"The reception staffs are kind, courteous and nice with pleasing personality and smiling faces, assisted me from check in to check out with good service. The room is spacious with iron and ironing board. It is not that sound proof as I can hear people talking from the hallway but it’s fine. The room is not that spotless clean as I can see some dust in some areas especially on the top of the cabinet in front of the tv and inside the cabinet drawers. As long as the bed is clean I’m good. But the king bed gives a squeaky sound at the right side so I mostly stayed at the left side of the bed. The food can fill the tummy but not that to my taste. The hotel is ok and still have some room for improvement in cleanliness and food area."

"Richmonde has been a great hotel for visits over the years. Thank you for all the kind hospitality and fulfilling special requests. The staff are all very professional, friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and serviced well. Just an issue that was observed is that the pool requires maintenance due to missing and cracked tiles and loose railing. Perhaps pool towels could be distributed by the pool bar to save the distraction of other staff as well."

"Location is nice since the city is very accessible. We like the ambiance of the whole thing. There are two things my friend and I did not like. 1. There were cockroaches. Idk why. 2. The female receptionist when we checked in at around 4PM on a Friday was not approachable. Illongos have this unique tone or accent when speaking in their dialect and for me who is Cebuano and is not familiar with their dialect kept clarifying what she was saying. Nagtagalog at nag-English na kami but she answered us in a very dismissive way while rolling her eyes."

"I had a pleasant stay at RedDoorz @ Yssa Ademar. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for travelers who want something affordable yet cozy. The staff were very accommodating and polite, always ready to assist with any requests. The location is convenient too — near Robinsons Jaro and accessible to jeepneys, so it’s easy to get around Iloilo. It’s also peaceful at night, which made my stay more relaxing. Definitely great value for money! I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a budget-friendly but comfortable stay in Iloilo City."

We especially appreciated their helpfulness throughout our stay. While there's room for improvement in the breakfast buffet, particularly with the fruit selection, we would definitely recommend Solina for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation."
