"Close to the airport and easy to the center. We had all inclusive and found the buffets very good ! The staff at reception are very friendly. We were so happy to have lunch and late check out on the departure day"
"Stayed for two days, the overall cost performance is quite high, the sea is very blue, people are very relaxed... The room is equivalent to a 3-star hotel in China, the only problem is that the specific arrangement of the hotel is not clear enough, I asked proactively when I checked in, and they gave me a list of activities every day. I learned that dancing in the bar is free at night, but I was told that I would be charged for a glass of water. I asked and was told that it would be charged after 12 o'clock, but it was free before 12 o'clock. I didn't drink water in time when I went in, so I had to walk back thirsty at 12 o'clock? It's impossible for me to go dancing with cash in the middle of the night... At night, when you take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, the Uber driver will not take you directly when accepting the order, and ask you to pay more offline. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault."
The Sky View Suites Hotel provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Sky View Suites Hotel offers a pleasant stay in Hurghada for those traveling for business or leisure. Hurghada International Airport is located approximately 8km away from this hotel. With multiple attractions nearby including Anemone Beach, Frogman Divingcenter and Crazy land Park, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This Hurghada hotel features parking on site.
"The front desk staff is more rigid. Doing things is not flexible. The public area of the front desk lobby feels low grade, and then there are mosquitoes and flies fly everywhere. The beach environment is better, there is its own big beach, I watched the sunrise in the morning 🌅, the all-inclusive restaurant is OK, the price is not cost-effective, it belongs to the suburbs, far from the city center, it is not convenient to take a taxi, all Uber is to increase the price, not as convenient as a taxi in the city center hotel, Walking, there is nothing to play except the hotel, the desert looks relatively broken"
"The hotel is great!. My friend and I were there. It was our first time in Egypt. We felt very safe in the hotel!!!. The staff is polite and courteous. There is their own beach, free entry. There is a comfortable terrace - a restaurant on the beach, also very well maintained and beautiful. You can order breakfasts, lunches, drinks. You can also order food to the hotel. The room is cleaned a little every evening. The room has a lot of towels, soap, internet, taxi call. We were there from January 14-18, 2025. The weather was a little windy."
"Let's start with the positives: The hotel is close to the city center and the port. All-inclusive hotels provide three meals a day. Although I didn't get a late check-out on my departure day, I was able to have lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. The balcony in my sea view room had a beautiful view, and drinks were free in the minibar. There are fish in the ocean next to the hotel, so you can snorkel right at the hotel.
Now, let's move on to the negatives. First, the bedding was extremely poor; the sheets were completely pilled. Honestly, I've stayed in good hotels and bad ones, but this was the first time I'd seen hotel sheets so pilled. Second, while the hotel provides three meals, they were basically the same standard as buffets you'd find in China for a few dozen yuan. I can only say they weren't bad, but they weren't delicious either. Third, the front desk was difficult to communicate with. On check-in, I discovered there were no slippers in my room. I contacted housekeeping, but they said it wasn't their responsibility and told me to ask the front desk. I called, but they spoke a lot of Egyptian English. In short, it was too late. They'd bring them to you tomorrow. So, what should I wear tonight? I had to make do with the slippers I brought with me, but they were not delivered the next day. Fourthly, when I booked the hotel, the room type clearly stated that the room had a bathtub, but when I actually checked in, there was only a shower and no bathtub. Fifthly, most of the hotel guests were Russian grandpas and grandmas. A group of elderly people sat in the courtyard, each holding a cigarette. The smell was so strong that I could smell it from the second floor. It was not friendly to non-smokers."
"Hidden gem of a hotel! One of our best stays in the whole of Egypt. Superb hospitality by Tamer and family / staff. Rooms are spotless and had all amenities and furnishings/appliances you need. So far also is the best Wifi accessible even in the room. Breakfast is not to miss and more than worth it - deliciously prepared and good variety. Nice chill rooftop overlooking town and the Red Sea/Giftun. Quiet but central location close to the GoBus station and Marina. Local shops, restaurant and services available nearby. Downstairs is a nice cosy local cafe and beside it a very good local seafood restaurant. Overall great experience. Will definitely stay again in the future. "
"We had an amazing five-day stay at Meraki Resort. As a 4-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly nice, always ready to serve, and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were really nice and comfortable, and we loved the modern architecture and style of the entire place. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from every day. Special mention to Chef Yosri, who was very helpful and attentive, ensuring everything was really good and high quality. The hospitality and dining experience truly made our vacation special. Highly recommend!"

Thrill seeking water rides, splash parks, foam parties, stacks of pools and sundowners, fitness activities, gym and sauna plus feast of food choices and drinks on tap. Great service from the staff there and a really fantastic holiday!

Steigenberger Aqua Magic Hurghada – A 5-Star Resort That Feels Like 2 or 3 (depending on the topic). Before booking Steigenberger Aqua Magic Hurghada, we did our research—watched videos, checked reviews, and set our expectations accordingly. Listed as a 5-star hotel on Google and TripAdvisor, we expected a premium experience. However, once we arrived, we quickly realized that the reality fell far short of the rating.
1. The “All-Inclusive” That Isn’t Quite All-Inclusive
The hotel advertises six restaurants, but the all-inclusive package only grants access to three—and even that comes with strict limitations. You must stay at least five nights to even qualify for reservations; otherwise, the buffet is your only guaranteed option. But even if you meet the criteria, getting a reservation is a struggle, and once inside, you’re pushed to pay extra for items outside the package. The upselling is relentless, from premium wines to certain dishes, turning what should be a relaxing meal into a sales pitch. Oh, and if you were hoping for fresh juice with breakfast? Extra charge.
2. Facilities: Decent, But Not 5-Star Worthy
✔ The pool, beach area, and lounge are well-maintained.
✔ Bars are available all day, and staff work hard to keep areas clean.
✖ Some rooms show clear signs of neglect, making this feel nowhere near a true 5-star hotel.
If this hotel were truly 5-star, there wouldn’t be visible maintenance issues, questionable service, and inconsistent quality across the board.

HHuseyinOzcanHotel is half-pansion system means you have a good breakfast and a good dinner. Hotel has her own beach and heated pool. If you used to huge hotels this hotel is like a small nice boutique hotel.
Hotel is very clean. Rooms are cleaning every day. Bottled water, coffee, tea and kettle are suitable every day in the room. Flat tv, refrigirator and clima are in the room. I couldn't be able to start the clima machine for heating but there is a good machine. You ask hair drier from reception for free.
Restaurant is also clean and meals are enough and delicious.
If you will go to early tour hotel prepare your breakfast for free and if your tour return late hotel prepare and serve your dinner late. Just tell the reception you will go early and returning late. They just ask 50 eygpt pound per person for packing the meals.
1 gb internet for room is not enough for the stay but you can buy extra from the reception.
Only one card for a room and extra charge for second room card is not fair.
Whole employee of the hotel are very kind and try to help you but each of them should ask everthing to manager.
Taking pitza or something from outside is a problem. Also alcohol is not permitted in this hotel as mostly in Egypt. I think hotel needs more customer needs and pleasures based; not rules based.
They need to have a fair price for early checkin and late checkout. May be just for shower.
Tour desk in the hotel is very helpful and fair price.
If you have any problem find Mr. Alla and Ms. Ruvan. Your problem will be solved faster.
I advice my two friends to checkin this hotel and they checkin. I will come back.
ФФилатовИванEverything is predictably clean, neat, nice guys at the reception. Just keep in mind that the pools, in my opinion, are heated only by the sun - so the water in them was not higher than 24 degrees, neither in the children's nor in the adult. And you will have to accept right away that there will be only toilet paper and liquid soap in the bathroom, but these are all trifles. The staff tries, the territory is well-kept, the a la carte restaurants are modest. The food is good.
GGuest UserLovely hotel ,3 pools …pool with slides, Kids pool and then another family area with pool.
We had to move rooms as we had no hot water … but they moved us no problem.
The outside areas are lovely … bars around the pools … the only suggestion would be to have nibbles and also ice has to be available … the beach bar no ice at all again this is a no brainer.
The food needs overhauling by a chef … hot food generally not hot enough. No chips for kids .. no burgers … the menu needs changing and the cooks need training from a chef
The quality of the food needs a lot of improvement… many guests not happy one said it was a culinary catastrophe, a lot started eating out.
When you get there you are given a coloured wrist band and the staff will see you are a new arrival.
I saw new arrival guests get approached by on site staff selling , massages, nail and beauty makeovers, trips, and ice creams … as many as 5 approaches in 10 minutes.
In 5* hotels these people are at stations around the hotel and when guests are ready they go to these stations .. they don’t get hounded …the massage guy approached me 3-4 times a day.
Some of the trips need vetting
The service was ok and all the staff was friendly … the animation team need new outfits .. I couldn’t really see what they did to be fair .. no games to get people involved.
Overall it was a nice stay .. but there is a lot to work on .. I hope they will see this honest review and make changes … it could be a 4-5* but it will
only be a 3* if they don’t make changes
GGuest UserThe Regina is a basic all inclusive hotel right in the centre of Hurghada. Easy walking distance to the Marina and bars, restaurants etc are right outside the front door. Majority of staff are friendly, tips get you better service (as in most places in Egypt).
Samir who cleaned our bungalow was absolutely fantastic, every day he left something else in our room that helped us enjoy our stay. From a kettle (not typical to get in Egypt all inclusive) to hotel embroidered slippers and a wonderful smile every single day, I hope the management cherish him as he is simply brilliant.
The bungalow was spacious enough but the shower was tiny, beds comfy, plenty of clean towels too.
The food is basic and not to the standard I’ve had in other hotels in Hurghada but there was always something to have. The beer is poured in to small glasses from a bottle and all the spirits are local equivalents. If like me you need coffee early morning (before 7) then you’ll have to pay for it. They have a machine in a little cafe area and at the pool/beach bars but machine coffee is not available whilst breakfast is being served. Instead it’s provided in a huge urn and not very palatable.
If you arrive before 3pm you’re not entitled to have lunch or dinner after 12 o’clock check out on your last day…they cut your band off when you check out. If you check in after 3pm then you can get a voucher from reception which allows you to have lunch. I’ve never had this at any other hotel in Egypt (this was my 18th visit) and adds to the basic feel of the hotel.
If you’re looking for a cheap hotel to enjoy the ever present sunshine then the Regina could be for you.
