"Right near the historic canal area with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around, this hotel has a great location. The room was very clean and WiFi worked great.
The only weird thing to me was breakfast, which were pre-packaged sandwiches (tasted great by the way!). Outside of breakfast hours you weren't allowed to get coffee from the machine, you had to use boiled water and instant coffee instead in your room, a missed chance for something so benign."

"A typical Dormy Inn with good spa, evening noodle ice cream and in particular good service. When I checked out, the front desk staff went to outside of the hotel to try to get me a taxi.
Is right at the tourist spot but not within walking distance to the station ( less than ¥500 by taxi ).
If you like Dormy Inn, this one would not disappoint you. Also the spa clam to be able to heal a lot of diseases. Hope is right. "
"Stayed in a single room but actually the bed is more a double bed I think, big enough for a couple. Room is crammed but I expected it so no issue. The blind was so powerful it blocked out almost all light, when I woke up I thought it was still very early in the morning but actually it was 9am already! No complaints, seems like a relatively newer hotel, very near train station and within walking distance to the bikan area and outlet mall, recommended!"
"We are a family travelling with 3 kids so we drive a car, and factored in luggage space.
1) Vessel hotel has hands-down one of the best beds ever! We checked and realised it was a Simmons mattress so the beds really offered us deep & restful sleep!! Love this!
2) The carpark was right outside the hotel so it was super convenient not having to walk up & down diff storeys to take things from car. We returned to hotel ard 10pm on 1 night & there were no more parking lots! We’d have to park at a multi-storey building that was 12mins walk away, which wld have been v convenient.
3) The breakfast was yummy. We went in summer & enjoyed the Barazushi (Okayama special during festivals) & the rice was sweet, salty, flavourful, and delicious with prawn, eggs, eel, lotus roots (see pic). Really yummy! Try it
4) Hotel staff were very helpful! We asked for an extra luggage stand so we wldnt need to bend too low & they brought it immediately.
5) There’s a big supermarket just across the road with cheap groceries that we stocked up on for our road trip.
6) If you intend to drive, this is a highly recommend hotel in Kurashiki!! Wld stay here again! It was great!"
"I made a last-minute reservation.
I thought it would be difficult to communicate because I am Korean, but it was good.
Dinner and breakfast were provided.
It was very delicious.
The facilities were good and it was a comfortable hotel.
The downside was that the convenience store was far away and there were many strange bars around."
"Okama issued Zhang で to use.
Because it was a car rental from Okayama Airport, parking lot complete
I chose Toyoko Inn as a hotel. But the rental car
Because the car height is 155 cm or more, it is ”marugo parking lot” of the tie up
Resident car しました (18:00-10:00 carry the price of 600).
The hotel is within 5 minutes walk from Kurashiki station, so even if you move by train
It doesn't hurt. There is a convenience store next to it, and the back is Kurashiki Center
Because it is a city, there is no problem with eating and shopping.
The room only has a toothbrush set, and other amenities are installed in front of the front desk on the 1st floor. The room is a very common business hotel, but personally the bed is hard
It was the best feeling.
The only difficulty is that the breakfast venue is in front of the front desk and the number of seats is
Less. Looking at it, plastic for lunch boxes besides dishes
There's a cock tray, and I'm going to take it back to my room.
I did. I was satisfied with the Okayama specialty ”shrimp meal”.
The lady at the front desk is kind and kind, so I want to stay again
I think so."
"It is near the Kurasaki Bikan Historical Quarter, so it is good for exploring the Bikan Historical Quarter, but it is a bit far from Kurasaki Station, so it takes about 15 minutes on foot.
It is old, but well-maintained, and the breakfast is delicious, although it does not have many varieties.
It is a decent hotel for a one-day stay."
"I was worried about it before. It is a hotel. The accommodation fee was quite high and it was impossible to give up, but this time there was a discount, and I was able to stay cheaply. The room as I thought was also spacious 々, and there was a luxury feeling and it was the best. Thank you."

Amazing
BBee-bee-goNew beautiful hotel very close to the station (5 min walk) in a great location in the middle of restaurant and downtown area. The rooms are tiny so it’ll be just a place to sleep as you can hardly open a large suitcase, but the hotel has a nice lounge on the top floor. The room is super clean and has a fridge as well as a small electric kettle to make tea. This room had a full bathroom with a large bathtub but we preferred going to the big bathroom upstairs. When I stayed at a smaller room on another day, it only had a shower so it seems to differ by type of room. The breakfast set needs to be purchased separately but we thought it was worth it. The hot dish alternates between Western and Japanese style on a daily basis, and the buffet had all kinds of dishes including a very yummy Japanese style curry. Also, the lounge had a great terrace with an amazing view of the surrounding hills. In overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay to the extent we ended up extending our stay for a few days.
GGuilhermeThe location of the hotel is incredible! It is just beside the main station exit. The place was in pristine condition, very spacious and the staff extremely polite.
The only down side is that it doesn't have a restaurant in which you could have breakfast. There are alot of great places to eat nearby but that would be a bonus.
AAnnrin22We stayed in a family room with my elderly mother, and although there were four beds, there was a living area and the space was spacious, so we were able to enjoy ourselves in the room.
My mother also broke her leg a few months ago and was walking with a cane, so we asked in advance if we could borrow a wheelchair and were able to borrow one from check-in to check-out. Thanks to this, we were able to stroll around Kurashiki's beautiful streets and eat delicious sweets, which was very appreciated.
The large public bath was also flat and easy for my elderly mother to use, and it felt good to be in a large public bath for the first time in a while, so we took a bath twice, once in the evening and once in the morning.
My younger sister had stayed at Ivy Square on a school trip a long time ago, so she also had a nostalgic feeling about it.
The plan also included breakfast, so we had breakfast, and there were Okayama specialties such as seared Spanish mackerel and mackerel sashimi lined up, so we enjoyed local gourmet food from the morning.
After the meal, we ordered some take-out coffee and sat on a bench in the courtyard, enjoying a delicious coffee moment surrounded by the ivy-covered historic building.
Although our stay was short, thanks to the thoughtfulness of the hotel staff, we were able to have a safe and enjoyable trip with my elderly mother.
Thank you very much.
GGuest UserIt was close to perfect with all the necessary amenities and friendly front desk staff.
There are some vibrations from passing trucks as others have mentioned, but it wasn’t too bad, didn’t bother me much.
Right next to a supermarket.
GGuest UserThe front desk staff provided excellent service. The room was comfortable and more spacious than what you'd typically find in a basic business hotel. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Bikan historical district, making it perfect for pleasant morning and evening strolls. There's a large supermarket right across from the hotel, which is great for picking up ready-to-eat meals. You can then heat these up and enjoy them in the first-floor dining area while watching TV.
The hotel also provides several extra thoughtful amenities and services. For instance, they offer ice buckets (a real lifesaver in summer), complimentary birthday celebration items for loan, and even wine glasses. Guests can help themselves to espresso and tea, and there are machines for freshly brewed coffee, tea, and matcha.
Chilled wet wipes are available in the lobby, which was a really thoughtful touch! The quiz game at the elevator entrance, where you could win prizes, was also a nice distraction, especially since the elevator wait times tended to be a bit long. The public bath is equipped with Dyson hair dryers, allowing you to dry your hair in no time.
BBoscoayThe location is quite remote; you won't find convenience stores or similar amenities nearby for late-night errands. It's best suited for those driving, and only really convenient if it's already on your planned route.
The views are excellent, offering a wide, panoramic bridge view. It appears most, if not all, rooms face the same direction, guaranteeing this bridge view.
The onsen was decent, though the outdoor bath could have been warmer.
Breakfast was superb – definitely make sure to add it to your booking!
LLuotuo#positive #I was happy with the Bed Comfort Level, Room Layout; It is within walking distance from Kurashiki Station and across the road from the railway area. The room is spacious, with a double sofa and coffee table. It is separated into wet and dry areas. The bathroom is so large that it reminds people of a public bathroom. Not only is there a large bathtub, but the bathing part is outside the bathtub. This is only seen in Japanese hotel rooms, which are generally small in size. The hotel reception is on the second floor. The male owner is about 40 years old, and there is an old mother who looks like him. Not long after checking in, I received a call from the store, asking what time breakfast would be delivered the next day, or eggs, etc. It was said to be delivered at 8 o'clock, and the old mother brought the plate at 7:50.
Luggage storage is accepted, which made it convenient for us to walk to see ”Kurashiki Beauty”.
GGuest UserSmall chill hotel, 4min from the train station, free dinner in there evening.
Booked this place because I wanted to go see the nearby bridge view - the hotel had great last minute availability and a free dinner after a day of sightseeing was a welcome surprise!
I went to Kurashiki next morning and the direct bus leaves from a bus stop 2min away from the hotel - super convenient.
NNOBUTOSHIIt seemed like it was mainly for people on business trips.
I'm satisfied because I was able to stay at such a cheap price. Because it's so cheap, I wouldn't recommend it to those who are expecting other services such as cigarette smells and high quality food, but I would recommend it to those who are looking for a cheap place to stay. The scenic area is within 5 minutes, the food is pretty good both in the morning and evening, the large public bath is spacious, and I was able to spend a relaxing and quiet time here. I think it would be good to stay here again if I'm staying in the vicinity. Thank you.
Nnick.ngPrice: Single rooms are cheap, even lower than some capsule hotels.
Room: Except for the small size of the room, everything else was good.
Location: Conveniently located, 5 minutes’ walk from JR Kurashiki Station
