Recommended by the customer, one kilometer away from the exhibition, convenient, the facilities are generally good...............................

The rooms are pretty old and the fittings in the bathroom were all rusted and no holders on the wall for shower handles. We picked a suite but even that had damaged faucets in the wash basin area. Guess it’s time to renovate as it wasn’t a very economic one as i had paid 3800 for a night bichulal i guess it’s too low for a night. However it is good for a 1800 to 2000 max range

All of sudden at Calicut we heared about this location and decided to stay there.location is very nice.one hour away from Calicut.food is ok.complimently breakfast is also good.staff is very helpful.we reach at 10pm.they took 1000 ₹ for extra bed.At 11 pm we asked for packed mineral water bottles but they can’t provide it.

I had a fantastic stay at hotel in the kozhikod. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room offered stunning valley views, and the amenities were thoughtful and luxurious. Unforgettable stargazing experience, every detail made the visit relaxing and memorable.

I recently stayed at emerald, calicut, and while there were some positives, a few issues affected my experience. The bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, i faced communication issues among the staff, particularly regarding my request for an extension until 2 pm. Additionally, the room phone was faulty, and the toiletries provided were subpar, with old towels that need replacement. These aspects could definitely be improved to enhance guest satisfaction.

It's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case.

Stay was pleasant. I booked a deluxe room which included breakfast and lunch/dinner. Room was decent and clean with all necessary amenities. Continuous hot water in shower was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was amazing. A wide collection of items with awesome taste.

We spent last 3 days in the hotel with family, everything was good about the hotel, starting from checkin, room service, house keeping and check out. Rooms are good and well maintained. Located in walkable distance from the railway station, lavish car parking area, overall good experience.
