The hotel is right at the road junction in the meeting corner. It has limited capacity for parking (2-3 cars. Luckily we got parking and were able to park our car under the roof. Room was cozy and just enough for 2 people. Everything was clean and is more than enough to spend a night or 2. It is at a walkable distance from mahalakshmi temple and that is definitely an added advantage. Overall loved the stay here

The pearl hotel offers a pleasant look and feel with well-maintained rooms and good hospitality. However, the complimentary breakfast was disappointing with limited options, making it not worth the experience. Apart from that, everything else was great.

The hotel is located at a convenient location in the city. Valet parking service is available for free of cost. There are two levels of underground parking.
The rooms were well maintained. The hotel staff was very much cooperative and available on call for any kind of service.
Breakfast buffet menu included 3 to 4 varieties of food items. The taste and quality was good. The overall experience was good.

Regent - raysons hotel stay was quite pleasant. Room was clean and was cleaned everyday during our stay. Breakfast was also nice. We didn't order food thru room service, as the food menu seemed very pricey. We went out to eat for each of our meal. However, the location of the hotel was also very convenient. Also, the staff was very polite and helpful.

Hotel is at a convenient location and property is well maintained. Enough parking for 10-12 cars inside the hotel premise. Spacious and clean rooms with prompt room service. The food tastes good, but I find it a little expensive especially chinese food. Breakfast options were good and sufficient. Overall a nice hotel just 4 km away from Mahalakshmi Temple.

Stay itself was short - 1 night for visiting kolhapur mahalakshmi temple. Hotel is very neat and near to highway so extremely convenient. Only one thing that irritated me was that they count and give milk creamer and coffee powder sachets! indirectly saying that buy coffee or tea from our menu! their restaurant was under renovation and hence we ordered food in the room only.

I recently stayed at hotel greenland elegant in kolhapur. Overall, my experience was okay. The rooms were good and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the tv was not recharged, leading to non-functional channels, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the breakfast offered was decent and front desk staff was polite, adding a positive note to the stay.

Good stay, prominent location, room was big for a single person, faced little challenge in communication with english initially, but it was sorted out by makemytrip customer executive. Staff helped arrange a cab with english speaking person.

Security is the main concern. The hotel is the part of commercial complex. No security guard is there. Basically Aao jao Ghar tumhara kind of situation.
We had only taken one breakfast and one dinner. Dinner was very tasty. But no variety in breakfast especially for kids.
Rooms were clean but AC was not working properly in oneof the rooms.

Delux room need maintenance. This hotel having game zone and gym - you can use it on free. The out side appearance of this hotel is not good as it's residential complex. But inside is very good. Food price average with great taste. Parking avl in basement

Every time i have to walk to reception for assistance or order something no drinking water was provided highly unsatisfied by hotel
