오이타공항에서 약7km 북쪽 도로변에 위치하여 렌터카 이용시 접근성이 좋으며, 호텔은 조금 오래되었으나 수영장도 있어서 가성비는 좋은 편임.
3연박 조식포함으로 있었는데 간단한 부페식 조식이며, 3일 동안 메뉴가 똑같아서 조금 아쉬웠슴.
