"Excellent location. 10min to airport by free shuttle that runs every 30min. Friendly staff from reception to porter to shuttle driver. Hotel is beautiful, lovely opulent decor. Bed massive, delux comfort. Mattress and pillows just perfect. Bathroom very roomy with shower and bath, nice bath amenities. Will definately stay again."

"I recently stayed at this hotel which left me disappointed due to their shuttle service limitations. While the overall experience was average, the lack of a 24-hour shuttle service proved to be a significant inconvenience, particularly for early morning flights.
One of the key reasons I chose this hotel was because of its location and a shuttle service to the airport. However, upon checking in, I was informed that the shuttle operated only from 7 am onwards. This was highly inconvenient as my flight departure time was earlier. I approached the receptionist to inquire about alternative options, hoping for some flexibility or assistance, but was met with an unhelpful suggestion to order an Uber instead.
Having previously stayed at other hotels near airports, I had come to expect a 24-hour shuttle service as the norm. It was disappointing to find that this particular hotel did not offer the same level of convenience. Given the additional cost associated with using ride-hailing services like Uber, this unforeseen expense was an unwelcome surprise.
In conclusion, if you have early morning flights or rely on a reliable 24-hour shuttle service, I would caution against choosing this particular hotel. I would recommend exploring other nearby options that prioritize customer convenience and provide a more accommodating shuttle service."

"The first stay was ok, but it was a family house renovation, cockroaches because I booked it close to me. The room was on the second floor pushing open the door to the balcony, where there were tables and chairs but thick dust. The second stay was very angry 😡, because there was something wrong on the first day of two days, the next day they found that they sold the good room I ordered at a higher price to later people without my consent. I could go to the room where I was almost in, and the hot water in the room was put for 20 minutes before it came out. Will not stay at the inn again. Thanks to Trip.com customer service for its excellent service!"

My elderly mother traveled all the way from China to Johannesburg and then to Windhoek, and the hotel staff truly went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and safety. They arranged a seamless pickup upon her arrival and a timely drop-off the following day, which made her feel incredibly supported throughout her journey. She raved about the excellent service, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The breakfast was delightful, offering a great start to the day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm and accommodating place to stay!"

SSurajnGreat hotel which is connected to the airport. The restaurant on the ground level is very good, but it can get busy for dinner (and breakfast), so it is advisable to make a booking. Even for breakfast, you might have to make a booking. The rooms are very comfortable, one of the best around. Good spa on the top floor.

GGuest UserThis is a lovely hotel. Near the airport, 5 minute drive. Shuttle service available every 30 minutes. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are quite spacious and beautifully designed. I loved the bath tub in my room and the overalls airport inspired decor. I definitely recommend and will be back in the future.

MMikeJMJonesBeautiful boutique hotel! It is extremely convenient for anyone who wants to be near the airport. Amazing staff. The only difficulty is that there is no on-site evening restaurant, nor any shops within walking distance. However, you can get Uber eats delivery food and Uber for any journeys. Check out is 10am, which seems very early and you have to pay extr for late check out. However, the rooms are amazing! A great choice for a peaceful escape... less perfect if you want to go out in evenings.

NNK JujuLovely Place. About 20 minutes or less away from the city centre. The stuff was friendly and very helpful. The room was tired and clean. Little noise from the outside because of the highway. But not a bother at all. Definitely coming back the next time I visit South Africa.
Side note. If you are travelling from abroad you might want to have an extension cord or adapter to fit the sockets for your devices. As the ones in South Africa are different from most parts of the world.

GGuest UserBeautiful place! The design and style are very unique with an old Pueblo style, and the location is great. However, it is still being renovated, and the swimming pool was not open in the summer. There should be improvement in stating that the shuttle service comes with an extra cost; it should be advertised as an option, as most stays offer shuttle services at an additional expense. The price was 200Rand, and an Uber is cheaper. The receptionist was very helpful and clear; she was super nice.

AAnonymous UserWe had a great stay at Eco Motel.. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. We also asked for an extra blanket because we were feeling cold and their service was excellent. They have heaters as well inside the rooms.. They were very helpful and the security is great.
