"My stay at Wanda Hotel was exceptional, largely thanks to Jack Huang. His hospitality was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure we were okay and felt incredibly welcomed, just like at home. After a long flight from Canada we felt extremely tired but had a very nice sleep in the room. This high standard was reflected across the entire hotel. Out room was impeccably clean, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay in Jiangmen."

"This was my second stay at this hotel. The price has come down quite a bit compared to a few years ago, which likely reflects the broader economic situation. It's spotlessly clean and a typical business hotel. Upon check-in, we received welcome drinks and coffee. Breakfast was satisfactory. Deliveries are handled by robots, which minimizes human contact. Right next door is Jianghai Plaza, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, which is super convenient. The hotel is also very close to the Thirty-Three Markets, a popular check-in spot. Its hype has died down a bit, and with the rainy weather, it wasn't too crowded. For two people, having breakfast included was quite a good deal. Beyond that, the hotel doesn't have many other amenities. It really depends on what you're looking for."

"This is my second stay here. The window of the room I was assigned faces one of Jiangmen’s famous green spaces - East Lake Square and Park. The view is open with trees and lake. The room is fully equipped with basic facilities, including toiletries, hair dryer, TV, clothes hangers and safe. On the 6th floor of the hotel is the Yinjing Seafood Restaurant, where you can have tea, meals and enjoy a 10% discount for guests. There are McDonald's, KFC and several other restaurants near the hotel. But large shopping malls are 20-30 minutes' walk away or by bus. Yongdong Travel Agency is just downstairs from the hotel. There is a direct bus from Hong Kong to Silver Crystal Hotel, which takes about 3 hours and is convenient and fast."

"The hotel is in a very good location and it is very convenient to visit the surrounding parks. There is a revolving restaurant on the 20th floor, where you can enjoy the city view while drinking tea. The staff at the check-in front desk were enthusiastic, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the stay experience was very good!"

"Choosing this hotel was a spontaneous decision, but it ended up being a delightful surprise. It even made me decide to extend my stay at 3 a.m., and I convinced my friend, who had already booked another hotel, to switch to this one. We arrived in Jiangmen at 12:30 a.m. and found that this was a brand-new hotel. There were ample parking spaces in the two underground garage levels. The entire staff, including Jason, Bella, Susie, William, Coco, and others, provided us with a very welcoming service, truly making guests feel at home. The lobby had a welcome spread of fruits and drinks, and it was clean and bright. The room layout was well thought out, spacious, and tidy. The hotel amenities were eco-friendly without compromising on luxury. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious, even making someone like me who doesn't usually eat breakfast have quite a bit. The staff were warm, sincere, and genuinely listened to guest feedback. Both my family and friends agree that this team has greatly increased our affection for the Poltton brand. Jiangmen is traditionally known as a home for overseas Chinese, and many come back to visit their families. I must say, the hotel's family-style service model was refreshing and made a great impression. I've already recommended it to many of my overseas relatives and friends. I sincerely wish you to keep your original intentions and continue to improve.
