It is a very average type of hotel with just ok type of amenities. Room service below average. Insufficient staff. They committed me to provide tea in early morning, accordingly i called for room service in morning around 5:45 am but no body picked the call. Only one plus point is it's location near madan mahal rely station.

Property is good. Food is also very delicious. But the main requirement of a five star hotel is clean and maintained rooms. I stayed in room 610 for one night. There was a weird smell in the room. The carpet was not properly clean. Pillow covers were old and covered in lint. The bath tub was broken and a yellow liquid was oozing out of it. Shower curtains were full of lipstick stains. We asked the staff to change our room but there was no availability. They changed the shower curtain and asked us to use the foot mat inside the tub and stand on that and take bath.
Maybe if I had another room, then my stay would have been better.
Overall i would say don't go with the expectations of a five star. At best this was a 3 star experience.

The room was ok and staff was cooperative. However on mm t i booked a room named super deluxe room which was advertised having more spacious as a room but even after specifically pointing out same to the hotel the staff said there is only one type of room in our hotel which is deluxe room. Rest was ok and hotel is good for a day or two stay as per your work.

I checked in with my family. The rooms were decent. Washroom was also decent. When i entered the room, there was complimentary apples, biscuits, wafers etc which was a welcome surprise. My meal plan had breakfast included. The buffet breakfast was marvelous (taste wise and variety wise as well. So for the price paid, i got very good value. So i will recommend this hotel.

Coming to jabalpur for the first time ever, the stay was surprisingly pleasant as we did not have much expectations. The hotel is a heritage property with perfect location and proximity to airport, landmarks and all. The staff was above and beyond in making every guest comfortable be it at the hotel, restaurant or the bar. There is beautiful pool at the back which is well maintained and has a huge privacy wall for guest comfort. The menu offered a wide variety of food and the bar was also well stocked. Our stay was made even more comfortable by jib y (their manager at the restaurant) who is pure gold in terms ofetiquette, service and wide knowledge. We are glad we stayed at narmada jackson’s and we shall surely choose this place the next time.

GGuest UserI checked in with family and was allotted a room in a floor where works are going on. They should have avoided allocating rooms in the floor where works are going on. Uncleaned floor and worker trying to open the door. Very disappointing experience. Towels were old, stained and leaving lint. Limited options for breakfast was available. In the night we were told of a buffet breakfast however the same changed with 3 options given by hotel staff and added bread with buttrer and jam later. Despite of all issues the staff was very courteous. Would recommend this property to be avoided till it's work completion.

GGuest UserRiver-wood resort, lying within a dense forest next to a wonderful village, provides a luxurious accommodation. The place boasts of sexy washrooms and an outstanding service. An additional attraction is the swimming pool and catering service. The prices are fair, not to mention its location in relation to a gypsy colony. However, there were definitely some lows: bread with fungus and a steel wire instead of a rice bowl. As far as risk is concerned, one always has to be caution with gypsy drivers, who are perhaps a little wild at times. To sum it up, it must be stated that the place is enjoyed with pleasure.

Great value equipped with vfm food arrangement that can also be arranged in room. Super satisfied and will opt always to stay again n again. GGuest UserThe hotel has spacious rooms and the property is right on the highway. Cleanliness and hygiene are good. However, the room service is pathetic and rude. We ordered a tea that came after 30 minutes and was cold. After complaining, they assured another warm cup of tea shortly. Even after next 40 minutes, the tea didn’t come, and every time we enquired, we were told that the boy has already moved out of kitchen to deliver the keys and they hung up without even listening to customer properly.
