The hotel is clean and tidy. I am very satisfied. I will stay again if I have a chance! The location of the hotel is very good, easy to find, very close to the attractions, and the food is very hygienic and delicious. There are Chinese and Western options for breakfast, which is great!

This hotel is so perfect that the service environment has not been hanged to say 100. I have always thought that India is not good before I have been to India. India is totally different from what I imagined, the difference between heaven and earth! What I saw was not like the legendary and media reports! His culture and essence are really worth exploring. Personal opinion: India's most luxurious hotels in terms of size, facilities, and architectural style are more affordable than the hotels of Oberoi, Rila Palace, and even Taj's own chain in various parts of India. The entire hotel is located in a European-style garden. The garden is too big to walk around, sitting on the porch outside the restaurant, drinking beer, and looking at the fountain in the distance and the peacock next to it. Enough!

We arrived at Jaipur at 9 o'clock in the evening, so we chose a hotel near the airport. The tall and thin brother at the front desk gave us a free upgrade to the suite. So I had to eat here, and the on-site settlement would have to be tax-efficient than the Ctrip package. The rich breakfast at the hotel is not the key to a vegetarian restaurant to appease my little stomach that desires meat

We had a fantastic week-end in Jaipur coming from Dubai. Mr Rajesh arranged everything and make us feel special. Our guide Mr Lanksh*** made our trip easy, interesting and his kindness deserves to be know. The driver was experienced, the car very clean and the coordination with our guide was perfect. We thank again Mr Rajesh, Mr Lanksh*** and our driver for the fantastic week-end and highly recommend any one from Dubai to go for it!

A charming hotel that captivated us from the moment of reception. Upon our arrival, we experienced a small welcome ritual that included blessings and the placement of a red thread bracelet, adding a cultural and welcoming touch. The room turned out to be exceptionally comfortable, and we enjoyed the additional amenities, such as the bar and restaurant. We chose to dine here on several occasions, delighting in delicious dishes that were not overly spicy and, above all, did not cause any discomfort. We rate our experience a resounding 100/100. The detailed and friendly attention from all staff, the impeccable cleanliness of the room, and the strategic location for exploring tourist attractions made our stay at Hotel Shalimar truly memorable

Had one of my worst hotel stays in Jaipur at this hotel. Had booked this hotel looking at the reviews n the location. When I checked in and went for shower, there was no warm water but I ignored thinking since it's late they would have switched off the plant. Next day morning again when there was no warm water, i complained at the reception. Mr Mukesh from engineering dept said that since they had low occupancy, they don't run the plant. When insisted, Mr Pushpinder from front office offered to give water in bucket!!! But despite requesting these guys didn't switch on the plant and then started making excuses that it will take 3 hours for water to warm and then that the plant has been put in maintenance !! All in all avoid the hotel

1. There was no warmth while welcoming the guest. 2. I asked for a glass of milk which they cd not provide. 3. Tv was not working, i requested several times but to no avail. 4. I had no option than to use same bedsheet for 3 days. 5. Soap was not provided on request.

Lovely hotel..Slightly far from the city center. There were couple of wedding events that were ongoing, so we got a upgrade to the quieter side of the resort. lovely gesture..breakfast was spot on and so was the lounge access. They also gave us a parting gift. again nice touch !..
