GGuest UserThe family studio was super small with very little room to walk past the beds. We ended up storing our bags in the patio area and closet since space was already super limited. However, the check in process (kiosk) was the easiest I've ever experienced. You can even add your license plate for parking while checking in. I did interact with a front desk rep once and she was kind/helpful. Though we could have used more towels and weren't sure how to request them without front desk staff. The room was super clean and the entire property is surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants and shops. Getting into Seoul was a bit challenging and took about 2 hours using public transportation so keep this in mind. However, if you plan to stay in the Incheon area, it's a nice spot. I wish we had a higher floor but otherwise it was a good stay.

AAnonymous UserThis place was good for the price but not the greatest. Starting with the cleanliness, overall the room itself was clean but there are some rust, discolorations on silicone on the bathroom and one of the towel I was given had clear sign of someone using hair dye. But the room was clean. The location was not the worst but can be better being located close the subway did mean getting around was relatively easy, but since the hotel is located near business district as tourist it take a bit to travel. Service was just ok. They do room cleaning everyday upon your request. But outside of that there isn't much. Similarly the amenities were somewhat limited. But there is a washing machine.

But the location is far from the subway station, and most of the travel depends on taxis and buses.
During the stay, cleaning and replacement of supplies will not be provided unless requested.
The price is cheaper on weekdays, but the price on weekends is twice that of weekdays.

GgogonemoThis hotel near Unseo Station, which is very close to Incheon Airport, is really popular on weekends. Many places were fully booked. I managed to snag the last available room here, and I'm really pleased with it! Though, the weekend prices are much higher than weekdays. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and its proximity to the airport, coupled with the airport express line, makes it a great spot for transit stays. You just exit Unseo Station at exit 1 and walk straight ahead to your right. My flight was at 8:20 AM, so even waking up at 6 AM, I still had time to look around the airport. It was raining when I left in the morning, and the hotel even provided an umbrella, which was a thoughtful touch. As the saying goes, 'giving roses, your hands will retain some fragrance.' After using the umbrella to get to the subway station, I left it somewhere convenient for others to use.

It's approximately a 20-minute taxi ride to Terminal 1, costing around ₩15,500 as of this review. You'll find plenty of dining options nearby, along with several large supermarkets and an Olive Young.

111191911This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It's right next to the ferry terminal that takes you to Incheon city. For just 3,500 won, you can be near Incheon Chinatown for sightseeing and dining in about ten minutes. My room had a sea view and a balcony; every morning I woke up, I felt like I was in Normandy. There are many seafood restaurants nearby, and a bike path along the beach. Running along the seaside promenade downstairs every day was pure bliss. This place will definitely be my base for exploring Incheon's islands. The front desk service was courteous and friendly; they even lent me a charging cable for free and gave me extra water. The price was fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

LLJonesThe resort was lovely! The photos posted online mirror the actual location. The proximity to the beach is unmatched. The rooftop area was spectacular and offered stunning views of the harbor. Truly breathtaking! There is a CU convenience store and restaurants at the resort as well. However, the water park and pools are not open for the May holiday break. The arcade, mini golf and other advertised activities are not inclusive of the room rate. The cleaning staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and were saddened to leave.

GGuest UserConsidering it’s price I paid for the last 7 days of staying in this hotel, it’s okay but a few things I like to mention are.., I am saying not because I am a picky person nor blame anyone.
Here are a few things; 1. There were no A/C available whole 7 days and nights so I was pretty hot. When I said to the front desk they said it’s not available at all. It was my first time experience in my life. 2. There were a couple of broken tiles near to the elevator were extremely dangerous because we were tripping on the uneven surface several times. I wondered why they just simply fixed it for safety. 3. Bathroom door was so noisy when I closed it because the hinges were so rusted. 4. The entire room was too dark for me to find out my belongings. 5. The shower curtain was way too short to block the water when I was taking a shower so the water splashing out especially when there were high glossy floor tiles.
