"Hotel Kharabadze, located in Kutaisi, Georgia, is praised for its excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly service. It's within walking distance of local landmarks like Bagrati Cathedral and the Kutaisi Botanical Garden, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The hotel offers various room types, including double, triple, and quadruple rooms, all equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private bathrooms.
Guests often highlight the cleanliness and attentive staff, with some rating it 5 out of 5 for service and location. The property also features amenities like a shared kitchen, daily housekeeping, and an attached winery, giving visitors a comfortable, homey feel. While it lacks a swimming pool or fitness center, it compensates with free parking, airport shuttle service, and options for outdoor activities like hiking and skiing."
"Great hotel for the price, new, in a good area, plenty of city parking, good breakfasts (omelets, sausages, eggs, vegetables, sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, tea, juices, instant coffee, buckwheat). The room is clean and bright, has air conditioning, and the receptionists speak good English."
"With a punk atmosphere, the purple facade is very eye-catching, the front desk girl is also very punk, the proprietress wears leopard print, the hotel staff we see are all women. The front desk is on the first floor, and the hotel room is on the highest floor, among which are residential houses, which are not connected.
The balcony overlooks the entire city, the restaurant has a very good view and can see the church on the mountain. The room will be a little sound when the wind is strong. The room is clean, the toilet is clean, the basic facilities are available, and the breakfast is good. As a transit hotel for one night, the overall is OK."
"Это лучший отель города Кутаиси и это не шутка. Посмотрите описание других мест. Это небольшой отель с 3 номерами и небольшой красивой территорией. Есть кухня. Номера с новым, стельным, современным ремонтом. Предоставляется вода, умывальные принадлежности, тапочки, фен, даже зонтик. Приветливые хозяева. Угостили вином. Организовали экскурсии по главным местам - каньоны и пещера. Порекомендовали кафе. Мы остались в восторге. Рекомендую."

"The guesthouse is located in a quiet, side street of Kutaisi, ,but close to the center, quietly within the walk range. Full equipment, clean and clean. Very active host-
-good advice, organize a trip and help you deal with various things like printing a plane ticket, buying a SIM card, but also convinced that he would not leave the guest alone in a more serious need, just see that he cares, has time and individual approach doi everyone.
Besides, the facility is very flexible, the stay will satisfy both a single tourist, a family with children and a multi-person group of friends."
"Great place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!"
"Very good homestay, clean and stylish, the proprietress is a very good young woman, must be very beautiful, the fly in the ointment will not be English, the communication is not smooth, the homestay is really a few hundred meters from the train station, very convenient, the kitchen utensils are very complete, can be convenient to make breakfast, It’s very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night and drink and chat"

Great
GGuest UserDrive to the beautiful Kutaisi, the hotel is not big, the service is very good, there is no parking lot, the service staff will help you specify to park on the side of the hotel, the room is small but very clean, the breakfast is not rich, but the food is very comfortable, the service is very good, the hotel location is particularly good, just near the fountain, A small city with a slow life, a small city especially suitable for city walk, I like it very much.
KKaixinxiaomaolv999The room is small, but the facilities are complete, the boss is very enthusiastic, sharing the news, and also very artistic taste. It takes care of every detail in the store. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the central square. The view of the hotel terrace is also very good. Very pleasant stay.
SShengsequanqiuI gave all 5 hearts purely because of the actual experience, I want to tell my compatriots in Chinese to be mentally prepared for health and facilities. Next, the good side, the small yard is well cleaned up, the boss and the wife are very enthusiastic, but the old man may often drink a little more, but he is really enthusiastic and at home, in line with the experience of the homestay. If you can't find it, ask people with the picture. There is a error of about 100 meters between positioning and Google Maps. Almost everyone around knows the old man. It is suitable for a transfer or two nights. There is no commercial taste at present, and the human touch is still very good. 😀
LLiulangdexiaomiumiuThe location is good, the breakfast is simple. The facilities are equivalent to those of Mercure and All Seasons hotels in China. There are about 10 parking spaces at the door. However, the parking spaces are tight from 20:00 to 22:00 every night because there are several restaurants and bars sharing these public parking spaces.
KKarenGThis is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

Stayed: July 2 – July 4, 2025
Room: Standard Double or Twin Room
The hotel is decent for a short stay. Room was basic but clean, with comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. Staff was polite, but not very proactive — had to follow up twice for extra towels.
Location is a plus if you're exploring the area, and it's walkable to a few cafes and stores. Breakfast was average — enough to get by but not much variety.
Great value for budget travelers, but don’t expect any luxury touches.
✅ Worth it for short stays or transit.
WwalterlxThe hotel is not in the main city, the location is a bit off. Next to the hotel is the viaduct, very noisy at night, the noise on the road is very loud. The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. The restaurant can see some city scenery.
