"The most expensive room is located on the top floor. It should be downstairs because there is no elevator. Hot water is only enough for 1 person, the rest have to wait. Narrow parking lot, have to take turns to move the car."

"Room is big and clean but outside can be quite noisy during the evening to the night with other staying guests playing outside around the swimming pool area. I like the buffet breakfast which I called it too sumptuous. Better be careful if one is concern about taking care of their waistline."

"We came to this hotel on night and everything have been prepared for us. We enter to the room straightaway and prepare to sleep. Book two standard hotel since we have 5 people. Even though its cheap, but we have a great stay to rest. There are hot water in the toilet room. There are no fan and a/c because the room already so cold."

AAmira A.RahmanThe location is strategic and near to the other attraction places. The room just an okay but the bed is comfortable. I booked a family cottage room but the staircase quite steep and don't think suitable for an elder or child. Overall, just an okay stay.

The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah

AAnonymous UserI used it on my second Blastagi trip. It was located in a scenic location, the food was delicious, and it was crowded with many tourists. One thing that bothered me was that there was no remote control in the room as the air conditioning was throughout the building.
I had to cancel due to a sudden change in my plans for the next day, but I would like to use the service again if I have the opportunity.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay. Very quiet and chill. Only downside was the flushing toilet did not work properly, the hand washing sink's pipe was not properly installed, the speed of the shower was not fast enough and hot water sometimes was limited (maybe because we did not know how to operate it well). Overall, with quite an affordable price, I can't complain much 👍
Also, they allowed me to borrow their water host to clean my car before checking out on their reception yard.

PPek TinI would said that the hotels' staff is not enough or they are not fully functioned. When we request for some cutleries, they could not provide us. They seem busy but not sure what are the staffs busy about. Then, we get the room at old building. Its dirty, not so favorable. The breakfast is not of many choices too.

GGuest UserThe condition of the lobby is perfect and cool, the condition of the location is very good, there is a KFC in the hotel, the receptionist service when I arrived at the hotel was also very good, they can serve guests well, the cafe and breakfast provision are also good BUT there are a few things that I see that need to be improved for the sake of the hotel's reputation including:
1-Used cupboards, tables and interior items such as chairs and damaged wood should not be lined up in a place where customers can see them because this can give the hotel management a negative view of the fireplace. How come the rest are left there without being thrown away. Even if there is something you still want to use, put it in a place where you can't see the guests (store or closed)
2- The swimming pool is nice, the water is blue and the location is very refreshing under the hills, but if possible, 1 person is allocated to clean up the remaining branches from trees that have fallen into the pool so as not to pollute the guests' view of the contents of the pool... For me, it's still okay, but I feel sorry for your Google room. was hit badly because of this.
3- The walls in the hotel, every once in a while the manager comes for an inspection and if it needs to be painted a little, just paint it because the cost of applying paint is not as expensive as the bad rating from the guest... Traces of thumb prints, palm prints are lined up on the walls of the hotel and this is probably not The room service took it off because it wasn't part of its scope of work...
So that's all from me for the attention of the hotel management and I pray that you will continue to be successful and compete fiercely with other hotel brands.. Because if this matter is left unchecked, it will eventually ruin your business too.. Please forgive and apologize for your views 👍🏻 👍🏻👍🏻 sincere greetings from Penang, Malaysia 😍😍😍
