Osaka Apartments

A fairly spacious Japanese-style hotel room. The beds are big, and the bathroom is spacious — especially for a Japanese hotel. There's a washing machine, a small kitchen, and even detergent provided. Plus, a balcony with hangers to dry your clothes after washing. The location is great — close to the metro, USJ, and pretty much anywhere you want to go. A solid 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay again if given the chance.

It's close to Nankai Namba Station, so it's in a good location, and it's newly built, so it's clean, and it's a good place for families to stay with two double beds. There were five of us, so we booked two rooms, but they assigned us to the rooms right in front on the same floor, and they responded quickly to our inquiries. When I open the balcony door, sometimes I can smell cigarette smoke. Other than that, I had a pleasant and comfortable trip thanks to them :)

Great location, just a few minutes away from Tsutenkaku and Ebisucho station! Check-in and check-out was incredibly fuss free, and they send instructions on how to check-in a few days before your trip & on the day of your arrival. The room entrance has a little nook for your luggage and day bag(s), as well as a big umbrella if you need it, and the room is big enough to open my suitcase completely and still have room to walk! Everything was working and refilling amenities was very convenient so I never had to interact with customer service. Cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again! Housekeeping does NOT clean up the room during your stay. Tidy your room and dispose of your trash yourselves! The garbage disposal room is in a room on the right after you exit from the main entrance. One thing to note for solo travellers: the building is in a relatively quiet area. Foot traffic in the area is sparse throughout the day. But the staff working in the shops along the way are friendly and willing to walk with you if you need the help!

The hotel apartment was a beautiful and cosy place to sleep. The beds were super comfortable and the overall room was lovely! The wifi was great and could connect to the TV for Netflix and Apple TV! Lots of towels and extra incase. The washing machine was a great bonus! Balcony was was a great size and lovely view of the tower. It was super quiet at night too.

overall the stay was really nice and tge service was not bad (email replies to service contact). there was no one at the counter since it was self check in and self check out but its nice for introverts. there were good security measures to make sure no unwanted guests went in so it is safe. though it is near the red light district so female solo travellers or travellers with young kids might want to take caution. the room and amenities were normal and there was a washing machine provided. you'll need to hand the clothes on the balcony as no dryer is provided but given the weather, it drys pretty fast. garbage disposal was pretty easy as well since there was a big grey container at the gate where you can through it at.

The location is very good, right near the Kuromon Market, and it is also very convenient to walk to Nipponbashi The service is very good. Because my foot was injured and I couldn't take a shower, after communicating with the customer service, they helped me put a small shower chair 👍🏻 Except that the hotel entrance is under renovation and the noise from the construction was disturbing in the morning, everything else is perfect The room is equipped with cooking utensils, washing machine, washing powder, all the equipment is very new I will come back to live in Osaka if I have the chance!

Good pick for budgeted traveller. It located nearby Namba B4 exit and ~10 mins walk to “Glico” sign. Little bit noisy as there are bar restaurants & many hourly hotel nearby. The room is clean, beds are big enough for 2 persons, washroom & bathroom facilities are new, clean & in good conditions. It will be perfect if no carpet and the kitchen area separate from the bed side.

Facilities: Because it is a homestay, there are washing machines, refrigerators, microwaves, cooking utensils (two small pots and an induction cooker), dishes, detergents, dishwashing sponges. You can buy raw food from the nearby supermarket to cook, or heat up cooked food to eat. It feels very convenient and you can also better experience the life of locals. The space in the room is very reasonable. There are two places to spread out the suitcases as soon as you enter the door. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. Hygiene: Warm and clean. Because it is newly renovated, the overall facilities feel very new, and the toilets and bathrooms are also clean. Environment: The surrounding area is relatively quiet. It is a short but relatively close walking distance from the subway station. You can see the scenery of the surrounding streets and alleys. It is very convenient to Shinsaibashi and Universal Studios. There are about six or seven rooms on one floor. The sound insulation feels very good and I didn’t hear any disturbing sounds. Service: Self-service check-in, you can see the check-in guide one or two days in advance, and you will also receive a notice of self-service check-out. According to the guide, register your passport information on the website and check in after 4 pm. It feels smooth. Contact the hotel customer service from Ctrip chat and the reply is very fast.

The hotel is very good and clean. The only thing is that it is facing the street, which is a little noisy in the morning. Every morning there are police cars or ambulances~door-click~door-click sounds. But it is still acceptable! Price, location, and hygiene are all very good! Bringing children out is for convenience

convenient location and extensive amenities such as a washing machine, cutlery, tv, heater and in-built clothes dryer. easy access to 24 hour supermarket and dotonburi. service however could be improved through a front desk as inquiring about problems through email was quite annoying. also be aware that the bed/s are extremely hard and uncomfortable.
