"It was incredible experience of staying in that apartment. The stuff was so kind and helpful, during my stay I’ve gotten a sick and felt really bad, but personal actually saved me, they provided me the medicine, water and was really helpful and supportive. The room was also great, stylish and peaceful. They even got me extra time for checking out, because of my state and got me sleep more. Love this place! Thanks you a lot!❤️"

"My family booked a 3-bedroom villa (2 premium and 1 deluxe) for the March 8th holiday. Prices were fluctuating a lot, but Hang from reservations was incredibly helpful. The lady who assisted us with check-in/out was very informative, though I forgot her name. The resort's scent is absolutely captivating, and a staff member mentioned it's Melia's signature fragrance. The air is fresh and clean, but I honestly expected more from the design and structure, especially since the deluxe room looked quite ordinary. The massage was thankfully very relaxing and skillful. Anyway, I still recommend it as it's not too far from the city center if you're driving."

"We stayed in this hotel for three nights. The facilities are very nice. I have tried a swimming pool, and breakfast has a lot of variety to choose from. The front desk staff were very friendly. really convenient location as well. The street right in front of the hotel has the weekend nights street walk which means they close down the street and restaurants and vendors extend their seating area into the street so it was quite fun."

"A Lovely Stay in the Heart of Hue I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Perfume River and within easy cycling distance of the Imperial Citadel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The real highlight, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to give great local recommendations and arrange a motorbike for us."

"INCREDIBLE service! I was injured, and the staff proactively took my injury into account, moving us to a different room and regularly checking in on me. Their attentiveness was truly remarkable and much appreciated! Beyond that, the hotel is perfectly located, and the breakfast offers a great variety and is very tasty! The rooms are clean, well-arranged, and provide a magnificent view of the city! The gym is also quite well-equipped! And the rooftop offers an amazing view! Thank you for a perfect 4-night stay at the Moonlight; I highly recommend it if you're visiting Hue."

"The room and all amenities were exactly as pictured in the advertisement – everything was new and convenient. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly. The soundproofing in the room was excellent. The area is nice and safe. The only downside was the showerhead and water pressure weren't very good. But overall, it's worth the price."

"I'm not sure if staying at this hotel is the best accommodation experience of my life. Although there's no breakfast, a little snack and courtesy are invaluable. It truly embodies the designer's aesthetic, user experience, hotel selection, and feng shui. The shadows cast by the rising and setting light in the east and west are intertwined. The courtyard isn't planted with elegant beauties, but rather seasonal fruit. The aroma of grapefruit complements the turquoise water of the pool, bathed in sunlight. The north-south transparency captures the rural charm of Hue City as naturally as possible."
