SSatish KumarThe rooms are musty, the floors are not maintained properly, the restaurant service is very poor, looks like they dont care, they get a lot of business weather they want or no, so they dont bother.
The place is a paradise but the hotel can make it home for the guest, unfortunately its not, car parking is a hassle, there is no one to guide you when you arrrive near the river, very very poorly handled.
there is 90% scope of improvement,

EEllan VoonHotel service needs to be strengthened, the hygiene is quite satisfactory, the toilet is a bit old and dusty, as for the cockroaches want to rest for one night is still a good choice, but this price can still find a more ideal hotel than this.

NnorAll stay was good, just it was informed that hot water is not 24H in the description. However we didnt get to use hot water at all. So we have to have cold shower each time.

AAliaaWhen we arrived, there was no one at the receptionist. When you call, the owner comes out of his house next door (it takes 10 minutes and we wait) When the owner arrives, the process to check in is a bit slow due to the manual record and too many orders 😌😌 The owner's service is ok, just ask to speed up the process to check in because customers are usually tired by the time they get to the hotel. The room is spacious for a couple, but the atmosphere of the hotel is a little dim

DDlineNot worth the price. Price as for a resort and standard as for a guesthouse. The swimming pool is rather a dirty paddling pool. Breakfast was a disaster, there was nothing to choose from and the juice tasted worse than tap water. You're better off eating for 5 ringgit at a stall.

MMASAKATSU KOIZUMIThe wharf is a little far away. It's about a 10-minute walk, so it's nice to walk there as well.
The facility was bright and clean. The breakfast was delicious, the food was a little different on the second day, and the staff were very friendly, so I had a good stay.
The cheapest room is at the back of the cabin, which some people may not like. The toilet and shower are in the same room, there is a bed for four people, and there is no changing room, so if you don't mind, it's fine! lol
A gecko got into my room, but it didn't do any harm, so it will go away if you leave it alone.

DDlineA large complex located in a wonderful surrounding of plantations and jungle. Large deep pool and spacious rooms. He could only put more effort into cleaning the rooms and surroundings.
