Best Ishigaki Hotels

"This hotel is a little bit far from the city center. There are large supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants within a 10-minute walk (free bikes available). The port is 20 minutes away by bus, and everything is around the port. If you want a quiet and planned trip, this hotel is the best. Clean bathrooms that don't require a shower filter. "The family of five had a great 3 nights. The first day was a bit cloudy so we swam in the outdoor pool. The second day was too hot so we gave up sightseeing and went back to the hotel to play in the indoor pool. There was a billiard table and table tennis table on the same floor so we enjoyed it for a while and lying on the hammock right next to it and looking at the palm trees was healing in itself. In the evening, we watched the sunset, took a walk along the beach, felt the cool sea breeze and looked at the calm sea. On the third day, we went snorkeling for two times and came back so we went straight to the large bathhouse to take a refreshing bath, went back to the hotel to take a nap and went out for dinner. We enjoyed our 3 nights touring all the facilities in the resort. The staff were also very kind and we used a translator to communicate so it wasn't too inconvenient even without a Korean staff member. We were having a hard time with the activity reservation, but when we asked for help, the staff member called the relevant company directly and resolved it smoothly so we enjoyed the activities we had reserved. The room view was right on the beach so the whole family had a satisfying trip to Japan. The stairs going up to the family room duplex were a bit scary, but after a day, it was fine. Since we rented a car to get around the accommodation, going to the convenience store wasn't a problem, so we went out to buy whatever the kids wanted to eat. If I go to Ishigaki again, I'd like to book at Grandvrio Resort."

"Renovated hotel and you can still smell the mold all over the place. Dehumidifiers everywhere. There is a tiny pool but the ANA beach is also closed by and open for public with shower so the location is quite good. Parking for free but the lot may be full if you come back late. Room is bigger than we expected."

I was really impressed with the service! ✨ - Welcome drink and ice cream - A wide variety of amenities such as toothbrushes and skin care products are available at any time - Several types of awamori are available for free - Towels for diving are available at the front desk - Great breakfast (various Okinawan dishes, awamori, Blue Seal ice cream) - The staff are friendly and kind I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again😊"

"This place is very beautiful, the room is independent, there is a terrace, you can clearly see the stars,  you can see the Galaxy that night. From the airport directly to the accommodation, take a taxi 4100, 30 minutes. There is a western restaurant near the accommodation. It is very recommended.  The landlord has prepared a perfect restaurant information map , Very intimate. Very exquisite and attentive B&B,  highly recommended "

"The hotel is good with good hygiene, spacious room and convenient store. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff can assist to book the local tour for us which is amazing. However it doesn’t close to the pier and you better drive to visit Ishigaki if stay here."

"All aspects are very good, the room is clean, there is a washing machine and dryer in it, which is really convenient, and there is a terrace. It is more inconvenient for me personally to store my luggage before the check-in time, and the password lock of the room cannot be used smoothly."

"The most important thing about this hotel is that the hot spring downstairs is quite good, and! There are 5 or 6 kinds of shampoo and shower gel for you to choose from, can you believe it! The room is quite clean, and there are free popsicles, tea, coffee, and lemonade at the door, saving money on buying water 😆. The transportation is generally okay. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the pier, which is acceptable. You can make a free reservation for the round-trip bus from the airport. Very considerate"
