"A good hotel. It might not be super new, but the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small and perhaps not the most convenient, but overall it was fine. The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the popular restaurants, the promenade, the train station, and several attractions. The staff are very helpful and try their best to assist with any issues. There's no early check-in; everything is strictly according to the hotel's schedule, but you can wait in the lobby until your room is ready."

"The room is well-equipped and provides free snacks. I especially like the dressing table in my room. There aren't many types of breakfast buffet, but the breakfast made to order is so delicious! ! ! I highly recommend ordering the rice noodles and banana pancakes. The juices are freshly squeezed, and the beef rice noodles and pancakes are better than some five-star hotels! ! The service was good, the room was cleaned when I came back from breakfast, but most of the staff didn't speak English well. The bed was soft but comfortable, but the pillows were not soft enough for me. The only drawback is that the door is not soundproof at all. I am woken up at seven o'clock every morning by the various voices outside the door, the opening and closing of doors, the sounds of dragging luggage and cleaning. I have never been able to sleep in. People who have particularly poor sleep quality and do not plan to get up early need to be cautious. I stayed on the fourth floor this time. After looking at other floors, I felt that the sixth floor should be relatively quiet, but the room on the sixth floor did not seem to be as big as mine."

Big rooms, comfortable air conditioning to compensate for the hot and humid weather when i was there, the French balcony with a view of bustling activities of Hué city - a classic view to behold indeed. Only my room (compared to my friends rooms - more than 15 of them) was given a few laichi fruit, we would have liked their juicy tangerine. How the hotel has been maintained so well for over a century, 125 years truly amazes me. Food of Hué was truly showcased during breakfast and the local Phó was top notch. I have given the hotel short of a star DUE TO service, especially the front desk. I felt that I was unfairly treated, perhaps due to their inability to converse in English? The case of my room card that dropped out of my pocket - requested for another card was a harsh punishment by making me wait for over 30 minutes (prioritizing other guests who came after me). As if it is not frustrating enough, they fined me for VND 100,000 for the lost card. An experience that deters me from staying there again"
