Incheon Hotels with Gym

The service from start to finish was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly, shame I couldn't stay longer but I definitely enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to visit! Before I checked in, did a little bit of shopping, ate lunch and visited the Wonder box it was so much fun! Cimer was needed and the art museum was also pretty! Thank you once again to everyone who assisted me xx

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Grand Hyatt Incheon. The staff were lovely, they treated each guest equally, and always go above and beyond with service. The shuttle is really helpful for travelers who might still be getting used to Korea. The amenities are also great for anyone trying to relax and enjoy their stay. Family friendly and with excellent room service. I’m a member now and will definitely be coming back!

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Songdo Convensia. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride or a 30-minute bus ride to the convention center, which is quite convenient. However, public transportation to the airport is very inconvenient. There's no direct bus, and the subway station is quite far. If you have large luggage and can't take the bus, a taxi is your only option. A taxi to the airport costs 30,000 Korean Won, which is still acceptable. The room is well-equipped with a full set of kitchenware, so you can easily order delivery and heat up food. There's also a coffee machine with complimentary coffee. Overall, it was a great experience for a solo traveler. I'd recommend it for business trips or attending events nearby. However, it's very inconvenient for getting to the city center and other attractions, so I wouldn't recommend it for tourism.

I specifically changed my reservation to stay near the airport the day before. The room was quite spacious, and the TV was large too. It's about a ten-minute drive to the airport, which saved me from rushing from the city early in the morning, allowing me to sleep in a bit longer. Usually, there's a shuttle service to the airport, but since my departure day was Sunday, I had to take a taxi, which cost around 11,000 Korean Won.

If you have business that requires an overnight stay near Soraepogu, this is a good place to stay. It's reasonably priced with a good location; right in front of the hotel there's both a train station and a bus stop, plus a convenience store inside the building. Staff service was up to standard, and the room size was just right. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were provided, while a toothbrush and other items can be purchased from a vending machine at the lobby. The one drawback I had to live with was in the bathroom; water from the wet zone flows into the dry zone through a gap at the bottom of the glass divider, pooling and flooding under the sink. The surrounding area is packed with local restaurants, ranging from ones that open in the late morning to BBQ places that stay open almost until dawn (some 24 hours). You can also walk to the fish market, where local fresh grilled fish restaurants open early in the morning.

I had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, even though the hotel itself was quite nice. Before my arrival, I emailed the hotel to ask if early check-in would be possible since my flight landed in the morning. I also asked Trip.com to contact the hotel on my behalf. Neither the hotel nor Trip.com informed me that there would be an additional charge for early check-in. They only asked what time I expected to arrive. When I arrived at around 10:30 AM, the receptionist showed no expression and immediately told me that if I wanted to check in then, I would have to pay KRW 11,000 per hour. Since I wasn't informed of this policy beforehand, I decided to leave the hotel, have breakfast, and spend some time sightseeing instead. I returned at around 1:00 PM, and the same receptionist was at the front desk. She was even eating at the reception counter in the hotel lobby. Without any greeting or smile, she told me that if I wanted to check in at that time, I would need to pay KRW 22,000. I paid the additional charge because I had no other choice. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and this was honestly the worst front desk service I have ever experienced. What made it even more disappointing was that the hotel was far from busy—there appeared to be many vacant rooms. The hotel itself is good, but the poor attitude and lack of professionalism from the front desk staff left a very negative impression. I hope the management will provide better customer service training in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport, and there's a CU convenience store on the first floor, which is a big plus. However, the facilities are quite old, and the hygiene conditions are just average. The toilet has a sign saying not to flush toilet paper directly (presumably due to old pipes), and the shower screen is only half-sized with no curtain, so water easily splashes everywhere when showering. The slippers provided in the room were thin PU and showed signs of having been worn before; I'd recommend asking the front desk for a new pair.

Many hotels near Incheon Airport have check-in times at 11 PM and look a bit like love motels, so I specifically chose this one. The room initially assigned on the third floor was quite clean, but the wallpaper was wrinkled, which was very off-putting. Some areas even looked moldy. Additionally, while the Wi-Fi connected, there was no internet. After reporting this to the front desk, I was moved to a room on the fifth floor, which seemed like an upgrade. However, the wallpaper in the fifth-floor room was also wrinkled. Left with no other option, I contacted Trip.com's customer service. After a lengthy discussion between customer service and the hotel, the hotel claimed it was due to the local humid air, making it difficult to prevent wallpaper from peeling. I then went out and didn't return until past midnight, so I had to make do for the night. The air conditioning in this room also seemed problematic. I felt cold, so I turned off the AC with the remote. A little while later, I realized nothing had changed, and the AC automatically restarted immediately after being turned off. I'm not sure why. I then set the temperature to thirty degrees, and that finally stopped the AC. In the morning, I noticed many rooms had their doors open with notices posted, and tables and mattresses were being moved out. It felt like that floor was undergoing renovations. I reported this to Trip.com's customer service, who, after contacting the hotel, said they were just doing cleaning. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with this stay. The room was clean and well-equipped, but because of the wallpaper's condition, it felt like staying in a dilapidated house, and the cleanliness only highlighted the contrast more. I really feel that rooms in such a state should not be rented out by the hotel.

The worst mattress ever. Could not sleep. And service terrible. Front desk clerk missing from 8 to 8 nobody unt the evening. During the day rarely somebody there. Room smaller but the worst is the mattress. I could fill every spring. I think that was the box spring not the mattress itself. No shuttle even if they advertised. It doesn’t exist. So the front desk said. Not wanting to stay again here 🥹
