"The most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our entire trip in Ireland. Very spacious, bright, and modern. We had a room with an ocean view and truly enjoyed watching the tides come and go. Great breakfast, a nice pub, and a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. We loved everything :) The only minor downside was that it was a bit too warm in the room."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, cozy and with stunning sea views!! . A pleasant and relaxing experience—will definitely be returning!"

"We were advised to leave to the airport far too early but thankful for the free taxi. The tv should have access to Netflix etc. High price for basic amenities. The reception staff are lovely. Our room service never arrived and nobody answered the phone meaning we stayed awake longer then we should have."

"The Hotel was beautiful and the location was great the clean facilities were excellent and the service was exemplary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Grand. Our problem seems to be with TRIP.COM. We paid our bill, a fact born out by our credit card, but we keep getting notices for nonpayment. I have tried to contact the hotel with no luck and no luck with TRIP.COM."

"The hotel is beautiful and steeped in history. Breakfast was very nice and location is convenient for the airport. My only issue was we stayed in room 003 and in the morning about 4am delivery trucks starting driving back and forth down the side alley which actually woke us up as the window was open. One of the trucks even decided to back up down the alley with a constant beep beep beep which was really annoying. I'm not sure why he just didn't turn around but clearly he chose not to. The other small issue was the shower took forever to drain but this is an easy fix which the hotel said they would look after. Other than that, the stay was wonderful."

"Good location if you're looking to stay near the airport, but I honestly wish we had spent another night in the small Mourneview B&B near Carlingford and made the drive into DUB. This hotel is huge and packed with people. The receptionist was kind, but the line up is long and once you finally find parking, you're fed up waiting. There is air conditioning in the lobby, but not in the hotel rooms. Felt like an oven as soon as you walk to the elevator and the night was long as the room was warm, so we opened the windows and then we had the noise of the busy motorway outside. The room was okay, but then we found gum stuck under the table. The breakfast was the best part, the buffet has many options to choose from."
