Location, Cleanliness & Amenities: This hotel boasts one of the most convenient and fantastic locations imaginable. It's close to all the key areas, with popular attractions just 15 to 20 minutes away. The room was incredibly comfortable and cozy, spotless, and fresh. From the moment we entered the hotel until we reached our room, everything was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms inviting and fresh throughout our stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for its guests. The common areas were also well-maintained, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming vibe. The attention to detail in cleanliness really enhanced our stay, making it even more enjoyable and relaxing. Service: The service at this hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the Front Desk team, including Mr. Riduan, Ms. Aida, Ms. Ain, Ms. Aishah, Ms. Aimi, Ms. Syafikah, Mr. Adam, and Ms. Syafiqah. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful suggestions and regularly checking in to ensure our comfort. Their kindness and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience, and their positive attitude significantly enhanced our stay. It's clear that the hotel truly values its guests, and their exceptional service was one of the highlights of our visit. Every interaction with the team was marked by warmth, efficiency, and a true commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. It’s rare to find such high-level service, and it played a huge role in making our time at the hotel so wonderful. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond! Everything ok and i enjoy my vacation but hope can improve the breakfast to be more variety but the food good tasty..the room ok and comfortable.

I’m so happy to spend my time with family here .. the breakfast food is so good especially nasi minyak & its sambal belacan .. the pool is also nice with the bridge view .. the room is so clean & big for me & my husband .. what i could say this hotel is so recommeded & nice to stay ! Hope to stay here again 😊

Check in and out proses is simple and fast, room not so clean, but the location is perfect cuz near a lot of shop service mall ….

1. We can see drawbridge from our room. 2. Parking provided but limited. First come first served. 3. Nasi dagang warisan maktok is the nearest warung for breakfast. 4. For lunch, the nearest is nasi ayam penyet zulkifli & Cantek Sekali Cafe for dessert. 5. Iron station located for each level. 6. Walking distance to dataran shah bandar & pasar payang (700m).

Arrived late for check in. Room was clean , spacious but a old & worn out. But had good view for morning sun set

Big room. Comfortable. Bathrooms are all clean. Limited breakfast. Gotta go down a little fast. Overall everything is okay. The hotel is really close to the payang market.  in the middle of the city. Can be reached on foot. In front of the hotel there is a white mosque. Muslims can pray near there.  Only this is an old hotel. So the furniture is all old. Receptionists are all friendly. Really satisfied. School holiday fully book. Must book early.

its so cheap and also a new hotel the smell of the paint also hasnt gone yet hahaha buy it at rm116 for 2 queen bed and also a smarttv !?!!!! it looks better in real life i swear HAHAH

Check-in is convenient, the room is quite big, I like the decoration style, all are IKEA, fresh and simple. It is very close to Chinatown, there is Watsons downstairs, the room price is also very cheap, recommended to stay! Malaysian durian is really delicious, sweet and soft, I ate Musang King and Black Thorn.
