先説環境，對面就是羅森，基本需求滿足沒有任何問題，距離難波4到5站，附近4個地鐵口，走路幾分鐘可到，不遠處幾個咖啡店可以吃早餐。 再説配置，一共四個房間，一個超大客廳（對日本來説），除了榻榻米房間，剩下3個標間全部算是背街，相對安靜，二樓有一個大廳，一家人來或者朋友一起沒有任何問題，冰箱洗衣機灶台咖啡機微波爐等一應俱全，放鬆休閑蠻好的，老闆娘貼心的準備了小吃水果 最後説服務，老闆娘中國人，交流很便利，提前問我們幾個人，專門準備了小童拖鞋和小童洗漱用品，親自開車把我們從地鐵站接到房間，還詢問是否需要送去泡湯，走的時候要送去地鐵站，搞得我都不好意思了，超級nice。 唯一可惜就是住的時間太短了，很滿足的一次體驗，感謝。

Booked 2 Deluxe twin rooms for my parents, kids and partner (6 of us in total) for 5 nights. One of the rarest hotels that we can find with 2 double queen beds in each room. Breakfast spread is ok, repetitive everyday. The great perks are that there is free ice cream and alcoholic drinks from 3 to 8.30pm and free ramen from 9 to 10pm. Vegan ramen (limited qty) is avail at 9.30pm. Did not try out the onsen for myself. Gym only had 3 treadmills and 2 bicycle machines, which is considered very good for Japan's average hotel. Connection in our rooms suck though, but can borrow pocket wifi from the reception. Location is 2 mins' walk away from Ebisucho station.

I had a good experience at this hotel and I would stay there again. You are not in the centre of the action here, but personally I prefer that. The area is very quiet but still lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. I arrived on a Sunday and heard the receptionist telling a couple that a lot of the restaurants are closed over the weekend, as they are mostly catering to office workers. I found this to be the case and struggled to find somewhere to eat when I went looking for dinner on Sunday. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from 2 subway stations, so it’s easy to get around. I also walked to the main shopping area a couple of times, and back from Osaka Castle - all very walkable weather permitting. It’s not a 5 minute stroll (more like 30 mins) but as long as the weather is good it’s a pleasant and interesting walk. My one not quite gripe, but suggestion to the hotel is bigger bins in the room! I understand and have no problems with the eco-policy where rooms are not cleaned unless requested, but I was filling up my bin everyday which made me want it cleaned daily. I saw someone leave their bin outside the room one day, so I also started doing this towards the end of my trip and the cleaner did empty it for me. The hotel provided a lot of amenities - having a station for them seems to be the done thing in Japan, at least in my experience. I particularly enjoyed the bath salts - helped me relax after long days with lots of walking.

As for my first time visit Japan (Osaka) i felt like i’ve made a good decision to stay here for 5 nights straight. Located in the heart of city Namba which is just walking distance like within 3-5mins to Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi area. And also near access to Metro, JR, Kintetsu & Nankai line. Lawson and 7e just right and left hotel so not to worry if hungry at the night out of sudden, plus easy to get halal food as well as Muqam Restaurant just next to 7e. This hotel is self-checkin/checkout hotel and the system very easy to use plus their receptionist very friendly and helpful. No regrets and would recommend to my family & friends and sure will be back again.

A perfect hotel for my honeymoon, thanks for the waffles! The room wasn’t very big, but it felt cozy and warm, with a comfortable bed and a surprisingly spacious bathroom. Most rooms have balconies—not essential, but a nice touch for fresh air in the cold winter. The lounge was a standout feature, offering free-flow water, soda, and coffee, along with a 500 yen sake and wine selection. Nearby amenities are great too, you have supermarket, McDonald, some highly rated tonkatsu, chicken ramen and also a wholesale building. The only downside was the limited number of washing machines—just four washer-dryer units for the entire hotel. At one point, I had to wait until 1 AM to get one and didn’t finish drying until 4 AM. But if you’ve read this far, here’s a tip: search for a nearby laundromat. I found one that was faster, more powerful, and completely empty both times I used it!

Right dead smack next to Shinsaibachi for the shopping and Dotonburi for delicious food. The hotel is very new and can easily be found by the shrine on the first floor. There is also a lot of construction going on the hotel street so arriving to the hotel can be tricky to navigate especially since it's generally a crowded area. The facilities is amazing and the TV provides live statuses to the laundry and onsen. The onsen is separated by sex and has an indoor and outdoor one. There is also a small, cold outdoor pool right next to the warm bath. Overall an easy choice to come back! Glad to have picked this place!

Nearby does not have much of restaurant and do not have convenient store, recommend to bring some food if you are getting there late night. The only good is close to universal city if you are planning to go for universal studio. The hair dryer is old school for four star hotel.

Food : complementary food is fantastic and delicious Like ramen for supper and pear pudding in the room fridge. Ice cream sticks after the sauna pool. Drink : complementary black coffee is great in the morning. Luggage storage : very pleased with the service and friendly reception staff to help out and able to keep the luggage until we shop late afternoon. Hotel location : surrounded with google five star rating food to shopping mall from branded to IT gaming technology. Easy access to train but with 2 big luggage 2 small luggage and bags recommended take taxi as the lift to station not really accessible.

The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the design and the thoughtful touches, like complimentary bottled water. The location is perfect—conveniently situated near major train lines, shopping streets, and a great selection of restaurants. Despite being so central, the hotel was quiet and peaceful at night.
