"The room was very spacious, offering a fantastic ocean view. The bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation and a bathtub, contributing to the overall generous feel of the space. We stayed on the 10th floor, but higher floors are available for an additional fee. The hotel boasts several restaurants, various brand shops, a 7-Eleven, and even a sauna. You don't even need to leave the premises for a comfortable and convenient stay. Getting around from the hotel is also very convenient. While the price was a bit on the higher side, everything else was impeccable."

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Dongmun Market and Chilseong Street are just a short stroll away. A taxi from the airport cost us roughly 9,000 KRW, or if you opt for the bus, it's about a 10-minute walk from the stop. You'll find 7-Eleven and CU convenience stores right downstairs, and a GS25 is located under the adjacent hotel. The street next door is packed with seafood restaurants. Emart, OY, and BHC fried chicken outlets are also easily reachable within a 20-minute walk. There's a lively plaza downstairs where people sing until 9 or 10 PM, and you'll often see skateboarders around. It really feels like Koreans never sleep! Our room wasn't a corner unit, but the sea view was unobstructed, allowing us to catch glimpses of both sunrise and sunset. The room was impeccably cleaned every day, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any concerns we had. Suggestions: 1. The differentiation between room types could be much clearer. For instance, it's unclear if the distinction between a 'Deluxe Room' and a 'Deluxe Sea View' room lies in the floor level or the extent of the view. Booking felt like a complete shot in the dark. 2. Considering the hotel promotes having a swimming pool, it's surprising there's no facility to purchase swimwear. The options at Emart and the Arena store in Chilseong Street nearby were either quite unappealing or overpriced."

"Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is very close to the airport; our group shared a larger taxi which cost 20,000 KRW to get us there. Hailing a taxi at the airport is very convenient – you just cross a small road outside, and you can quickly find one. The hotel is located in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for dining, drinking, and shopping. Downstairs, you'll find various restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacies. Baojian Road Pedestrian Street is just a ten-minute walk away. The hotel is situated directly above Lotte Duty Free, with the lobby on the 6th floor, accessible by elevator. Breakfast is an optional extra, and you can purchase it day by day. We tried it for one day but then decided it wasn't great value for money, so we opted not to continue. A convenience store downstairs provided perfectly adequate breakfast options instead. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, which is quite shallow and costs extra (12,000 KRW per person, same price for adults and children). The kids really enjoyed playing in it. The room wasn't huge, but the space was well-utilized, and it came with all the expected amenities, including a bathtub. When it was time to leave, the staff on the ground floor helped us call a taxi, and we reached the airport quickly. Overall, our stay was very pleasant."

"The room was very clean and in a good location. I didn't stay in a room with an ocean view this time, but the room opposite should be facing the ocean. The hotel is right on the beach and there is a good cafe next to it for breakfast. Many people are running in the morning. It only takes ten minutes to walk to Dongmen Market. It is also very close to Pork Street. There is a parking lot in the basement and a gym on the first floor. The swimming pool is not suitable for use until 3 pm."

"## Pros: The location is superb, directly across from the beach and a bustling fish market. The ocean view rooms offer unparalleled views. Public transportation is also very convenient, with bus routes 101 and 201 making it easy to reach any destination. While there are many dining options nearby, not many are particularly good. However, Haenyeo Bibimbap was the standout among the popular (or 'internet-famous') eateries. ## Cons: The room size and facilities are average and feel a bit dated. For a hotel claiming four stars, it's nowhere near the standard of a domestic 'Quanji' (All Seasons) hotel. They are very strict about the number of guests allowed. We booked an ocean view room with a double and single bed for two adults and one child. Since this exceeded their two-person occupancy limit, we had to pay an extra 10,000 (presumably KRW) per night for the child. Other policies are quite standard for hotels overseas: check-in is strictly at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. Late check-out incurs hourly charges, and staying past 2 PM will result in being charged for an entire additional night. Furthermore, they don't provide any disposable amenities, such as slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, or body lotion. And no umbrellas are available for guests to borrow."

"The room was spotless and cleaned daily. The housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; if we needed anything, we could communicate with them as they spoke a little English. The front desk staff spoke Chinese and provided excellent service. Check-in was very smooth; we only needed to present the passport of the person who made the booking, and they clearly confirmed all our details. The hotel's location is fantastic; there's a bus stop right across the street with direct buses to Dongmun Market! The Zhongyuan restaurant next door (red sign) serves delicious Jjajangmyeon and Sweet and Sour Pork. Right next to it, the 24-hour pork bone soup place (white sign) is also worth trying. Both offer generous portions at very reasonable prices. The staff at the 7-Eleven convenience store on the second floor were also very friendly, and you can even use your Korean transit card there."

"The location is truly excellent. You can walk downstairs directly to the beach – not a typical swimming beach, but a sandbar in the middle of the sea that you can easily wade out to. The bed was far too soft; I felt like I was sinking into it. The room gave off the vibe of a budget hotel like Home Inn in China, and it would probably be considered even lower-tier in Korea. However, its main advantage is its affordability. It was reasonably clean, though I did bring disposable sheets for extra peace of mind and even covered the hotel sofa with them (which was also great for drying clothes without getting the sofa wet!). My daughter, though, did mention a strange smell from the drain, but I didn't personally detect it. We chose a corner room with a sea view. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's quite popular with Koreans. In the evenings, you'll often see locals enjoying beer and fried chicken right on the curbside. Going downstairs early in the morning, the entire beach felt like it was all ours – completely deserted."

"Before my trip, I read a lot of reviews, a mix of good and bad. I chose this place because it offered free cancellation, so I didn't have high expectations. But what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be after I checked in! The room was incredibly spacious. Even with our two large suitcases open on the floor, there was still plenty of room. It came with a large table, and by the window, there was also a really large, long bay window seat that was perfect for extra storage. Downstairs, there's a Starbucks and a convenience store. A bus stop right outside offers direct routes to Baojian Road, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, the duty-free shop is just a short walk away! The location truly couldn't be better, everything was so convenient. Our room was cleaned spotlessly every day by the housekeeping staff. They even knew that Starbucks cups can be recycled for a deposit and didn't throw ours away, which was such a thoughtful touch, haha! Big thumbs up! My only regret is that I completely forgot to film a room tour during my stay, haha!"

Amazing
AAnonymous UserCheck-in was seamless: The hosts, a wonderful couple, were excellent. They clearly explained all the property's requirements and patiently answered every question we had. The area itself is very quiet and safe; you can wake up to watch the sunrise and enjoy leisurely strolls along the seaside promenade. All the amenities in the house worked perfectly. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower boasted great water pressure. Just a heads-up: disposable toiletries like toothbrushes aren't provided, so remember to bring your own. Also, you'll need to ask the hosts daily for fresh towels. And no exaggeration, the cleanliness was impeccable – it was absolutely spotless! 😂 The place is cleaned meticulously, with a deep clean likely performed around 2 PM, but guests are expected to take out their own trash.

MMr-ZhuZhuboyThe hotel's central location was extremely convenient. The room size was decent. On a rather amusing note, I accidentally left the souvenirs I'd purchased at the hotel after I had already departed. Thankfully, after I called, they located them, and I was able to arrange a courier pickup. Just a heads-up: if you need to mail anything, remember to pack it securely yourself, as shipping services typically won't do it for you! Lol.

SSteve in JejuA Wonderful Stay at Hotel Champion in Jeju City! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Champion in Jeju City, and I can’t praise this place enough! From the moment I arrived, the exceptional staff made me feel welcome and valued. Their kindness and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The housekeeping services at Hotel Champion are top-notch. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my visit, which is always a major plus in my book. Speaking of the rooms, they are not only spotlessly clean but also wonderfully comfortable—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful island! When it comes to value for money, Hotel Champion excels. The amenities provided, including a powerful shower and a kettle for brewing my morning coffee, made my stay incredibly enjoyable without breaking the bank. I particularly loved this little touch, as it allowed me to start my day right with a warm cup of coffee while enjoying the lovely views from my window. The hotel’s location is another significant advantage. It's conveniently situated near a variety of attractions, with a convenient store just a short walk away for any essentials you might need. Additionally, there’s a delightful coffee shop only three minutes on foot, perfect for grabbing a tasty treat or enjoying a leisurely afternoon break. In summary, Hotel Champion is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Jeju City. Whether you’re a solo traveler, couple, or family, this hotel checks all the boxes: friendly staff, cleanliness, comfort, and unbeatable value. I highly recommend Hotel Champion as the perfect home base for exploring all that Jeju has to offer. I can’t wait to return!

XXenaaaaFacilities: The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, just about 3 kilometers away. Getting around is incredibly easy, with a bus stop right outside. During my stay, buses were always readily available whenever I needed to go out, and using Naver Maps made navigation super efficient, saving a lot of time. Right outside, you'll find two convenience stores (a GS25 and a CU). If you walk a bit to the right from the hotel, you'll reach Jeju City Hall. At the main intersection, there's a huge Daiso, along with Art Box, ABC Mart, Olive Young, and a BBQ Chicken restaurant. This excellent location means you don't need to venture into the crowded city center for shopping or dining. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily and was consistently quite clean. Ambiance: It was quiet, and our window offered a lovely sea view, which was particularly beautiful on clear, sunny days. Service: Only two complimentary bottles of water are provided, so I'd recommend buying larger ones from the nearby convenience stores. I stayed for 4 days, and for a standard room priced at just over 200, the value for money was truly exceptional.

KKumaNiThis place offers excellent value for money. As a solo traveler, I paid around 160 per night during the off-peak season. The room was very quiet and spacious, featuring a small entrance hall in addition to the bathroom. Check-in was self-service: I simply picked up my room keycard, which had my name on it, from the front desk, and returned it upon check-out. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at the front desk, which is under surveillance. While I'd read some reviews complaining about the inconvenience of not being able to find the owner, I personally didn't encounter any problems. There's a convenience store right opposite, and the elderly gentleman who works there was very kind. Dongmun Market and Mokgwan-a are also close by. However, if transportation convenience is your main priority, an area like Baojian Road would be a better choice. The primary appeal of staying here is its affordability.

GGuest UserOur group of five (two families) spent 7 days in Jeju, staying at two hotels, and this was the first one we checked into. The hotel's location isn't ideal; it's about a 20-minute walk to Hamdeok Beach. On the plus side, there's a BHC fried chicken restaurant and a CU convenience store right next door. We were quite satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and facilities; it was spotless and well-maintained. However, to be honest, we were quite dissatisfied with the front desk service. No matter what the issue was, their immediate reaction seemed to be to say no. It felt as if they might have perceived us as being overly demanding Chinese guests. For example, in my sister's family's room, the toilet wouldn't flush in the morning (note: their toilets here are electronic with automatic flushing). When we contacted the front desk, they informed us that maintenance staff wouldn't be on duty until 11 AM, so the issue couldn't be addressed until then. Since everyone needed to use the restroom that morning, we kept pressing for a solution. Eventually, the front desk staff consulted with a nearby cleaning lady. The cleaning lady then simply turned around, picked up a plunger (which was conveniently located right next to the front desk, implying this is a common issue), and fixed the toilet in a matter of seconds.

66laoshiThe area is small, the service and sanitation environment are good, the location is near Wudaokou, adjacent to Dream Building and Emart, and the transportation is convenient. There are waiters who can speak Chinese, and communication is barrier-free. When I booked a room on Ctrip, there was a prompt asking what I needed. I chose to pick up the airport, and the webpage passed quickly, but when I arrived, I called the hotel and replied that the hotel had never had an airport pick-up service. It appears that there is something wrong with the system.
