"The hotel was conveniently located right next to Harimaya Bridge. There was also a multi-story parking lot, so there was no need to search for a parking space. The staff were friendly and I'd definitely come back. The frozen towels provided as an amenity were fantastic, especially in the scorching heat!"

"There's a bus stop, a train station, and a terminal nearby. There were no inconveniences with transportation. There's also a convenience store, so I used it often. I arrived in the pouring rain, and they urgently handed me a towel. Even though I arrived about three hours before check-in time, my room was ready, so I checked in right away. I was worried because of the strong wind and rain, but I was so touched. 🥹 The staff were all so kind. I had to leave early in the morning, so I asked a male staff member about the train station late at night. He looked for me and even contacted me, which was so appreciated. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Kochi. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories!!"

"I stayed here for one more night. The main reason is that the hotel is really good. Some of the small details are quite satisfactory. I washed my clothes here for free and it cost 100 yen to dry them for half an hour. The door is keyed but the decoration is quite modern."

"The boss's English is very good and the service is friendly. The location was a little far from the station, but I drove myself, so it's not bad. The disadvantage is that the soundproofing is really bad. The neighbor speaks louder and I can clearly understand what is being said. Breakfast is just a simple salad with side dishes. "When we first arrived the front desk told us that we reserved a smoking room. In the trip.com booking it does not say so though. The front desk said all similar rooms for non-smoking were booked out. We went up to the room but it smelled so bad that we asked agin for a different room showing them the booking. According to the hotel the booking was not directly forward to them by trip.com but by a different service therefore it varied from our actual booking. They were nice enough to give us a different room which was non-smoking. Unfortunately the room still smelled strange - at least no smoke smell. Additionally there was almost no hot water coming out from the tap. In the photo the hot water was fully turned on. Another issue was the parking. The one night stay fee was 1000 Yen (not for 24h). We checked out at 11 a.m. but decided to eat lunch in town and leave the car at the hotel parking. We took out the car at 2 pm and had to pay an additional fee of 1200 yen."
