"The hotel was well located outside the main part of Innsbruck which we liked as they had parking. It would have been great if parking was reserved for guests, but we managed. The bus was just around the corner & very easy to use. The breakfast was yummy & had lots of options. Dinner was also yummy. The service was very good. We would definitely stay here again as it was very neat & clean & just what we wanted."

"Super clean, quiet modern studio room with fabulous shower and comfy beds. Thoughtful planning of refurbishment. Check in was fraught as no access code had been emailed as we booked via app. Provision of breakfast had been withdrawn from listing between booking and arrival which was disappointing. Recommend."

"Location was excellent and 5mins from the main train station. There was construction going on across the road, but the double glazing meant it was blocked out a lot. The air conditioning seemed to turn off after a certain time period at night, so I woke up hot but I was easy to turn things back on. Decent amount of ammenities. The restaurant was convenient if needed and was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel"

"Very strategic location with great mountain view of the alps. Just 5mins walking distance from the train station and the bus (to airport). Big shopping mall will park nearby. Not far from city center (approx 10-15mins walk). Super friendly receptionist especially Fabian. Thumbs up to him as his amazing hospitality enhanced our experience in Innsbruck."

"The hotel was around 5 mins walk to the tram that head up to Nordkette (Top of Innsbruck), and around 10 mins walk to the heart of old town. There was a supermarket right beside the hotel as well. The hotel has a carpark, elevator and breakfast.
Rooms were spacious, bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. Basic amenities & toiletries were provided as well.
Check-in was smooth, and staff were friendly and helpful. We managed to get an Innsbruck Tourist Card for each guest that stayed in the hotel, this card offered discounted/free public transportation (but does not include the ride up to Nordkette).
Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay."

"The Staff allowed early check in before 12pm as there was available room. While the location is great (just opp the central train station), it is a bit noisy at night as my room faces the train station. There were people talking loudly on the streets even at around 11pm. Not sure if it helps if one were to ask for a room which faces away from the train station though. Amentities in the room was basic but breakfast was pretty good."

Service was excellent and the gym/sauna was good enough to be used.
Was about a 15mins walk from the train station and 20mins walk from the main area/old town.
Other than the location, everything else was great."

"The concierge guy was most courteous when we arrived very early in the morning to Munich, felt welcomed. He pointed us to what we can do and showed us a nice restroom so we can freshen up.
The room size is good, well designed. Decor highlights German Alpine traditions in a graceful manner. Feeling relaxed when you enter the hotel. The breakfast offers good and plentiful choices. Especially liked their use of tea leaves instead of tea bags."

"Great hospitality from the front desk when checking in with complementary drinks. The booking includes the welcome card where all transportation within Innsbruck are included plus free activities that you can sign up online. The Garden Rooms is great for three people. The room might get hot sometimes and the thermostat is controlled by the reception (will need to let them know if you want the room temperature to be lowered). Complementary Chocolate when checking out."

Amazing
JJem PBeautiful and well designed apartment in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood. Loved the wonderful views of the forest and the sounds of nature and a little stream just outside the window. My main concern was the lack of air conditioning. It can get unbearably hot during summer during the day, and it's too hot to sleep at night without leaving the windows open. If you don't drive, reaching here is also quite a challenge as it's a 10-15 minute uphill walk from the nearest bus stops.

The Central Hotel is about an 8-minute walk from Innsbruck train station. After checking in and settling my luggage, I could reach the city center in just 5 minutes on foot. It's close to all the main attractions, yet it wasn't too noisy, which made for a very comfortable stay.

GGuest UserWe travel to Innsbruck at least one a year and this is our go-to spot—the location is amazing (close to everything, but not noisy), included breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Our favorite feature is having access to the excellent Base 5 gym that's right next door to the property, a great complement to the hotel pool & sauna! We'll be back, frequently.

Location: The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy local dining options. Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, which was a huge plus.
Breakfast: The breakfast variety was impressive! There were plenty of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries, which provided a great start to my day.
Bar:The hotel bar was another highlight of my stay. It had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cocktail selection was creative, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making it a great spot to relax and socialize.

CChoon leongTravel to Innsbruck town with families last week and booked this hotel for 2 nights. Arrived early so try our luck for early check in. Receptionist was nice and pretty, she let us check in early since our room was ready. They even provide us the Innsbruck Welcome Card since we spend 2 nights here. Hotel lift was quite small, just fit 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids, along with 2 medium size luggage). Our room is on 3rd floor. Room got two double beds and an indoor balcony with stunning view of the mountains. Balcony got a small round table which perfect for drinking and enjoying the beautiful mountains view. Very comfortable room with all the facilities available. Kids love the room very much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, not many choices but its fresh and delicious. Hotel's staff was very kind and help us order what we wanted. When we heading to town, their staff even remind us to take umbrella because the weather is getting dark. Hotel's staff is so careful observation, she notices us stand at wrong side of bus stop, rush out and inform us about it. We really love this Basic Hotel very much. Very Basic and much love. Really recommend this hotel.

KkfamiliasgExcellent location, golden roof is only a stonr throw away. Room was amazing and spacious with full kitchen and complimentary milk. We only spent 1 night. Just to note for those wanting to book for more than few nights, changing towels and house keeping/room cleaning would be charged fees. Plus, I did not realize this before booking, but there is additional tourist charges for staying, from memory about 35 euro per person.

GGuest UserSuper easy for check in and staff were really friendly too. We originally had a higher floor room but that meant lugging our luggage up the stairs, so the staff initiated and offered to give us a room on the ground floor. Breakfast was good as well, and they let us put our bags there after check out for a couple hours too :)

TTAOSimple hotel with very welcoming front desk. There are questions and answers, and it is recommended that the tour routes, surrounding traffic, parking, and shopping are introduced in detail! Also recommended local famous restaurants, very good! Breakfast is relatively good, freshly squeezed orange juice is very good! The price is very good.

SSam ChuaLocation is super, 6 minutes walk from Innsbruck hbf. Internal as comment by others, furniture is old but is clean. Lift is old style made with wood wall paper and small. Cute instead, the service desk is very helpful. If don't mind on old fashion, this is one of the economy hotel that comes with breakfast. Although is simple breakfast but is nice and clean. Happy for the stay for me👍
