The hotel was spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. Its beautiful surroundings, coupled with the breathtaking blue sky and lake views from our room's balcony, made for a truly picturesque stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the service was simply perfect – the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and patiently answered every single one of our questions.

The surroundings were beautiful, the rooms were spacious and bright, and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. The hotel pool was very clean, and the hot spring and steam room facilities were also excellent. It was wonderfully quiet at night, making for a very comfortable sleep.

The hotel is set in a beautiful natural environment, with lush greenery all around. The hot springs are fantastic; after a soak, your skin feels wonderfully smooth and comfortable. Our butler, Vicky, provided exceptional service. Her dining recommendations and check-in arrangements were handled flawlessly, making our stay truly worry-free and comfortable.

The room was excellent, the ambiance was great, and my entire stay was wonderful. But the real highlight was the little BBQ in the lobby every evening! The chef was superb; his grilled food was unbelievably delicious. I was completely smitten and took so many fantastic, Instagram-worthy photos.

I had previously stayed here on my own a while back. This time, I visited with my children, and the hot springs were just as wonderful as I remembered. We booked cooking classes for the kids in advance, and the curriculum varied each day. The breakfast spread was also quite impressive. It's absolutely perfect for a family vacation. The staff did warn us about potential mosquito issues after the rain, but we didn't encounter any during our stay. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Guantang Holiday is my top choice when visiting Qionghai! The service is outstanding – so warm and attentive. Upon arrival at the lobby, the concierge immediately helped with our luggage, and check-in was seamless. So efficient! A special mention goes to Spring, who proactively contacted me to arrange a complimentary upgrade to a lake-view room. She meticulously outlined the operating hours for the hot spring pools and theme park, and even pre-arranged all the activities requiring reservations. Any questions I had were answered instantly. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the entire stay! 😄 The hotel's wristband key system is incredibly convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Qionghai.

We returned to Guan Tang Hot Spring Resort in Hainan, and it truly created lasting memories for the kids! The room was comfortable, and we were very satisfied. The hot spring's fish spa pool was a family favorite, and all the other pools were also a lot of fun. We rented water guns and had an absolute blast. Our only minor regret is not getting to swim in the guitar-shaped pool, but we'll just have to save that for our next visit!

The hotel is ideally located near Baishiling Scenic Area, making it incredibly convenient for anyone wanting to go hiking. The hotel itself is beautifully situated, surrounded by a lake and mountains. Our room, thoughtfully upgraded by butler Vicky, offered a truly comfortable and pleasant stay; every morning, opening the curtains revealed a breathtaking view of misty mountains. There are so many picturesque spots throughout the hotel, each with its own unique charm, perfect for taking photos. I'll definitely come back next time and look for Vicky again!

We chose this place for a stopover during our self-driving trip in Hainan. To our surprise, it was absolutely stunning! The scenery is beautiful, and it offers great value for money. The guitar-shaped swimming pool is lovely. Our child lost their glasses while swimming, and a security guard thoughtfully found and kept them safe for us. The hot springs are also fantastic. It's definitely worth making a special trip to vacation here.

The room's layout was very welcoming, it was incredibly spacious, and both the bed and sofa were extremely comfortable. Our suite featured double balconies, which was a fantastic perk. Stepping out, we were treated to a breathtaking view of the Wanquan River and the golf course, truly invigorating! The staff's service across all areas – from the hotel lobby and room service to the restaurant, foam party, and hot springs – was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. We would definitely bring our family back to stay here if we get the chance. It's truly great value for money! We were so engrossed in enjoying our stay that we didn't even take many pictures. Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for family trips or as a fantastic spot for friends to gather.

The hotel is situated at the foot of Baishiling Mountain. We went on a Saturday, and with the indoor parking full, we had to park on the street. While there's a dedicated shuttle service to the hotel reception, a slight inconvenience was that it wasn't running when we returned around 9 PM, so we had to walk back (luckily, it was evening, so the sun wasn't an issue). The hotel's kids' play area primarily comes alive in the evenings, offering a carousel, a sandpit, and more. My children absolutely loved it! However, the lighting throughout the area is incredibly dim, especially on the winding and dark path through the bushes to the carousel. Also, the lack of a handwashing station next to the sandpit was quite inconvenient. The swimming pool isn't large, but it becomes very lively at night with outdoor movie screenings and BBQ, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Additionally, there are numerous hot spring pools, which were excellent!

Our stay at Qionghai Guantang Holiday Hotel was simply perfect! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by professional and attentive service. The hotel offers many family-friendly activities; staff were readily available in the lobby to introduce them, and also engaged with children during meals in the restaurant. The room facilities were new and in perfect working order. The thermostatic shower with strong water pressure made for a very comfortable bathing experience. The hot spring area was definitely a highlight. The hot spring pools had crystal-clear water with temperatures ranging from 38 to 42 degrees Celsius. The children loved the pools so much they didn't want to leave – it's an excellent spot for a family vacation with kids. There were no signs of old, worn-out facilities, no water stains or rust. What impressed me most was the hotel's meticulous attention to maintenance. From the neatly trimmed greenery in the landscape gardens to the impeccably maintained ceilings and walls in the rooms and public areas, the entire place genuinely didn't feel like a hotel that has been operating for years. Here, you can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing vacation, and experience peace of mind thanks to the high-quality service and facilities. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates attention to detail!

Overall, the service was excellent. The hotel boasts excellent facilities and clean rooms. Both the front desk staff and the lady serving desserts in the lobby were particularly attentive. However, we did encounter a few notable issues. The steak quality was disappointing, and the hot spring facilities were quite dated and run-down. Specifically, the Longfengchao area had a noticeable sewage smell from its drains, which was quite unpleasant. The flower pool was also a letdown, as the petals felt unpleasant. A special shout-out to Bella Xie, who made our Hainan trip magical and full of anticipation! Our sincere thanks once again!
