"A lovely friendly welcome greeted us after a long drive from Christchurch. Situated just off the main highway, it is easy to find. The suites are a good size, very quiet, well equipped, good shower, and each has an outdoor space over looking a central courtyard. There is a supermarket and a pub serving good food within walking distance. The small charming town is a 2 minute drive away. This is not a beach resort but great for dolphin whale & seal watching. Thoroughly recommend."
"Family hotel, the boss grandfather enthusiastically introduced Kaikoura's attractions and recommended places to go, the whole family is very enthusiastic. The hotel is in a good location, next to the new market, very suitable for shopping. There is a parking space, and the beach is 50 meters away. Many people walk their dogs in the morning, which is very comfortable. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good, but everyone is very quiet at night."
"The hotel is close to the town, easy to find. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the room has a simple kitchen counter, electric stove, microwave oven, toaster, pots, bowls and other utensils are complete, hot milk, boiled eggs and fast food noodles are very convenient, but it is best to clean up before leaving the store . The room is very spacious and equipped with electric heating. The hotel is a bit far away from the supermarket, you need to drive to buy food, about ten minutes. Parking is free. Recommended!"
"There is a park for children to play, and the space is very spacious. The toilet and kitchen are open and very clean. There are also washing machines and dryers. Go to see the whale meeting place for 8 minutes. Affordable and very satisfied."
"Kaikora hotel was absolutely astonishing from the meals down at the hotel - which I definitely recommend, to the lovely Alexa in the room to give you just the information you need. Sudima hotel had an amazing heated pool with a breathtaking view of the mountains and beach beside. You can save some money if you book directly through the hotel website after subscribing as a Sudima member."
"Best place we’ve stayed in New Zealand!!! Very clean, nice view, amazing amenities and friendly host.
The best thing is they have a clean and good hot tub (nice view as well). We wake up with a super nice mountain view and the breakfast is amazing. The host is very nice and let us know about the activities we can do around Kaikoura!!
Everything is exactly like the description and images they post👍👍👍"
"Including breakfast, of course not as rich as the hotel, but for B&B, it is already very good
The room we booked cannot accommodate an extra bed, but our husband and wife brought children over 4 years old to live well. There is no extra charge for children staying.
The room has a small terrace with a nice view
The landlord has a dog and a cat, very cute
The lodging location is not in the center of the town, but the town itself is not big, so it doesn't matter if you drive. A few hundred meters to the supermarket. Drive 5 minutes to the whale watching and embarkation point."

Very Good
GGuest UserA particularly comfortable place, the room is very comfortable, very clean, the surroundings are very nice and beautiful, and you can see the invincible and beautiful sunrise at the seaside, which is very suitable for vacation.
WWangxiaojia7881Kaikura is beautiful, there are few people, the most worthwhile place for the hotel is to go out to have the most beautiful sunset, go out across the road is the beach, but the beach in New Zealand is really average, but with the sunset is still easy to make a blockbuster, check in The old couple is very enthusiastic, it should be a heavy local population. But everyone still communicates no problem, the fireplace of the room just for picture hahaha, but it will not be cold at night, because his quilt is too hot, the room is large, but the kitchen can not fry steak, go outside and finally give up, barely stay for one night is OK, the requirements are high not suitable
AAnonymous UserThe location is good with good water view. But the toilets n showers are a bit limited for the no of guests on each floor. The kitchen is sufficient but the stove is a bit old.
