"The hotel was conveniently located right next to Harimaya Bridge. There was also a multi-story parking lot, so there was no need to search for a parking space. The staff were friendly and I'd definitely come back. The frozen towels provided as an amenity were fantastic, especially in the scorching heat!"
"The hotel is right next to JR Kochi, very convenient. This hotel looks very new, staff is nice, super great nippon breakfast, the room is very hygiene, shower head is strong, air-con is good."
"The rooms are not big, all are of the same standard in Biei, breakfast and hot springs are the same, self-service check-in and check-out are very convenient! It is convenient in the city center and anywhere else."
"It was great to be able to use the parking lot even when I got home late at night.
The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was strong, which was great!"
"The hotel is very convenient for transportation near the はりまや bridge, you can take the bus that goes directly to the airport or you can walk to the jr station. The service at the front desk is very good. I want to praise the waiter by name. The waiter is very good. All in all, good value for money, it is recommended for students to travel and stay!"
"There's a bus stop, a train station, and a terminal nearby.
There were no inconveniences with transportation.
There's also a convenience store, so I used it often.
I arrived in the pouring rain, and they urgently handed me a towel.
Even though I arrived about three hours before check-in time, my room was ready, so I checked in right away.
I was worried because of the strong wind and rain, but I was so touched. 🥹
The staff were all so kind.
I had to leave early in the morning, so I asked a male staff member about the train station late at night.
He looked for me and even contacted me, which was so appreciated.
I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Kochi.
Thank you for creating such wonderful memories!!"
"I stayed here for one more night. The main reason is that the hotel is really good. Some of the small details are quite satisfactory. I washed my clothes here for free and it cost 100 yen to dry them for half an hour. The door is keyed but the decoration is quite modern."
"The boss's English is very good and the service is friendly. The location was a little far from the station, but I drove myself, so it's not bad. The disadvantage is that the soundproofing is really bad. The neighbor speaks louder and I can clearly understand what is being said. Breakfast is just a simple salad with side dishes. Rice and miso soup"
"When we first arrived the front desk told us that we reserved a smoking room. In the trip.com booking it does not say so though. The front desk said all similar rooms for non-smoking were booked out.
We went up to the room but it smelled so bad that we asked agin for a different room showing them the booking. According to the hotel the booking was not directly forward to them by trip.com but by a different service therefore it varied from our actual booking. They were nice enough to give us a different room which was non-smoking. Unfortunately the room still smelled strange - at least no smoke smell.
Additionally there was almost no hot water coming out from the tap. In the photo the hot water was fully turned on.
Another issue was the parking. The one night stay fee was 1000 Yen (not for 24h). We checked out at 11 a.m. but decided to eat lunch in town and leave the car at the hotel parking. We took out the car at 2 pm and had to pay an additional fee of 1200 yen."

GGuest UserThe hotel garden is very beautiful. The service is very good. The room facilities are average but very comfortable. The public facilities are great. There are great scenery and shrines around. The transportation is very convenient. It is a 10-minute walk from Kochi Castle. I will come again. The breakfast is very complete and there is local bonito.
GGuest UserIt was clean and comfortable! I was a little worried about the voices of other people, but it was really a little worried and overall it was very good considering the price!
GGuest UserThis hotel lives up to its name! It is a modern chain hotel, where I can enjoy a bit of city life. The public bath is well-furnished and chic. The Yuzu bath is exceptional. It was relaxing. Very happy staying here
Though there are parking fee, charging 1000 yen per deeparture, which is quite unusal compare to the others places we stay in while we are in Shikoku.
GGuest UserThe lady owner was very kind and our stay was really comfortable. The place is clean and the dinner was amazing, so much bonito that we had to keep some for the next morning. Strongly recommended for anyone visiting Kochi!
2202556****The room is small but clean. Breakfast is semi-self-service. You can freely eat drinks, staple food, fruits, soups, vegetable salads and some local specialties. You can choose one main dish, which is very good. The only thing I didn't feel good about was the day I checked in. Due to the typhoon and heavy rain, I arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock and it was not the check-in time. I asked the front desk if there was a cleaned room that I could check in first so that I could change my wet clothes. The front desk clerk I checked the computer and said that I could pay 1,000 yen for early check-in. Although the amount was not much, I felt uncomfortable. In the past, when checking in in Europe, if there was a clean room, I would usually give the room card in advance. The hotel follows the rules but lacks human touch
GGuest UserA small cozy hostel in the city center is only 8 people. No registration stands, you need to call and recognize the code from the lock. I couldn't call, I was helped by the girl living in the hostel.
Two common zones - kitchen and room with tatami.
