"The room is clean and comfortable. Overall it is okay and nice. But the room I stayed is beside the road. So it will have some noise like car and motorbike, but okay too, acceptable. If for those who dislike the noise, I think you can choose room without window maybe 🤔"

"Room size is quite big, with carpet floor and big window. The toilet is also quite spacious and clean. The furniture and room design is a bit old, but still comfortable to use. There wasn't any halal restaurant nearby, so for food, better to order online or drive to I-city or Shah Alam for more choices. There is a small mall beside the hotel, but not much food shop available, especially halal food. The hotel policy required RM100 deposit to be paid during check-in, and they only accept cash : maybe can improve to accept card payment, or better to abolish the deposit requirement altogether. Most hotels doesn't required for deposit anymore."

"There is no window, it is still not good, it is not airy, I am coming back from Malay West. In fact, it is dawning at five or six o'clock. There is no window, no light, it is 8:30, it is still dark, and sleeps in the basement. same. . . The next day, I talked to the front desk (Chinese) about the problem with the window. He said that if there is still a room with a window, there are not many. The price is OK, the health is OK, no hair dryer"

"To turn on the air conditioner and water heater, you don't need to use the remote control. You need to turn on the switch first. It's the button on the wall. There is no instruction or description. I tried the remote control for a long time, but the air conditioner couldn't be turned on. The heat was not good. I had to ask the customer service online. The customer service could solve the problem with photos. They were also very dedicated. I waited for a long time and called a Bangladeshi plumber. Alas! The service attitude is OK, but it is really inconvenient for domestic tourists."
