GGuest UserBooked the hotel as we had an early flight the next morning. Free shuttle bus to airport T1 from 5am onwards in 20 mins intervals. There’s a casino for the adults and a kids playground with lots of toys for toddlers. Not a lot of food options, had the Italian food near paradise art, the cheese risotto was great but the pork cutlet was very dry. The pho at the food court was good too.

XXiaofengGEasy access from ICN T1: From Arrivals Hall (1st floor), exit via Gate 3, cross the pedestrian crosswalk directly outside, look for the bus stop labeled 3C on the left hand side, there is a Hyatt shuttle stop sign. The service is from 5:35am to 22:05pm, every 30 minutes. Hotel room is clean and spacious, 24 hour room service high quality & good variety meals which is to be ordered online (by scanning a barcode) at affordable prices. It was an enjoyable stay!

NNikita11I recently stayed at Orakai Songdo Park Hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. First of all, I would like to highlight the excellent location of the hotel — it is close to the beautiful Central Park, with convenient access to public transport, as well as many cafés and shops within walking distance. The area is modern, quiet, and very pleasant for walking. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and good soundproofing — it was truly easy to relax and rest. The view from the window over the city and the park made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel staff were polite and professional, and all requests were handled quickly and efficiently. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized. I would also like to mention the breakfast — quite varied, with a good selection of fresh and tasty food. I also appreciated the availability of a swimming pool and other leisure facilities. Overall, the hotel left a very positive impression. It is a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Incheon, and I would be happy to return again.

Uuniverse96Attended DxS concert and stayed at Forest Tower for 4 nights. SUPERB location if you are just going for event at Inspire Arena and not planning to travel to other parts of Incheon. The shuttle bus service to and from Incheon airport came in handy. Convenience stores are available so no much issue for food. Other food options are available as well during daytime. I love the view of my room. And the park nearby is relaxing for strolling around. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too.

MmelissamThis is a very clean and tidy budget hotel. There's no free airport pick-up service, but it's easy to get an Uber or a taxi to the hotel. They do offer free airport drop-off, but only at four times, all in the morning, with the last one at 9 AM. If your flight is in the afternoon or evening, you'll need to arrange your own transport to the airport. The room was extremely neat, and the toiletries were well-arranged. They provided bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, and body wash, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. The hotel is surrounded by a small commercial area with plenty of dining options. Free breakfast is available, but the selection is limited, offering only soup, rice, instant noodles, and bread. However, the breakfast area is spacious and comfortable. I forgot to bring a power adapter, and the front desk kindly provided a free universal adapter, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated! Overall, it's a decent budget accommodation with good value for money.

GGuest UserI had a really pleasant stay overall. My flight arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time, but after reaching out to the hotel, they kindly allowed me to check in early for a small fee (10,000 won per hour), which I really appreciated after a long trip. The room itself was very nice and cozy, and everything was spotless. One thing I especially loved was how quickly the hot water worked—it was instant and consistently great. Housekeeping did an excellent job as well. They were respectful of our personal belongings, which made me feel safe and comfortable, and they regularly took out the trash, replenished bath mats, and provided fresh water bottles. The location was also very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, bus stations within easy reach, and even a convenience store right in the lobby, which made everything super accessible. As for the downsides, the beds were a bit on the firm side, though it wasn’t a big issue for me since I spent most of my time out exploring. I did notice that there were no bath towels provided—only bath mats—and basic toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste were not included. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back for the cleanliness, convenience, and thoughtful service. However, I would not recommend staying here if you’re planning to focus your activities in Seoul, as the location may not be the most convenient for that.

GGuest UserHere for transit. Right downstairs there are 20+ restaurants, that included like Subway and Burger King. Right behind there's a supermarket too. Inside my room they got me a washing machine which is handy cause I came in with 3 day worth of dirty clothes! Just right and eill recommended for all transit travellers.

DDell RoyThe auto check-in was okay. I really enjoyed the rooms that I stayed in and their proximity to cafes and restos down below. A lot of variety for a small plaza. I was there for nearly a week and it was really convenient to walk to the metro or stroll around and find what I was looking for.

AAnonymous UserThe room was a bit small, and it had escape equipment installed. The shower was great, and the toiletries were high quality. Downstairs, there's a park and the harbor. All the shops there sell fried seafood! There's no shuttle, so it's a 20-minute taxi ride.
