"I think the location is good. It's about a 15-minute bus ride from Jeonju Station, but it only took half a day to walk around the surrounding tourist sites, such as Jeonju Hyanggyo. I left Seoul before 7pm and arrived at the hotel after 9pm.
I felt that the cleaning was a little lacking in some areas, but overall my impression was good.
The cleaning staff and facility staff all greeted me when we met.
Of the several hotels I stayed at in Seoul and Korea, this was one of the best value for money hotels."
"This place is extremely close to Jeonju Station and comes fully equipped. The towels and bedding were impeccably clean. I particularly liked the Styler unit in the room, which was perfect for a quick refresh of clothes. The hairdryer also had a very strong airflow, which I was very impressed with. The view from the room was open and bright. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Jeonju."
"This is my first time staying in an accommodation in Innovation City, and it is comfortable as there are many places to eat and convenience stores nearby. The accommodation was clean, soundproofed well, and the bedding was comfortable, so I slept very well :D"
"We were looking for a place to stay for just one night with our kids during our trip. Our family of five was thoroughly satisfied with our choice. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the kids absolutely loved the big TV! Breakfast was also better than we had anticipated. The cleanliness was excellent, too, making us eager to return."
"The staff were friendly, and the hotel offered great value for money. Both the rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, and even the simple breakfast provided was satisfying. I was very pleased with this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Jeonju."
"There is a lecture in Jeonju, so I stayed for one night from August 6, 2025 as a business trip schedule, and the overall satisfaction shown by Ibis Style Ambassador Jeonju City Center was ★★★★★. First of all, the location is overwhelming. Immediately after check-in, I took my laptop and walked slowly to Hanok Village for 10 minutes. Jeondong Cathedral ‧ Key attractions such as Gyeonggijeon are walking distances, so there was no waste at all on the moving route. There are 24-hour convenience stores and local restaurants around the hotel, so it was good to have a quick meal after finishing the late work. Cleanliness also exceeded the standard of chain hotels. From the lobby to the corridor and the rooms were maintained without any dust or stains, and the bedding was soft and scented. In particular, the bathroom sink ‧ shower booth silicon finish was kept white as new, and I was able to feel that quarantine inspections were systematically carried out every day.
The location that optimizes the business route of Jeonju city center, the strict cleanliness management, the details of the staff who think about their daily lives first, and the stable operation of essential facilities exceeded expectations in all items. Next Jeonju business trip also increased one more reason to rebook this place without worrying."
"I had a very satisfying experience at a hotel I recently visited. First of all, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and professional. I was impressed by their considerate attitude toward customers.
The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable, so I was able to rest well. The bathroom was clean, and the amenities were all I needed. The Wi-Fi speed was fast, so I had no problems working or watching videos.
The breakfast buffet had a variety of menus and was fresh, and the food tasted great. The swimming pool and gym were cleanly maintained, so I felt comfortable the whole time I was there. The hotel was also close to major tourist attractions, so it was convenient to get around.
However, the soundproofing was a bit disappointing, so I could hear a little noise from the next room, and there was a little noise when the air conditioner was running. If only these aspects were improved, it would be a perfect stay.
Overall, I had a comfortable and satisfying time, and it was a hotel I would like to visit again."
"This was my first time traveling outside of Seoul.
The room was cute, but I wasn't entirely sure about the air conditioning, and I was outside the facility when I had to ask questions, so it was difficult to communicate with the staff.
It was pitch black when the room lights were turned off, so I would have liked some kind of night light. We communicated via LINE, so we were able to get our point across, but it was disappointing that it took so long for them to reply."
"I returned to Jeonju.
I had a quiet, fulfilling trip.
Two years ago, I stayed on the outskirts of the Hanok Village,
but this time, I chose a place inside, and it was an excellent choice.
The owner was friendly, and the accommodations were clean and spacious.
And the breakfast was hearty (thank you!).
It was a wonderful trip."
"It is located 3 minutes away from Deokjin Park, so it is close to take a walk in the evening or day, and there are many things to do nearby.
The facilities are clean, and the bathroom and toilet are separated, so it is clean, and the bathtub was really big. My son said the TV was big and good.
It was my first time staying at a place with a styler.
I will book again next time~"

MMinStaying at this traditional Korean thatched-roof house (chogajip) in Jeonju was such a special and unforgettable experience!
I booked this place for my friend visiting from the U.S. to give her a unique taste of Korean culture—and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was great, the room was clean and cozy, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful :)
After booking, I recommend contacting the host in advance to let them know your estimated arrival time—it really helps with check-in. For international guests, it may be a bit difficult to communicate, so having someone help with the message is a good idea!
If you’re visiting Korea, don’t miss the chance to stay in a beautiful chogajip and experience a piece of traditional life. Highly recommended! ❤️
TtotoroI’ve been to many countries and stayed in various accommodations—hotels, guesthouses, and Airbnbs—but this experience was truly romantic. I stayed in a hanok (a traditional Korean-style house), and when I woke up in the morning, it was raining. I could hear the sound of raindrops gently falling to the ground, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere. That’s one of the most charming and unique aspects of staying in a hanok—it’s something you don’t experience in ordinary hotels.
Also, I’m very sensitive when it comes to cleanliness—I can be quite picky—but this place was spotless and extremely well-kept.
Lastly, the space was filled with green plants, which added to the freshness. I could smell the natural scent of greenery, feel the peaceful mood, and truly enjoy the presence of nature all around me.
AAndrea Montes de OcaThe guesthouse is conveniently located which makes it ideal for exploring Jeonju. The check-in process was smooth and instructions on how to access the room were very clear. Kitchen facilities came in very handy and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside I would mention is that the walls are paper-thin. We stayed two nights and had no problem on the first night but on the second one, we were awakened by loud guests at 2 am who seemed to be checking in very late (and possibly drunk). I would recommend limiting the check-in time until 00:00 to avoid any complaints or discomfort for in-house guests. Besides that situation the stay was perfect and considering the cost it was very fair.
GGuest UserThe only sticking point on this hotel stay was reservations needed for breakfast - despite the restaurant being empty, I was asked to go to the Holly’s Bakery instead. Otherwise, a great location and stay.
GGuest UserI met a friend I met during my foreign trip for the second time in Jeonju after Gurye. I booked a guesthouse after reviews and thought it was good to do it.
Friendly boss and wife ................ It was a short journey of 2 days and 1 night, but I was comfortable and well. Thank you.
If you have something to go next time, I think I will find it again ... Always be healthy and prosperous.
XXieyinghuaThis hotel is not far from Jeonju Hanok Village and also close to the famous Jeonju Bibimbap restaurant.
Then the receptionist is a handsome and gentle guy, which is rare. Most hotel receptionists are beautiful women, which may be a plus for female travelers.
Then the room is a Hanok-style floor. Although the decoration is not particularly Hanok, it is a bit like a modern hotel, but the sleeping board and bed set are matched and it does not make people feel hard when sleeping.
In addition, for family guests, as long as they can sleep in, he does not charge extra, and in fact, the bed set he gives is also quite large, so this is quite friendly.
ハハンズマンだおんI stayed at this hotel for two nights, and was very satisfied with the value for money and the careful cleaning. However, I was surprised that the electricity was cut off temporarily at around 1:30am, which I think was an unexpected occurrence.
CChun YangWe can walk down short flight of stairs to the house from the main road but don't get any traffic noise. Location was within the Hanok Village area making it easy to explore. The place was kind of old, the room we had was very small. The double futon mattress on the floor took a large chunk of the space, without folding the mattress there wasn't much space to sit around. Maybe that's how it is supposed to work. There was a aircon (not plugged in), another looks like aircon (doesn't work) and a look like heater was stowed away, we don't know whether they were mend to be used. Anyway that did not bothered us much. Wi-fi was available in the room. We only met the lady in-charge on check-in and thereafter on our own. Overall a doable stay, a place to rest and sleep.
GGuest Userlocation right in the middle of hanok village. no where is more convenient than here. but you may not have so much privacy as the rooms are right next to each other (need to speak very softly) and right outside your door is the common passage for every visitor at hanok village (yes you are right in the middle of it). however, right out your door are the cafes, shops etc. there isnt any facilities to use just a room and toilet. i booked the wrong room it was 10m2 and i find it super small; fortunately the location makes the stay much better for me. very friendly host though. take note there is no laundry, you need to travel out. we drove so it wasnt too bad for us. about 10-15 mins drive with no traffic jam.
