Aaaaaaaya...Getting to the hotel from the nearest station requires either a taxi or a bus, but a taxi ride was only around 1,000 yen. Since it's a self check-in system, if any issues arise, you'll need to contact Trip.com's chat support. I was a bit confused during check-in because the room name I booked was different from what was displayed on the check-in machine, but I managed to get settled in without a problem. Similarly, when checking out, an error message popped up saying it wasn't my check-out day, but I eventually managed to complete the process. If it were possible to quickly contact chat support whenever an issue came up, I would highly recommend this hotel as it's very clean and wonderful!

GGuest UserLove the view and the room was clean. Stayed here 1 night for a early flight in ICN Airport. Overall good and relaxing experience. Had to book an Uber to go here and book another one when going to the airport since the bus stop is far.

CChriseroFacilities: I finally managed to book a transit hotel in Seoul after trying for ages, it's really hard to get a room! I booked it past 1 AM. The hotel is located past security, above gate 252. It's a standard capsule hotel. Small but has everything you need. For a transit hotel, being able to stay overnight without going through security is the most important thing. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are also standard phone charging ports.
Cleanliness: Generally okay. The bedding was definitely new. However, I did see some debris in the bathroom, and there were silverfish in the room.
Environment: Soundproofing is mediocre. You can hear noises from the hallway. There are many restaurants outside the hotel, so dining is convenient.
Service: No major complaints. There was only one person at the front desk. We booked a twin room, but they gave us a king room. We were eager to rest, so we didn't bother changing rooms.

MMengluI booked this hotel to see a show at Inspire. The room was much more spacious compared to hotels in downtown Seoul, and all the toiletries were provided. There's also a CU convenience store nearby, and it's about a 40-minute walk to the venue.
The hotel staff (specifically, an older gentleman) was also incredibly kind. When I didn't know how to get to the convenience store, he even used Naver to help navigate and drew a map for me. When I checked out, he also helped call a taxi to the airport. I'm really grateful!

RROGATIONS/GAELLE REINE JEANNEWe stayed one night at Zeumes on our way to ski in Kazakhstan, so we needed a convenient hotel to transit with our ski bags. Not only the location is awesome right at UNSEO station, but the ajussi who is at counter was absolutely the nicest person who even made extra effort to offer it the possibility to take the 8am shuttle with our ski bags, when not supposed to be possible.
We'd definitely chose this hotel for transit time again.
Another +: the ajussi speaks could english and makes things easy even over the phone.

GGuest UserI was really impressed with how clean and thoughtfully designed the interior was. There was plenty of storage space, making excellent use of the compact area. My only minor suggestion would be for the sofa to be a sofa bed, with extra bedding provided, especially since accessing the bathroom upstairs could be challenging for some. That way, those who find climbing difficult could use the sofa. I particularly enjoyed being able to listen to music on the stylish record player – that was a lovely touch.

AAnonymous UserIt is convenience for night and earlier morning flight. The nearest subway station is unseo, 2 stops from Incheon airport, walkable distance from Unseo subway station to the hotel and vice versa. It offers free airport transfer too, but seat is limited and time is inflexible so better take subway, the quicker way. Hotel's bed and bath room is basic but complete amneties inside. Check in is simply by machine outside the office, and tap the name of who the registration was made. Surrounding by convenience store and many restaurants.

GGuest Userconveniently located in Terminal 1 and next to Matina Lounge. It was a life saver after a long haul flight to not have to deal with a taxi or the train into seoul. The room is pretty barebones, with a small amenity kit and some water bottles. Perfect for the no-frills traveler who just wants to pass-out. There were no windows in my room, only a TV. I did enjoy the complimentary shower products. The ”gym” contains 2 yoga mats, some dumbells, a bench, and a stationary bike.

ЛЛилуThis is my second time in this hotel and this time super **** service! Check-in at 15:00. My flight arrived at 06:00 am, so is means that I already can't make check in from the previous day according the rules of hotel and still can't check in for new day! I call to reception and girl not speak English, she translate me in translaitor that I can check in earlier if I pay 11.000 won per hour ( available from 10:00 am , and till 15:00 it will cost 55.000 won!!! Extra money to that that I already paid for this day! ) OKAY I wait in GS25 store near by like homeless with all my baggage from 08:00 am to 15:00!!! And hotel not provide luggage storage. Even I was ready to pay just let it somewhere, but hotel not help with this. And this is hotel near airport! Where this kind of things must be more loyal.. So after 15 hours flight I wait check in outside in cold weather with bags in my hands for 7 hours, highly not recommend this place, I never will back to this place again

MMagnus TanI had a basic single room and it was basic, but got the job done for an overnight layover between flights. The free shuttle to the airport was the biggest perk, just write your name down on a list at the front desk during check in. That said, the hotel staff really need to take better care of the room facilities. The secondary lock to my room door was broken and the cup in the bathroom for brushing teeth was really dusty, so I didn’t use it. Finally, I had trouble checking in because my reservation was supposedly not captured, but it was, on *******! The staff told me that was an unusual glitch, but worth sharing. He was helpful throughout that 15-min ordeal though.
