Just a transit to Redang. Hotel room just ok, nothing much to complaint. Location is ok, near to ChinaTown. But parking not so convenient, where parking is behind hotel building. If you have big luggages, young kids and elderly along, difficult a bit

Not worth the price.! needed alot of upgrades.. Room is okay but dont have mirror and have weird smell.. Toilet very old and not clean, dont have sink , towel hanger and mirror.. Second night elevator breakdown.. As i'm staying with elders they cant use stairs have to change to other hotel on that night.. With the price we paid totally not recommended..

Need to have other basic amenities such as rubbish plastic and sweepers

Check-in is convenient, the room is quite big, I like the decoration style, all are IKEA, fresh and simple. It is very close to Chinatown, there is Watsons downstairs, the room price is also very cheap, recommended to stay! Malaysian durian is really delicious, sweet and soft, I ate Musang King and Black Thorn.

They stayed at this hotel for the night. They arrived here in the afternoon from the island of Redanga and flew to Kuala Lumpur at 9am the next day. Hotel pluses : 15min walk to the airport (if you don't plan to go to the city, only for a night stay, then save 30MR by taxi to the city). Near the sea, we weren't, but read that a good beach, you can swim. Not taking a deposit. Low price for accommodation. Not bad area of the hotel. And further minusciki. The hotel consists of 2-story two-story buildings. We took the standard number (to get on the first floor and it's bad, I'll write why). The room itself is normal, the room is clean, costs 2 beds one bed, a table, a TV, a teapot (no coffee-tea),2 bottles of water. What didn't like in the room: doubtful that was clean underwear on the beds, didn't look fresh. A terrible hard pillows (I couldn't sleep at night, eventually cleaned at all). Air conditioner opposite the beds and blowing in the face, but you will turn off – dusty. Not a pleasant smell in the room. There is no fan, safe, refrigerator, towel only one bath per room. In the bathroom is increasingly – showers with hot water, there is soap, shampoo. Comparatively clean. I didn't like breakfast starts from 7 a.m. This is late for a transit hotel. The plane was before CL at 9 a.m., did not risk and remained without included in the booking of breakfast. It is possible to eat near the hotel we do not know, on the day of settlement, called a taxi and left to the city to the Crystal Mosque, there had lunch, and had dinner in the city center in the shopping mall, not far from the bus station. The corpse is 2nd floor, our standard room is 1st floor. Children were up to 23:00 whether they were studying, whether they were preparing for something in the acting hall, and after classes on the 2nd floor above us the hours before 2nd night jumped, loudly chatted, moved chairs, cheered all over. In the morning, no light did not rise and went to classes or breakfast. Shorter night I didn't sleep at all: without a pillow, a air conditioner blowing in the face, the children mad over the head. The purpose of stopping at this hotel was to sleep before two long flights the next day. But I was more tired than rested. Personally we will no longer stay in this hotel, although the price at the hotel is funny. The disadvantages overweight the pluses.

Hotel is situated within walking distance of KTCC Mall and towards the beach. Easy access for food and purchase. Downside is the hotel and room is quite old. Floorings are not in good condition. Room entry door is damaged and required to open manually with key which require some techniques. Window is there but the view of the sea is restricted by the wall panel installed. Lift is quite scarry by the way it opens and close.

Big room. Comfortable. Bathrooms are all clean. Limited breakfast. Gotta go down a little fast. Overall everything is okay. The hotel is really close to the payang market.  in the middle of the city. Can be reached on foot. In front of the hotel there is a white mosque. Muslims can pray near there.  Only this is an old hotel. So the furniture is all old. Receptionists are all friendly. Really satisfied. School holiday fully book. Must book early.
