We stayed here for three nights and the location is great as you can walk to the Bihan historical area, as well as the JR station and Mitsue Outlet Mall which are around 750 m away. There are a myriad of eateries in the area, from izakaya to ramen, and a tonkatsu restaurant with a Michelin star. The hotel provides amenities such as yukata, dental and shaving kits. There is also a high tea with some sweets and some savouries. Breakfast is included in the price and you collect the boxes from the lobby. It was similar on all three days and included cold sandwiches and salads. If you want coffee you need to buy a hotel tumbler for 1000 yen, after which hot drinks are free flow. Staff were friendly, particularly the younger ones wearing the blue shirts, such as Ms Pek from Korea and the young Indian man. The exception was the female floor manager in black suit, who was effusive to locals but did not seem to know how to deal with foreigners. Overall, it was a good hotel stay.

I stayed for a consecutive night at work. It is very clean and well equipped, just opened in August. I am glad that the public bath is also free. Check-in, out and automatic machines are quite convenient. Convenience stores walk about 10 minutes in the neighborhood, but there are seven eleven. It's very convenient for me to work in a complex, and I've already used it three times in a month. There is also a route inn, but I became a fan of select, so I decided here next time. Please make a reservation early, may it be cheap? The content of breakfast is not bad, but I want to expect further grade up from now on. Rice is also delicious with Koshihikari.

The only disappointing thing was that the information necessary for advance check-in was lacking.
As this was my first time using the service, I called directly to confirm whether I could check in using the information that had been emailed to me two days prior, and had the necessary information sent to me again, but unfortunately the information, such as my ID and keypad code, was lacking, so I had to wait after arriving at the site.
I think this is a big area for improvement, but once I got through on the phone, I was treated courteously.

房間本身還是挺乾淨的，地理位置也不錯。但是確實挺小，主要是桌子佔了很大一塊地方，如果真的三個人住可能伸不開腿，無法理解都三個人了為什麼還要放桌子。
除此之外因為第一次在攜程訂國外的住宿，這裏不能像airbnb一樣直接和房東溝通所以多了很多麻煩，雖然攜程的服務響應和跟進都很快但是房東給的電話也打不通體驗很差。
我在入住前一天由於不可抗力無法出行想取消通過攜程溝通對方表示不接受，也無法更改入住人數（最後攜程給我補貼了10%的房費）。而在房間是我訂的情況下怕朋友不方便入住特意申請更改了入住人姓名，但是因為是沒有前台的自助入住，朋友到了還沒到入住時間但是服務裏包括行李寄存這一項，又聯繫不上房東，所以朋友衹能把行李寄存在了商場（不過攜程跟進很快並立刻主動提出報銷了寄存費用）但即使已經入住也還是聯繫不上房東，所以第二天退房後朋友找不到寄存的地方還是衹能把行李存在了商場（這是事後問朋友才知道的，當時也沒有説）。
後來因為朋友有東西遺漏在房間還是打不通房東的電話而衹能通過我這邊聯繫攜程再轉達，雖然最後確實找到了朋友的物品也幫忙寄送了，今天終於收到了，不過整體體驗就大打折扣。

This hotel has a Chinese name ”Hotel Crane” Ctrip translation of the detour ”Ri Ori Konte Sky Tower Hotel” locals do not understand, causing us Chinese people to ask for directions! This is a hotel with more than 300 years of old buildings. It is next to the small river. There is a toilet in the room that cannot take a bath. Therefore, there is a public men and women bath. Breakfast is a general Japanese breakfast. Because the place is small, it is necessary to eat in time. You can stay after 5 pm. Check out at 10 am, quite strange time period, but the service is first-class, we arrived early for luggage storage, the time to enter the room luggage has been put, tatami pure Japanese-style room although it is a historical building, but everything is still methodical! Kurashiki is a small place, the most lively sightseeing area near the hotel, many interesting shops!

GGuest UserThis hotel is located at the edge of the arcade town on the south side of Kurashiki Station. It is also close to the Bikan district. The lobby floor next to the reception is large and there are many sofas, so you can spend a relaxing time checking maps before and after going out and taking a break. There is a small bath on the top floor, not a large bath, and the breakfast buffet venue ”view lounge” is open from 3:00 to 12:00. You can drink various drinks from coffee makers for free and take them back to your room. The rooms were also large 々, and I was able to spend a relaxing time with the atmosphere of ”Japanese” such as carpets, sofas and blinds.

GGuest UserNice hotel with a nice view, Kurashiki is lost in choosing a hotel, but it is one of the candidates. ● Access 1000 yen by taxi from Kurashiki station. The best hotel in the back of the Mikan district. It is located at the site of Kurashiki daikansho. ● Room is beautiful because it has just been renovated. Air conditioning is comfortable. Especially Simmons' bed is the best. ● large bath The dressing room is narrow and the bathtub becomes dense during the busy period, so the best bath at 6:00 a.m. or 17:00 in the evening is recommended. ● Coin laundry only 2 units, so the busy period is very crowded. I can't use it even if I go around, so let's think first. ● Breakfast rich and satisfying. Especially Japanese food was good. Western food should be selected with a little more attention. It's boring. Cospa is not good, but a hotel full of retro feeling. Especially the passage through the back entrance to the Mikan district is fun. I hope you can put it as a candidate for accommodation. By the way, the closing of the Mikan district starts around 16 o'clock, so we walk early.

Superior Queen, more like Sub-par roomelet! 😰😰😰 Bathroom is for teenagers up to 16 years, but smaller size! Hot water flow, extremely slow, takes 30-45 minutes to fill bathtub Desk is what you give a 10 year old, bed is for vertically handicapped! Closet, none existing, Minibar fridge, didn’t even know they make such small size? Plus cooling, NOT cold Hotel elevator sign says, only 1 elevator, and NO STAIRCASE! Good luck in emergency Carpark, not available, but not entirely bad, 80 m walk, and covered, little discount by hotel WiFi, a little wonky & not too fast, sad in todays time & age, actually went off line twice within an hour! Really poor Ok, update, I formed Rezeption and they gave a Mobile WiFi router, must give them a 100 points for acknowledging the issue & being proactive! 👍🏻 With so many negatives and some positives, it’s only fair to highlight the amazing & friendly attitude of the Hotel Staff, they are giving their best with the product the have! Kudos to them! Breakfast, not bad, quite fresh, but all melanin and/or plastic except coffee cups!

GGuest UserIn the course of a circuit organized by Club Med Découvertes, I spent the night of April 5, 2023 in this hotel and occupied room 203. It is a medium-sized hotel, very well located to slope the streets of the old Bikan neighborhood, which is just on the side. The hotel is good. The hotel is quite classic. The room is a medium size with a large bed, a chair, a low table, a desk and a chair. It is on the first floor and gives on the street. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable but a little noisy, because you hear some noise from the neighbouring rooms. The bar is sympathetic. The dinner was good. Breakfast buffet is medium but correct, except that the hot dishes are almost cold.

GGuest UserWe stayed for one night on the 8th floor floor. It is a great view that Seto Ohashi bridge and island 々 can see. At night, the car lights across the bridge flow, and in the morning you can see the magnificent scenery and Asahi, forget the time. The room is large and easy to use. Dinner was Japanese food in a two-food course. It was made of local ingredients, and none of them were very delicious, especially the cherry blossoms with cochi were exquisite. The breakfast was delicious, but it was a little disappointing that it was a distracting atmosphere to ask for something because the volume of bread was small and the number of people was rotated. It was a great hotel overall. The woman from Italy at the reception was fluent in Japanese and very bright and a good impression. I think if I have a chance to visit again.

GGuest UserGreat location. A block away from the tourist area but far enough away to be away from the noise. Restaurants and convenience stores are a couple-minute walk away. This is obviously a hotel designed in the 80s with the large tall lobby and all the room doors facing the open air. You have the glass elevator and those in the lobby can people watch going up and down. Yes, the furnishings are a tad dated but well-maintained. We were amazed at the size of the room. The size was more like North American size than Japanese size. The bathroom and closet area ALONE could be the same size as some business hotel rooms I've been to in Japan. The Internet was fast. No problems with Netflix. The amenities were decent. If you need anything more, you can replenish in the lobby. Our room package included breakfast. It was decent enough. (Separate review) We got the parking space right beside the front doors, make sure you inform the front desk of your license plate. They do monitor. While I doubt we will come back to Kurashiki if I were, we would choose this hotel again.

LLuotuo#Praise# Satisfied with the comfort of the bedding, the layout of the room; the station is within walking distance, and the railway area is separated. The room is spacious with a double sofa and coffee table. Separate dry and wet. The bathroom area is so large that it makes people think of the public bathroom, not only has a large bathtub, but the bath part is outside the bathtub. This is only seen in Japanese hotel rooms with a narrow area. The front desk of the hotel is on the 2nd floor. The male owner is about 40 years old and has an old mother like him. After checking in, I received a call from the store and asked what time would breakfast be delivered the next day, or eggs. Said to be delivered at 8:00, the old mother brought the plate at 7:30.
Accept luggage storage, which provides us with convenience to walk to see ”Kurashiki beauty”.

KKIMFOONGAfter handing over my passport for the hotel to make copy and do registration, I forgotten to take it back from them and they, too, forgotten to return it to me. By the time, I have already checked out the next day and departed to another location. When I realized, I was hundreds of miles away! Suffice to say, they were very relieved when my friend contacted them about the matter and they quickly courier it to my friend. Thank you for a great and responsible service! The hotel itself is in a great location, so near to the train station and there are amenities and food around. Small room but clean and comfortable. Thumbs up!
