They helped us a lot, like getting back things we left at another hotel and printing papers for us. We really appreciated their help. Overall, I would definitely think about staying at this hotel again in the future.

Room quality: good with most frequently facilities available. Large windows installed. Drawback: the bathroom door cannot close properly.
