station, we could easily spot the hotel from the train, and it was conveniently located just a short walk away. The underfloor heating and humidifier made for a comfortable stay. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was a tight squeeze for two people; it would be perfect for one person. There were instructions in the room on how to use the sofa bed, which was helpful. When using the sofa as a bed, the center table got in the way, making the room feel cramped. A simpler, foldable table would have made it even more convenient. We were also able to use the hot springs in the main building, and the breakfast was the same as for guests staying in the main building, with some items available for refills, and it was delicious. We were also able to freely tour the old inn, making it a more comfortable stay than we had imagined."
Ichiboukan Hanare Kai ★★★
"It's a cozy and wonderful place. The food was delicious, and the complimentary drinks and alcohol were great. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were excellent. I highly recommend it."
Hekisuien ★★
"The hot springs were very pleasant. The location is also great."
Ukawa Onsen Yoshino No Sato ★
"Very worth staying, breakfast is a must"

Hotel Ichiboukan
"The hotel staff were very friendly, and the crab meal was so plentiful that I was so full I couldn't even finish the crab porridge."
3 seconds to the sea [25 minutes drive to Ine no Funya] Scenic ocean view BBQ entire house rental
"It's located very close to a beach as beautiful as the one in Okinawa. We had a wonderful time with our children. Thank you very much. We would definitely like to stay here again."
Tango Onsen Hashiudosou
"There is no parking lot for guests, so you cannot park your car for outside bathing, and it is also narrow. Dinner is rushed, and you have to pay for a refill of rice. There is sand in the changing room even for the morning bath, so it is unpleasant to experience it from the morning."
Umashiyado Totoya
"The view was great and the room was spacious, so I was very satisfied. The open-air bath was also very pleasant, so I went in twice, once in the evening and once in the morning! It really helped me to relieve the fatigue of my trip."
Taiza Onsen Sumihei
"It was awesome!"
Kasyouen Hotel
"If you visit by train, it is convenient to have a shuttle bus, and the beach is a 10-minute walk away, so you can enjoy the sunset. The facilities are clean, and there is an open-air hot spring, so you can relax and have a good time."
Kyoto Taizaonsen Sumiheiryokan
"A bit expensive, but everything else is good. Our family has three people living in a room, which is a bit crowded, and the room fee is more than 15,000. There is one large hot spring bathroom and five small ones, and the hardware is relatively simple. When the crabs are in season, they are indeed sweet and plump, which is rare. Just treat it as a crab set meal for 4,000 RMB per person, and leave the rest More than 3,000 yuan is used as room fee and hot spring fee. The check-in and check-out times are very unreasonable. You can only check in after 15:00 and check out at 10:00 in the morning. The whole check-in experience is very rushed and it is difficult to relax. There are no other stores or places to visit around, which is a bit desolate. The transportation is very inconvenient, so you can almost only go there by chartering a car. Everyone knows that the price of chartering a car in Japan is very expensive! It cost almost 20,000 yuan. A family of three spent 29 hours traveling from Kyoto and back."
Yuhigaura Onsen Ryokan Yuhigaura
"Because the travel destination was decided on the last day, and because I didn't know if I would stay there, I hadn't booked a hotel. After swimming and watching the sunset at the beach, it was already 6:30 pm, and all the other hotels in Yuhiura were booked except for this one. I booked it on a whim, and the service completely exceeded my expectations. (1) Because the hotel was closed for dinner that night, the hotel staff drove me to one of the few restaurants open that evening and arranged for me to eat there. Afterwards, they picked me up and took me back to the hotel. (2) The next day, after checking out, I simply expressed a desire to swim a little more at the beach and asked if I could leave my car at the hotel. The hotel not only agreed to let me park but also lent me a beach umbrella for free and allowed me to use the hot spring bath again after swimming. I was overwhelmed with gratitude. (3) Because the car was shared, it could be charged, but I didn't know how to use it and didn't have a local bank card, so I asked the hotel owner for help. The owner called other hotel owners out to discuss how to use it. Finally, the owner downloaded an app and charged the car using his own card; I only needed to pay in cash. Like many old Japanese wine lists, the hotel's facilities were a bit dated due to their age, but the service made everything go in a wonderful direction, leaving me with deep and pleasant memories."
Shizuka Hanaogi
"No matter service, facilities and meals were excellent! My family enjoyed a lot."
Ryori-Ryokan Hamanoya
"I go somewhere every year to eat crab. I always decide to go around January at short notice, so it's often closed. I thought it might be a little old-fashioned, so I went without high expectations. However, the room was a traditional Japanese-style room, but by chance, there was a vacancy and I was upgraded to an ocean view room, which was amazing! They also had a room available, so I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal of a huge amount of crab! They even brought the rice porridge I couldn't finish to my room, so I was able to enjoy it again when I got hungry while drinking in my room, which was great! You can also bring your own alcohol! It's an absolutely wonderful inn! It's the best! (You can also take home any crab you can't finish.) The bath isn't that big, but the bathtub is like a jacuzzi, which was really nice for someone with a sore back. There was also a small open-air bath, so I felt like I was at a hot spring! And best of all, it's open 24 hours a day, which is rare these days! I'm so grateful that I don't have to rush around during bath time!! The breakfast wasn't extravagant, and I'm not the type to eat a hearty meal in the morning, but it was enough. The salted fish served at breakfast was pickled in koji, which was really delicious. I asked the landlady and found out it was homemade, so I bought a few to take home, but my family loved them so much that they were gone in no time, and I wish I had bought more! It's just a regular inn, but the landlady and all the staff were so friendly and helpful, and it was such a great place to stay! I'll definitely return! Since I was there for the crab, they had heaters in the hallways to keep out the cold in the winter, but the shared bathroom was a bit cold because it's old, which is a bit of a downside, but it was worth it! The entire inn was spotlessly clean, and since it was the beginning of the year, we were given toso sake at the front desk. The food and service were far better than at expensive hotels!"
[Panoramic view of the sea!] 28 minutes by car to Kinosaki Onsen
"Clean environment and you can cook and bbq there. Place is quiet and relaxing."
Nagomian Sora to Umi
"The price/performance ratio is too high. The view is great. I will book this hotel again."
Seaside Satake
"The view from the room was beautiful, with the ocean stretching out before us, and the food, especially the fresh seafood, was fantastic. The hot spring was also wonderful, leaving our skin feeling smooth. It would have been even better if we could have seen the ocean from the open-air bath."
