Not worth the price.!
needed alot of upgrades..
Room is okay but dont have mirror and have weird smell..
Toilet very old and not clean, dont have sink , towel hanger and mirror..
Second night elevator breakdown.. As i'm staying with elders they cant use stairs have to change to other hotel on that night..
With the price we paid totally not recommended..

Check-in is convenient, the room is quite big, I like the decoration style, all are IKEA, fresh and simple. It is very close to Chinatown, there is Watsons downstairs, the room price is also very cheap, recommended to stay! Malaysian durian is really delicious, sweet and soft, I ate Musang King and Black Thorn.

Additionally, there's a 24-hour emart and 7-Eleven right nearby, making it easy to grab snacks or essentials at any time.
One of the highlights of the area is the famous Nasi Dagang Atas Tol across the hotel, a must-try local delicacy. Grab services are readily available, and the response time is impressively fast, which is great for getting around.
The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it still provides the essentials for a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable, though the standard room requires you to request face towels and room slippers. However, a unique touch is that they provide toilet slippers, which I've not found at many other hotels.
Breakfast is simple but offers a selection of local dishes, giving guests a taste of Terengganu's traditional flavors. The staff is notably friendly, helpful, and courteous, always ready to assist with any queries. It's also a Muslim-friendly hotel, with facilities and services that cater to the needs of Muslim travelers.

Love the aesthetically design/style but cannot with their shower soap/shampoo. Can smell good and bad at the same time. Kadang ii bau okay herbs ii star anise. Kadang ii bila buka part toilet tu bau mcm public toilet dkt rnr. Cadar/blacket ada coklat mark gitu. Maybe tk hilang walaupun dh basuh. Nth la. Tak selesa nak solat very sempit ruang untuk solat sebelah singki hijau tu ha. Mula ii dpt bilik 209 pastu 4pg mcmtu staff bg tukar bilik 210 sbb aircond tkjdi kt bilik 209. Sampai berpeluh peluh tidur malam sbb dia auto. Kita tkleh adjust temp. Lastly, room tiles. Tengoklah sendiri. Tbh not recommended for u to go with friends ke sape ii sbb bilik air tu boleh nampak dri luar kau mandi. Indah khabar dari rupa. Tapi staff baik je. Oh satu lg kalau amik bilik mcmni susah sikit la nak makan dlm bilik sbb kerusi meja dia sambungan dri kepala katil tuje. Recommend duduk 18suites, cheaper, bersih, ada meja nak makan, a bit luas berbanding payang. Air coway pun disediakan ktsana.

The hotel is really close to the payang market. in the middle of the city. Can be reached on foot. In front of the hotel there is a white mosque. Muslims can pray near there.
Only this is an old hotel. So the furniture is all old. Receptionists are all friendly. Really satisfied. School holiday fully book. Must book early.
