The hotel located in a good place which is very close to metro line. Rooms are clean and kinda spacious, staffs are friendly too. However the facility and the offerings are not enough. The hotel doesn’t let you feel like you are accommodating at 5 star hotel. The pool is super small and open only for ladies between 11:00-15:00 which is totally no sense again. Wish they could offer more for that high price tag. In 5 star hotel you get paper cup instead of a Glass/porcelain cup. Even in 4 star hotels in this zone doesn’t use paper cups. Sorry but my satisfaction level wasn’t that high because of price/quality ratio.

The room I arranged at the beginning was close to the roadside, and the next day I changed to the one next to the strait. It is very good. I will stay in the hotel and restaurant next time. The atmosphere in the evening is very good, and the breakfast is very good. It is as expected and is in charge of us. The butler is very nice, great guy

Two of my friends and I book an Istanbul suite, we add a sofa bed which is large and comfortable. The room is big with nice sea view, the bathroom is also large and fantastic. The staffs at both front desk and lounge are nice. We have many meals in the lounge since included in suite. However, the check in time is a little bit late (3pm).

I recommend staying at this hotel as it has a great location near Taksim Square. Although the hotel furnishings were old and not suitable for a 5-star hotel, the rooms were clean and the environment was quiet. The staff were very polite and helpful. I suggest having breakfast at this hotel as it will not disappoint you. The overall experience was pleasant and I would consider staying at this hotel again in the future.
