The housekeeper contacted in advance to confirm the itinerary, and I felt the enthusiasm of the pick-up master as soon as I landed, and the anxiety of altitude sickness dissipated instantly1. The diffuse oxygen supply machine in the room operates quietly, and the nasal suction tube and mask are thoughtfully prepared. Breathing all night is like soaking in a moist forest2. In the early morning, I opened the curtains, and the morning light of the ancient city sprinkled on the ******* wood-carved window lattices, and I had an illusion of traveling through time and space in a trance. The most unforgettable thing is the ethnic costume experience area on the underground first floor. Although the makeup needs to be done by myself, touching the exquisitely embroidered ******* robe and taking pictures in front of the prayer wheel wall is like touching the soul of Shangri-La3. The matsutake chicken soup pot recommended by the housekeeper makes the cold night warm, and the gym and billiard room have become secret bases for children to release their energy4. When I was leaving, I found that the parking lot was just around the corner, and I finally didn't have to drag the suitcase full of plateau specialties. Such attention to details makes the trip at an altitude of 3,300 meters not only a feast of scenery, but also a place to soothe the body and mind.

Way beyond what I expected. The lady at the hotel has been taking care of me since day one, free pick-up service too. The room was spotless, stocked with everything you could need (and more) oxygen supply, Dyson dryer, floor heating, and a super comfy bed. Perfectly located in the old town, it’s great for chilling and exploring on foot. Big thanks to that amazing lady (sorry, didn’t catch her name). For me, totally worth it.

The hotel is very strategically located at one of the most scenic area of NapaSea, and is very clean, well kept. The counter service is great too, they even upgraded our rooms to a bigger, scenic room for free!!! And, they provided free shuttle service from the railway station (or can claim back from them by showing the bill). The room itself, has heating service, oxygen supply, and is super roomy and clean. This hotel is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in during this Yunnan hiking trip. First of all, I am not a shill! I stayed in Shangri-La for 3 consecutive days, and then stayed in this hotel again after coming down from Yubeng! People who have been to high altitudes know the importance of diffuse oxygen supply provided by the hotel! The high oxygen concentration can quickly relieve altitude sickness! Secondly, the hotel is very clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable! ! Having a comfortable bed all the way through the hike is really very good for relieving fatigue! The boss is very nice. He drove to pick me up when I said I couldn't walk anymore! The hotel is located at the entrance of the ancient city! Just saying that this hardware and service must be given a five-star rating!

Rongqia is the ceiling of my picky tent hotel + exclusive view travel route, without any suspense. The harmony between the hotel and nature, and the harmony between man and nature are vividly reflected. The scenery of the hotel is not inferior to Pudacuo. There are various scenes for punching in, such as horseback riding, sheep feeding, boating, and fishing that children like. In the afternoon, I enjoyed a quiet afternoon tea time at the island coffee. It was so pleasant. The hotel's meals are also very nice. The coffee, pasta, and pizza for afternoon tea taste great, and the dinner dishes are also very tasty, which adds points to the stay experience. The natural hot springs in the hotel are so amazing that they can heal the fatigue of the journey in minutes. The emotional value is the hotel's exclusive tour route, driven by a photographer + professional guide, without walking throughout the whole journey, and experiencing the extreme beauty of the untouched places easily and happily. I have only one conclusion. Even though I have been to Shangri-La many times, the Shangri-La I saw this time is amazing to me and the entire circle of friends. I have experienced a different Shangri-La, which is worth it. The service awareness of all service teams is superb 👍👍👍👍 We will come to your new camp again.

The room is very clean, the front desk service attitude is very good, the hotel is in a good location, next time I come to Shangri-La City, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Traveled with elderly parent and the 3 of us were staying in the boutique family room tatami style. We were glad that the owner has assigned ground floor room so we do not need to climb any stairs. Room was spacious , cozy and comfortable with centrally controlled heater. Has hair dryer, clean rooms and most importantly comfy beds. There is a make shift curtain acting as a door to the bathroom with good ventilation fan. Place was quiet and not noisy even though we were very near the dance square in ancient town. We were welcomed with ginger tea and friendly host Danny has provided travel options and suggestion on what to do and where to go around Shangri la. We made friends with other stayers from Korea and Ganna as we bonded over drinks and snacks. They also ferried our luggage to the north gate after our checkout. Will definitely return to stay in here again when we return to Shangri la.
