The hotel has charging piles, a large parking lot, very close to the Songzanlin Temple scenic spot, excellent location, warm customer service contact, and great new opening. There is oxygen service and sleeps super well. The lobby is very artistic, the room is super large, much better than the homestay, and the artistic atmosphere is strong. .

😀 Location: Right next to Guishan Park, a two-minute walk to where you can easily hail a taxi. It's also located within the ancient city, making dining and shopping very convenient. 👾 Facilities: Excellent! The room environment largely matched the pictures. It came equipped with an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, a fan, and a mini-fridge! The shower room also had facilities for hanging clothes and towels, which was a great touch. Among all the guesthouses I stayed at during my trip to Yunnan, this one had the most comprehensive facilities. 🤖 Hygiene: Very good. I didn't find any hygiene issues upon check-in. All towels were disposable, and the toilet had a self-sanitizing function. 😼 Service: Both the staff and the owner were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic! Before checking in, we couldn't find a taxi near Napa Lake, so the owner came to pick us up – super nice! Every day, they also provided complimentary fruit, snacks, and yogurt. When we checked out, they arranged a shuttle to take us to the underground parking lot and even gave us a farewell gift. You can truly feel that the owner puts a lot of effort into running this place! Highly recommend!

The room was spacious with a fantastic view, truly a prime location overlooking Napa Lake. The price wasn't expensive either, so for the view, it's really great value for money. The owner's service attitude was excellent too. Staying here was much more comfortable than being squeezed among crowds in the Old Town.

A perfect stay for those seeking peace and relaxation. The hotel offers stunning mountain and meadow views, with beautiful walking paths and scenery similar to Heidou Café nearby. Guests receive a voucher for a complimentary Americano and cookies at the café (other menu items are available with a small top-up). The staff are friendly and attentive, and the hotel also provides convenient shuttle service to and from the railway station. Didi rides are easy to book, and the Old Town is only about 20 minutes away. An unforgettable stay ! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely immersed in the wild beauty of Shangri-La. The location is breathtaking wide open landscapes, mountains that seem to stretch forever, and a calm that's hard to find anywhere else. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully designed, with an amazing view, every detail felt intentional. But what truly made this stay special was Suki and little fish (荔枝). They are patient, attentive, and genuinely caring the kind of hosts who make you feel completely at ease from the very first moment. Beyond being incredibly warm and welcoming, they helped me experience the region in a way I never could have on my own. I went horse riding in the mountains with them, discovered the local culture through their eyes, and had some of the most meaningful conversations of my trip sitting with them. Their advice was precious, and their kindness turned a beautiful place into a memorable one. The amenities were excellent, the service flawless, and the whole place has a soul that's rare to find. If you're traveling and looking for somewhere that feels like an adventure and a home at the same time, this is it. Thank you Suki and little fish for the rides, the laughs, the conversations, and for showing me a side of Yunnan I'll never forget.

This magnificent hotel is located in the heart of Shangri-La, a place where the journey itself is part of the magic. As we traveled along the village paths and across the vast plains filled with yaks and horses roaming freely, the landscape was so beautiful and peaceful that we felt as if we were entering another world. From the moment we arrived, silence, serenity, and the pure energy of nature surrounded us. The hotel manager greeted us with a warm smile, checked us in, and offered us hot local tea and a ******* cake. He then led us to the warm and beautiful room we had reserved. Everything was truly perfect: the hotel's atmosphere, the beauty of the location, and the kindness and sincerity of the entire team. When it was time to leave, we truly felt as if we were leaving a piece of our hearts there. Without a doubt, we will return to this place, and this time we will stay longer. A huge thank you to Mr. Wang, their adorable dogs, and their amazing team for this unforgettable experience.

The room was spotlessly clean, no strange smells, and the bedding was comfortable, so I got a great night's sleep. The host was incredibly genuine and patiently answered all my questions, unlike some places where they're unresponsive. Overall, it felt very cozy, just like staying at a relative's house – none of that stiff hotel feeling. The price was also reasonable, offering great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, genuinely recommend it to everyone.

Choosing this hotel for my trip to Shangri-La was absolutely the right decision! It's super convenient, just about a ten-minute walk to the old town. Plus, they provide an oxygen concentrator, which was a lifesaver on my first day when I was suffering from altitude sickness. They also have an oximeter and a thermometer, showing how much they care about their guests. The chicken and rice noodle soup for breakfast here is incredibly delicious – I had it for days! Every evening, they bring complimentary bedtime milk, which my family found to be a really thoughtful touch. The bedding is great too; I slept very comfortably, and the toiletries are all well-stocked. If I get the chance to come back, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall, this guesthouse exceeded my expectations. Its location is absolutely superb – directly opposite the back gate of Songzanlin Monastery. You can simply cross the road to enter the temple. Thanks to this prime location, we were able to enter the monastery early in the morning before it officially opened, enjoying a truly peaceful experience. The room's decor and design are very unique, and it's quite spacious. All facilities are well-equipped, and there are even many books on ******* Buddhism in the room. The on-site restaurant is good; the small portion of matsutake hotpot was more than enough for two, with plenty of fresh matsutake mushrooms. The rooftop terrace offers great views for photographing Songzanlin Monastery. The housekeeper and staff were all incredibly warm and friendly, and the welcome snacks were delicious. They also have a large parking lot, which is very convenient for guests.

Exceeded expectations! The environment is top-notch; I could see the Thirteen Peaks of Yulong Snow Mountain right from my bed. The rooftop viewing platform offers panoramic views of the stunning scenery. The room was clean and tidy, and aside from being a little small, I couldn't find any faults. What's especially commendable is the restaurant – great food at reasonable prices. They offer a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, so there's definitely something for everyone. Everything is made fresh to order, no pre-made meals, and even the dough is kneaded on the spot. Plus, the food comes out surprisingly fast – a truly excellent experience. The only suggestion I have is to tidy up the area around the stairs in Building E, perhaps by adding some flowers and plants to make it even more beautiful.
