GGuest UserWow! Art Paradiso was absolutely stunning and the service was unmatched. The hotel and surrounding premises are grand, sleek, and incredibly cool to look at. The hotel itself is gorgeous- dark, artsy, sophisticated. Our room was huge and the vibe was sublime.  The staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The welcome drink in their bar was a nice touch! They also left us a dessert plate in our room, but we unfortunately had to turn it down as we’re vegan. Instead, they created a special fruit plate and delivered it to us! That was so nice of them.  We only stayed for 13 hours due to our travel plans, but I highly recommend you to really savor all Paradise has to offer. I can’t wait to come back and experience their spa, restaurant lounge, shopping, theater, and casino!

GGuest UserVery clean, great environment. The hotel is spotless and in a prime location, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable and quiet, and the hygiene is excellent. It was a fantastic stay with great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

BBruceYoung11Overall, the hotel lives up to its 'Premier' name. I really liked the decor and the room itself – it was incredibly spacious and very clean. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making check-in a breeze. However, the breakfast was quite mediocre, really more like what you'd expect from an apartment building, which felt unnecessary. Also, a heads-up about check-in times: for some reason, certain bookings had a 6 PM check-in, which was a first for me.

AAnonymous UserHuge thanks to the front desk lady for upgrading me to the Hwiyoung Suite! The room was spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. The location is absolutely perfect – it's just a three-minute walk to Inspire Arena. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town for a concert.

But service is not so good: only 2 clothes hangers; pool nees to be paid; AC is not adjustable, either 25 degree, or stopped completely. Very strange rule, not in line with sustainable development; no sewing kit is provided to ses on a botton.

XXiner2The room was spacious and quiet. When I checked in and put on the disposable sheets, I found a lighter with Korean characters under the mattress. 😱... There was also an open package of unidentified food behind the curtain. 😓 The front desk service was excellent. 🥰 Downstairs is the shopping street. The airport pickup was impeccable. 👍👍👍 The drop-off service was late, and I almost missed it. ✈️ It was a close call, but it was fine. 👌🏻 Overall, it was a good stay!

LLuweezyanaI believe this is my first time staying in a guesthouse in Korea. I thought it was a regular hotel. The location is great, only a few minutes away from the airport as I wanted. Coffee shops, restaurants, CU and 7 elevens are right in the area. The room was very nice, spacious, and pretty much had everything you could need...even a full size refrigerator and freezer. Nice views outside. I didn't get the automatic email right away but I was able to get in touch once I called the number to get my room info.

AAnonymous UserVery good for short stay. It is an affordable accomodation close to Incheon airport. I arrived Incheon airport at midnight and took taxi to the hotel, spending less than 12000 won which is very cheap. The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff/ owner was very nice. Equipped and provided with shower stuffs, toothbrush toothpaste, hair dryer and bottled water. They even have hair curlers, hair gel and tea bags.

SShaza HarrisI stayed here for awhile. Mainly to rest after medical procedure. What I liked was that it was almost smoke free. The rooms was a little run down but clean. The guy at the front desk is an ocd cleaner. It close to the main road with many stores and places to eat. I love the coffee area downstairs and of course the ice on hand. The tea is not very good but loved the mango juice. The cleaning lady is my favorite person at this hotel. The Wi-Fi is awesome.
