GGuest UserThe hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

DDanil IgorevichAmazing hotel, I'll definitely be back! The location is great, nestled among rice paddies with a lovely, expansive property. Breakfast was incredibly delicious with a huge variety of dishes, and as a coffee lover, I was very pleased with the coffee station. The hotel is very cozy, and the staff are incredibly helpful and speak good English. The room is very spacious and clean, with everything you need, great water pressure, a smart toilet, and most importantly, a very powerful air conditioner. There were always plenty of sun loungers by the pool, and you could get towels for free. I truly felt like I was in an excellent 5-star hotel here.

XXiaoyi JiangI travel a lot last year and although most of them are business, I think fair to say I have stayed in lots of hotels. And I am more than happy to say Vedana is the best hotel I ever stayed. Clean, peaceful, good food, crazy night view, these are the ”normal” things you can read online. I want to specifically call out their service. I am a solo traveller and I was on motorbike trip between Da Nang and Hue. On my final day of the trip, I suppose to ride from Vedana to Da Nang but the rain was crazy and no sign of stopping at all. The hotel staff helped me out not only ordering a lalamove (to deliver me and my bike to rental shop in the most cost efficient way), also help me negotiate with the van driver for a much better price. In the end, I only paid very very minimum to get my motorbike returned and myself arrive at airport in time. It is just incredible that how much they will help you.

AAnonymous Guest UserVery good and budget-friendly hotel near Hue Palace. The front desk lady in Ao Dai is courteous and very professional in handling guests. The room is clean and bed quality is nice. I had very good sleep in the quiet environment. Breakfast is excellent with several Hue local dishes available as buffet. The only problem is the alignment of bathroom things. The towels are placed too near from the shower and it becomes easily wet if I take shower. And shampoo and shower gel bottles are far away beyond toilet and I first didn't even understand they were shampoo bottles, and I had to bring those bottles to the shower room for taking bath. They should swap the places of towels and shampoo bottles. Other amenities are no problem.

GGuest UserHaving stayed at a Banyan Tree resort in the past, I had high expectations of this resort and I have to say, it did not disappoint me in one bit. Firstly, I have to mention the exceptional service. There is not a single thing the staff are not prepared to do in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Being a Muslim traveller, we had some concerns regarding the halal aspect of the menu. But I'm glad to say that the chefs understood the requirements and accommodated us flawlessly. We stayed in the pool beach villa for my daughter's 27th birthday, we booked two side by side. The villa itself was sensational. Getting up in the morning, walking on your own patio to your private pool, a stone throw away from the sandy beach, it's literally heaven on earth. Again, I will go back to the service levels because this is what truly makes Banyan Tree the special brand that it is. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your caring. Special mention to Nhi, Hung and Tan for making it extra special. The only downside is that it's slightly off the beaten track. A night out in Danang is a 2 hour round trip. But we spent the first 5 days of our holiday doing all the exploring and Banyan Tree Lang Co was the perfect wind down before heading home. I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury escape in Vietnam, pick this place!

IIri_AsiaThis is so far the best ever resort I've had the pleasure to stay at. From exclusive and delicious food, to a delightful Spa, this resort has everything you need or want. The restaurants: Moomba, Rice Bowl, Rice Bar and Saffron, offer a wonderful selection of dishes suitable for lovers of meat and fish, and also suitable for vegans as well. The pool is incredible and has a nice little bar. The staff members are beyond friendly and caring. They remember your names, they always ask about your stay and they pay close attention to all of your needs. Especially, I'd love to mention Hien, who was very kind and caring, Linh, a wonderful lady, making sure we had no issues during the stay, and Trinh, who was a joy to talk to when we visited the golf facility. Overall, it was our second time there and we'd definitely go back!

Overall, we had a positive experience and would certainly recommend it for travelers looking for a convenient base in the city. Room Experience We booked a family room with a connecting door. Upon arrival, we found that the setup was actually two small rooms with an open section between them, rather than two fully separate rooms with a connecting door. While this wasn't the exact layout we expected, it didn't bother us at all since we were only staying for one night. It is just worth keeping in mind if you are traveling as a family and prefer complete privacy. The Highlights Despite the room layout, the hotel excels in several key areas: • Perfect Location: The hotel is centrally located, making it very easy to explore Hue and access everything you need nearby. • Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was fantastic. It was very extensive, and everything we tasted was delicious—definitely a great way to start the morning. • Friendly Staff: The service was a major highlight. AArnau CasadevallWe stayed just one night in Hue. The hotel was fantastic, with a really nice swimming pool. Very clean and tidy rooms and excellent breakfast. I really recommend the hotel. Also they have nice restaurant just next to the hotel if you are looking for good Vietnamese food. Extra point: I forgot some stuff in the hotel and they managed to send it to me from Hue to Da Nang in less than 24h. This is not related to the hotel accommodations, but I really appreciate what they did.

OOne n OnlyThe manager is very nice, change room for me to nicer room when complain about toilet smell. I did not realise the air cond not working properly after I came back in evening and basically the controller can not turn on off or control the air conditioner at all, in top the air cond only blows air at 1 speed abdc1 temperature not cool enough, end up sleeping not much at all while night because of very hot in the room with air cond not working properly. Not trying to tell people how to manage hotel business, but as manager they should check the conditions of rooms, which are good or bad, cabinets doors, corridor carpet need to be replaced etc, if they want to attract more customers, and regularly inspect the rooms, don't wait till customers complain then try to fix problems. apart from all these hotel manager is an absolute nice person. Feel not easy to leave this hotel because she is so nice, but I need to have cool room to sleep well. Motorbike rental is very nice from this hotel, she offer half day rate because I arrived at 2 pm. You can do better, try harder, proactively doing things. Room has 2 nice windows and a nice balcony garden. Location of hotel is right in the centre of night eating place and walking streets.
