This place is amazing, one of the best we’ve ever stayed in throughout Vietnam! The place is clean and quiet with lovely amenities, and the service is outstanding. We extended our stay significantly as we slept so well. Quality throughout and we will happily stay here again when we next visit Hue. Honestly we were sad to leave! The only possible downside is it doesn’t have a huge amount of places to eat nearby, so will want to catch a taxi or hire a bike. You can’t have everything though! It’s nice and peaceful with a great view out over the rice paddies if you’re in the room with a balcony. Much love to the amazing host family! ＜3

Was very happy with this hotel it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I booked they got in touch to offer any assistance and communication was always quick and helpful .    On arrival , check in was smooth and quick , our bags were taken straight up to our room and then we were escorted by one of the receptionists to show us the room and how things worked .     All the staff were very friendly and helpful particularly the lovely ladies on reception who gave us a map and explained options to tour the sights , no hard sell just honest and helpful . They always said hello and greeted us nicely whenever we returned . They would jump up and press the lift button when they saw us approaching the front door so we didn’t have to wait for the lift .     Breakfast was good , again very helpful and polite staff they were quick and efficient. Housekeeping was also vey good and they kept the whole place clean and tidy .    Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.     Thank you for a wonderful stay !

The space design is novel, the room is clean and bright, and the welcome drink and fruit are delivered when the chick is in, full of sincerity! The owner is a bunch of young couples, kind and kind, the preferential price also includes breakfast, the co value is very high 👍! If there is a trash can and noodle carton in the room, it will be even better!

A haven for my soul !!! I accidentally discovered Va Riverside Retreat, and it turned out to be a hidden haven along the peaceful Huong River. The scenery here is simply serene—watching the golden sunset reflected on the water and waking up to the sound of birds at dawn felt like stepping into another world. Besides relaxing in the refreshing pool, I also had the chance to try paddle boarding on the river. One of the most unique moments was listening to the mystical melodies of the Hầu Đồng ceremonies drifting across from Hon Chen Temple—a truly authentic touch of Vietnamese culture. The local breakfast was delicious, simple yet full of flavor, and made the mornings even more memorable. What stood out the most was the staff—they welcomed me like family, making me feel at home even though I was far away from mine. If you’re looking for more than just a stay, but an experience that touches both your senses and soul, I highly recommend coming here. Discover it as I did, and perhaps you’ll enjoy it even more than I did.

Beyond expectations! Check in/out were breezy, and very kind and helpful receptionists, helped us with airport transfer with good price and some recommendations in this city. Hotel was modernly designed and decorated with quality fittings & furniture. It had sauna facility, no lift but staircase was enough for us. Loved the room, aircond was already on before our arrival which was a very nice gesture(it’s summer month). everything worked well and nicely designed, separate shower and toilet just not bright enough. Bathtub outside of shower room made the ambiance fancy and classy. Scooter rental available with good price, eateries and cafes around, no hassle. It’s highly competitive with the price we paid for this stay, low price with high quality. Thank you

We stayed at this hotel from March 8th to 11th, 2026. We spent a long time deciding where to stay: near the famous pedestrian street or near the Imperial Palace. All the bloggers recommended staying near the pedestrian street, which in reality turned out to be just another noisy street with questionable establishments and high prices. We chose this hotel and were right on track! It's located within walking distance of Purple City, but on a quiet side street, and we slept well. The hotel is housed in a three-story traditional Vietnamese house with a courtyard, a small pool with carp, and the room is charming and clean. Cleaning and towel changes are daily. The staff is friendly and efficient, and Nga is very responsible. There are plenty of cafes nearby where you can enjoy fried beef with oysters and eggs for 50,000 dong, or a set menu with dessert and fruit for 200,000 dong. I highly recommend it!

The location is a bit remote from the main streets, but it is within a 10 minute motorcycle ride. It is truly a homestay, there is an auntie who lives there full time, who is relatively friendly. It is shown in the pictures, but I didn't notice that the bed doesn't have a proper frame, it basically lies on the floor on a wooden pallet, but the mattress is decent. The room has lots of electronic devices, such as a dehydrator and an insect killer. The TV is huge. The bathroom experience is also good. The huge issue I had, that made my experience poor is a curtain, that doesn't properly close the window, so it's possible to clearly see the room from the yard. The management provided a makeshift half-solution, and assured me they will fix it in future, but I share my experience. There are some other small issues that should be fixed, but after they complete I think guests should have a good stay.

Good location, many shops and restaurants are nearby. There is a spa in the hotel with attractive prices. TV has CNN, BBC news channels and many other local channels etc.

The hotel is very nice And the staff were the best I had in Vietnam. Although the location was around 3.5 km from the night walking and food street of Chu Van An, it was a beautiful, relaxing and quiet place with assisted bike for rent. For me it was very pleasant to reach all the destinations (Empirical city, two mausoleums and the pleasant border of the Parfum River) on a bike. I ordered vegetarian breakfast and the hotel provided me great, fresh and Vietnamese food. The room and the bed were awesome (clean, new and stylish) for relaxing after three very intense days. I especially thank My that took very good care of me, and also Trang for her helpful and kind interaction. I loved it!
