"I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience. One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!"

"We’ve got upgraded from regular cabana to a bigger size cabana. General service is good. We’ve come here multiple years. Especially my wife she has come here since she was a child. But I dont think we’re coming back… there was dead cockroach inside the room, okay no big deal its a garden heaven there. Ok, cleaners didnt clean the room properly, used coffee glasses are left where they are, uncleaned. Come on. We even tipped those cleaners before we left but still… Can feel a tensed attitude from many of the staffs, very arrogant. But who cares.. we are here for holiday right? Maybe next, its time to choose a better quality hotel. Its time to move on."

"Stayed for 4 nights. Got the highest guest room at 10 floor but the window for one of the rooms leak when there's heavy rain on the 2nd day. Called up the reception to report incident and staff came over within 10mins to inspect the leak. Staff suggested for us to pack and move to another room, one floor down. They helped us to move our luggages over to the new room. Breakfast was variety. 10mins walk to a big mall, Sumarecon Mall. Plenty of food nearby too. Overall we will definitely stay here again if we come to Jakarta next time."

"Hotel is located near SMS mall. Just about 5 minutes walk away. The air conditioning unit broke down in the middle of the night. Technician came to repair within 15 mins after I called the front desk. Quite efficient given it was 3+am.. Anyway maybe its due to the long weekend (peak season) so the internet was poor and they ran out of towels at the pool. The hotel should also improve the quality of the liquid soap as it is too watery. Overall we were still very satisfied with our stay and will surely consider this hotel again if we want to stay in Serpong area."

"The location of Fame hotel is strategic as its on the main road. Next to its a hospital which is very modern. Also easily food can be found especially in the night with the night bazaar nearby."

The single-pane windows in street-facing rooms offered very poor sound insulation, and I was constantly kept awake by the loud noise of modified motorbikes from noisy youths outside. Breakfast was also quite mediocre. Furthermore, a deposit of IDR 300,000 was required upon check-in."
