Very family friendly hotel, great service, beautiful scenarios and delicious breakfast. My kid enjoyed their swimming pools and garden area so much and kept mentioning them after we left. I should also mention that the photography package came along with the hotel reservation was such an excellent deal. Our photographer 梨子 from 恒壹旅拍 was super professional and patient with kids. We are really satisfied with the experience and enjoyed the beautiful photos we got to take home with.

Very nice small, quiet, modern, clean and airy hotel built with in a traditional Chinese style. Room spacious, fully functional, and for our room a very nice balcony to relax and take in the sounds and smells of the numerous busy small shops in the side street and hotel main entrance below (Yukesi Jie Street -photo). Unfortunately the rooms do not provide a small fridge. Very nice staff. A limited Chinese breakfast is provided in the dining room. Location is a short(500m) walk from Tangzixiang metro station on the ”red/blue” line(photo), exit H with lift/escalator to Jinbi Rd.

Came to Kunming to see the seagulls and stayed at their inn for two nights. The service was very good, the room was clean and hygienic. It is a very distinctive inn. They also gave us a small gift bracelet, which I liked very much. Next time I come to Kunming, I will stay here again!

Maybe the best Service that i have ever experienced . We have made a wechat group and the hotel stuff was always ready to reply every of my question, helped with locations in the city , even told me the location of H&M :) About the hotel: I SLEPT WELL (what is not usual in a hotel) The walls are thick so u never hear someone aisle. Bed is the perfect softness , mattresses are new, pillows too! The amenities of the hotel are in a very cool retro style. The Wai Mai ( food delivery) is very quick to this location. My overall experience of this hotel is five star ⭐️ I repeat again the most important thing that you need from a hotel is a good well rested night sleep and you get it here, i have stayed 8 nights ! Enjoy !

The hotel is quite big, located in the villa area, close to Dianchi Lake. There are villa suites and a small garden. It was so popular during the Chinese New Year that all the rooms were booked out. I could only book one night. Because it is in the villa area, there are not many places to eat around the hotel. There is a highly praised Daijia restaurant a few hundred meters away. One end of the hotel road is blocked, so transportation is not very convenient, and you can only take a taxi.

The hotel is clean and convenient, the room is spacious. Despite the late arrival, the front desk was very helpful and willing to make best efforts to ensure we have a great experience at the hotel. Especially thanks to Judy Xu who immediately offered us a family room with King Bed and an Extra Bed for my kid when I just told her we didn’t request the extra bed but we may need it later if twin beds are too small. We had a great experience and will definitely come back!

Hotel building is combined with several other hotels, this hotel is only on one floor i think. I’m surprised by how clean & spacious the hotel is, theres even smart system. The staff is also helpful whenever we need anything. It’s close to the railway station, we had no problem dragging our big luggages & walking to the railway station at 6am it’s around 10-15minutes walk depending on your pace.

The location of the hotel can also be near Vientiane City. The hotel is on the side of the road and is easier to find. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is large. This hotel has several floors and dozens of rooms. The sound insulation is too poor. There is also a wooden board and mirror of a cabinet in the next room. The sound of boiling water in the next room was very clear, the sound of opening the cabinet door in the next room was also very clear, and the sound of talking in the next room was also very clear. The sound of bathing upstairs and next door was also very clear, the sound of rushing water. The voice in the corridor was also heard very clearly, the sound of walking in the corridor, the sound of pulling the suitcase, and it was also heard very clearly. On the evening of the New Year's Eve, I called the front desk several times and no one answered. On the second day, I asked the front desk person, and the front desk person said that it was a holiday. No one cleaned on the first day of the New Year, the front desk had to change my room, and I didn't change it. I have stayed in so many hotels. The first time I encountered such a situation, there was no one at the front desk on the 30th night of the New Year. There was no staff in the hotel and no security. There was no cleaning staff on the first day of the New Year. This is not a small hotel, it is also a relatively large hotel, how can this situation occur? I stayed at this hotel for more than ten days and didn't see who the manager of the hotel was from the beginning to the end. In addition to a staff member at the front desk, it was the cleaning person.
