"Overall, I was satisfied! The room was clean, but it wasn't cleaned during my 3-day stay. It seems they'll clean it if you ask. They gave me new towels when I asked. There's a cheap motorbike rental shop right in front, and the tourist-oriented restaurant across the street is supposed to be good. There were several convenience stores if you walked towards Walking Street. There are many good restaurants nearby, and it wasn't as noisy as Walking Street, so it was comfortable."

"Best location in town, right next to the former imperial palace! The hotel is nice, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was good too. Started in a premium room, it was a spacious room, but no windows looking outside. The smaller rooms seem to have windows though, some of them even have balconies. All in all, we had a great time. Hotel staff helped with arranging drivers too for excursions. Two thumbs up 👍👍"
