My stay at Scarlett Boutique Hotel, Hue was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately.
The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable.
If you are looking for a hotel with excellent accommodation, outstanding service, and truly warm-hearted staff, I highly recommend Scarlett Boutique Hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hue.

I accidentally discovered Va Riverside Retreat, and it turned out to be a hidden haven along the peaceful Huong River. The scenery here is simply serene—watching the golden sunset reflected on the water and waking up to the sound of birds at dawn felt like stepping into another world. Besides relaxing in the refreshing pool, I also had the chance to try paddle boarding on the river. One of the most unique moments was listening to the mystical melodies of the Hầu Đồng ceremonies drifting across from Hon Chen Temple—a truly authentic touch of Vietnamese culture. The local breakfast was delicious, simple yet full of flavor, and made the mornings even more memorable. What stood out the most was the staff—they welcomed me like family, making me feel at home even though I was far away from mine.
If you’re looking for more than just a stay, but an experience that touches both your senses and soul, I highly recommend coming here. Discover it as I did, and perhaps you’ll enjoy it even more than I did.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located in the bustling 'Western Quarter,' close to Hue's popular attractions. The facilities are quite nice and clean, and the staff are all very friendly. However, parking for cars is a bit limited; I think it can fit a maximum of 4 cars.
If you have a discount code, this hotel is definitely worth considering!

TTravel with LibertyA really lovely and beautiful hotel! The interior decoration is so beautiful! It is in a great location close to every thing and the hotel staff were very friendly! There is room to park your moped at the front and the breakfast was very nice! The room was clean and the internet worked well! It was quiet at night and I slept very well!

GGuest UserAmazing hotel, located 3-5 minutes from Walking Street, a popular nightlife destination. Despite this, the hotel is very quiet and has a cozy, homey feel. But what impressed me most was how the staff upgraded our room to a larger better one. I also asked at reception if they had a vegan breakfast option, and the hotel staff did so the next morning. I'm very grateful for their care and attention to their guests. Thank you so much, I'd be happy to return to such a place!

GGuest UserNice small cozy family run Inn. The room is furnished to a high standard, our room was quiet. Breakfast order were taken each night and freshly prepared the next day by host. We chose this place due its close proximity to the citadel and walkable to nearby attractions. Host were helpful and flexible to let’s checkin early.

AArcherName774The location is a bit remote from the main streets, but it is within a 10 minute motorcycle ride. It is truly a homestay, there is an auntie who lives there full time, who is relatively friendly. It is shown in the pictures, but I didn't notice that the bed doesn't have a proper frame, it basically lies on the floor on a wooden pallet, but the mattress is decent. The room has lots of electronic devices, such as a dehydrator and an insect killer. The TV is huge. The bathroom experience is also good. The huge issue I had, that made my experience poor is a curtain, that doesn't properly close the window, so it's possible to clearly see the room from the yard. The management provided a makeshift half-solution, and assured me they will fix it in future, but I share my experience. There are some other small issues that should be fixed, but after they complete I think guests should have a good stay.

MMarinaThe hotel is very nice And the staff were the best I had in Vietnam. Although the location was around 3.5 km from the night walking and food street of Chu Van An, it was a beautiful, relaxing and quiet place with assisted bike for rent. For me it was very pleasant to reach all the destinations (Empirical city, two mausoleums and the pleasant border of the Parfum River) on a bike. I ordered vegetarian breakfast and the hotel provided me great, fresh and Vietnamese food. The room and the bed were awesome (clean, new and stylish) for relaxing after three very intense days. I especially thank My that took very good care of me, and also Trang for her helpful and kind interaction. I loved it!

OOne n OnlyThe manager is very nice, change room for me to nicer room when complain about toilet smell.
I did not realise the air cond not working properly after I came back in evening and basically the controller can not turn on off or control the air conditioner at all, in top the air cond only blows air at 1 speed abdc1 temperature not cool enough, end up sleeping not much at all while night because of very hot in the room with air cond not working properly.
Not trying to tell people how to manage hotel business, but as manager they should check the conditions of rooms, which are good or bad, cabinets doors, corridor carpet need to be replaced etc, if they want to attract more customers, and regularly inspect the rooms, don't wait till customers complain then try to fix problems. apart from all these hotel manager is an absolute nice person. Feel not easy to leave this hotel because she is so nice, but I need to have cool room to sleep well.
Motorbike rental is very nice from this hotel, she offer half day rate because I arrived at 2 pm.
You can do better, try harder, proactively doing things. Room has 2 nice windows and a nice balcony garden. Location of hotel is right in the centre of night eating place and walking streets.
