Absolutely new hotel. The room is very nice and comfortable. One of the best I have stayed in, especially for such a low price. Initially we stayed in another hotel for a slightly lower price, but it was terrible, so we changed the hotel to this one and it was the best decision. The breakfast is ordinary, nothing special. The location is also convenient, 5 minutes walk to the center.

The hotel is ideal for tourists. In the most historic center. The room is big. However, heating broke in our room. And in December in Kutaisi was cold. So the room was frozen. The duty station somehow connected the battery. As a result survived. But the number itself is very twisted. However, the price and quality are in line with each other)))

Location was perfect. Style of hotel really interesting. If you are foriegner tourist and want to feel old georgian ”soul” you must visit here. Songs on breakfast are Georgian too.It was clean, but not super clean.Poor breakfast. I think in this price there are better hotels in Kutaisi , but for one night it's really interesting.

I was in Georgia this year. I am in love with Georgia. My friend and I visited Newport Cafe Bar in the evening. There is a very calm, peaceful and comfortable atmosphere here. Calm music, delicious coffee prepared by a handsome blond guy and a smiling and friendly girl which will try to create the most comfortable environment for you. Leli as I remember. The food is definitely the best food that I have tasted in Georgia. You can feel the love and good attitude of the employees towards each other. The smile on their faces did not disappear, which created a more comfortable environment for us.

這家酒店還是新裝修的，房間還是不錯，衞生間的設施有點少，因為是下午才到，開車有點累，就沒有出去逛，吃完晚飯就休息了，也不知道周圍的環境怎麼樣，但是感覺離市中心一點遠

GGuest UserThe hotel is in the center of the town. Parking is a bit difficult in the afternoon. There are slightly fewer cars at night, so we moved to the hotel entrance. It is convenient to walk to churches and other attractions.

I will visit Kutaisi from June 6th to June 8th. The Panoramic Hotel has been under new management since May 1st, and it is in an excellent location. The staff is excellent, and I was able to arrange a late check-out without extra charges. The operation Manager, Miss Maia, was very helpful during my visit. Breakfast was good, and the freshly brewed Coffee was excellent. The Bar is stocked with a good variety of beer, spirits, and wine. The room was spacious and clean and had a Balcony!

WwalterlxThe hotel is not in the main city, the location is a bit off. Next to the hotel is the viaduct, very noisy at night, the noise on the road is very loud. The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. The restaurant can see some city scenery.

KKarenGThis is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

GGuest UserHotel was very nice cozy and brilliant clean. breakfast vas good and fool. staff is very friendly and smily, they gave you to feel as you are most important guest for them. room is good size l with all important amenities, closet, hunger thats was useful for long time stay, room was clean and fresh, I will come back.
