During my recent travels, I had the pleasure of staying at the Shangri-La, and it was truly an impressive experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure every need was met.
The room was luxurious, with comfortable furnishings, and breathtaking views. It was spotless, with attention to detail evident in every corner and all pets in home stay and really cute. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided were top-notch, from high-quality toiletries to thoughtful extras like a personalized welcome note.
The hotel facilities were equally impressive. Free dressing and photographer also well prepare and professional taking care us.
Overall, Lisiman Xinsu Yusiye hotel exceeded my expectations. Its blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service makes it a perfect choice for travelers seeking an unforgettable stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

The hosts are very helpful and would fetch/send us with the luggages to the North Gate. It’s within 5-10 mins walk to 四方街 and the 转经筒. Beautiful view of the whole 古城, which also means that it’s an upslope walk back to the accommodation. The dryer will be turned off between 11pm-930am everyday, but the hosts will kindly help you with your laundry if you ask!

The white space is only 10 minutes away from the high-speed railway station and airport, 20 minutes away from Napa Haiyi grassland by car, and 15 minutes away from Songzanlin Temple by car. Free parking is available at the door. It is convenient for travel. It carries all our burning dreams in Shangri-La. We have 23 rooms, including king-size beds, double beds, family suites, duplex suites, and so on, to meet the accommodation needs of different groups of customers. In the white space, it is your rest area in a foreign land, which can help you unload all the fatigue in the city.

A newly opened hotel near Dukezong Ancient Town. The main reason I chose this hotel is because they have oxygen supply in the room, there’s a lift in the hotel, there’s a hospital nearby and it is about 5mins very slow walk to Dukezong. Bed is comfortable, there’s smart toilet, dehumidifier, heater in the shower and floor heating. Some rooms were equipped with projector tv while some is with Xiaomi Smart TV. They also have thermometer and oximeter at the front desk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended us the restaurant next door which serves quite good ******* food. The staff went all out by sending us to the hospital nearby when one of us had a medical emergency. Breakfast is a little underwhelming but the whole day free flow of coffee is good. We wanted to go to their sister hotel in Napahai for the pet feeding but there wasn’t any availability, which was a little disappointing. Overall it is a nice hotel. Will choose this hotel again if we were to come back to Shangri-La.

Highly recommended hotel. I book the family room. It was clean and comfortable bed. Kids love to look at the stars through the ceiling before bed time. The couple ( owner ) were very accommodating and kind. After checking in, the boss lady asked us if we were hungry, and recommended a local restaurant nearby. She brought us there. And the husband also concern about the kids and told us, the weather was cold and need more protection for them. They let us borrowed their traditional/ local fleece cover.
The best service that were given to us was that, they offer us a free ride to railway station for free!

This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its cleanliness and the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The service is nothing short of excellent—they even offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to the train station, which made our journey so much easier.
The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The room is spacious, with a big TV screen and a cozy sofa for relaxation. The thoughtful amenities include a heated floor and bed, which were perfect for the cold weather. Even the toilet seat has a heater and a bidet, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. They also provide additional oxygen in the room—a great touch, especially for those who might feel the effects of high altitude.
The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking! Imagine waking up to stunning mountain scenery, lush green grasslands, and sheep grazing peacefully—it’s like a dream come true. To make our stay even more special, they upgraded our room for free to one with a luxurious bathtub!
For Muslim travelers, this hotel is incredibly accommodating—they provided us with a delicious vegetarian breakfast, so we felt completely at ease. However, please be mindful when sitting on the sofas as their adorable, friendly dog loves to sit there too and might come to greet you. Their dog is super cute and playful, adding a warm and homey touch to the stay!
One of the most delightful surprises was that the hotel provides traditional Chinese costumes for free! We had so much fun dressing up and taking beautiful photos. It made us feel like royalty from an ancient Chinese dynasty—truly a unique and unforgettable experience.
Despite the language barrier, the staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond to assist us, offering suggestions, pinpointing locations, and ensuring we had everything we needed. A big thumbs up to the staff member whose picture I shared (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name). The hotel owner should truly give her credit for her exceptional service—it made our stay even more memorable!
This hotel is located near the stunning Napahai Lake, not Dukezong Ancient City. If you’re planning to stay close to Dukezong, this might not be the best choice. But trust me, you don’t need to stay near Dukezong—this hotel is so good, it’s worth being a little further away. The peaceful surroundings, incredible service, and top-notch amenities make it more than worth it!
Another fantastic perk is the nearby e-bike rental. We rented bikes and had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Napahai area and enjoying the serene countryside.
I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers from Malaysia. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Trust me, you won’t regret staying here—it’s a memory you’ll cherish forever!

Pulling open the curtains, the magnificent picture of the pasture and rolling mountains slowly unfolds in front of you, like a paradise in a dream, which makes people feel relaxed and happy.
The shopkeeper, A Shun, added a lot of warmth and joy to this stay. He was enthusiastic and always had a kind smile on his face, as if we were not strange guests, but old friends who had reunited after a long absence. A Shun is very talkative. From the local customs and customs to the niche but beautiful attractions, he can tell you everything. The travel suggestions he gave made our journey more colorful, avoiding many crowded regular check-in places, and deeply experiencing the unique charm of the local area.
The floor heating and sufficient oxygen supply in the house are really considerate. On a cold night, the warm ground dispelled the chill; for those of us who were a little uncomfortable when we first arrived in the plateau, the oxygen equipment also greatly relieved the discomfort of the body, allowing us to rest assured and enjoy a wonderful holiday.
This trip became more perfect because of this homestay. It is no exaggeration to say that it has become a benchmark for accommodation in my heart. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose here again, and I will not hesitate to recommend it to every friend around me, so that more people can enjoy such a high-quality accommodation experience.

GGuest UserHad a wonderful stay here. The hotel had stunning views of the Yila grasslands/Napa Lake. There is a hillside pathway just a short walk from the hotel which leads you to an even better view of the surrounding areas. The hotel had horses, deers, and a Samoyed which you're free to interact with. Staff were very attentive and helpful from beginning to end.
The dining area is in the adjacent building. The first floor is the restaurant and second floor is the cafe. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Ingredients tasted fresh and portions were good. Coffee was made upon request with an espresso machine. The dining area had lots of windows to look out and enjoy the view. The room was modern and clean. Heated flooring, shower stall, and toilet seat were appreciated. Room had a large projection screen for media. The 270 degree panoramic view room was perfect, what a sight to wake up to! Note weather conditions are variable in Shangri-la and can change by the hour. Can be windy and raining for a couple hours and then transitions to bright sunny skies. May have to stay for a few nights to avoid disappointment. Finally the hotel offers free transfers to and from the airport/train station in a very comfortable van. Hotel staff called the day prior to make transportation arrangements; your experience may vary if you have an international number vs. mainland number so may have to proactively reach out. Overall this is a quiet and peaceful hotel with great amenities about 30 mins outside of the Shangri-la city area. I would come back again.

NNaajihahThe hotel was so beautiful. The wood of building structure makes every angle of the hotel is unique. It reminds me of Istana Seri Menanti in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
We just stayed in the room and enjoy the view. The Sunset and sunrise.
The owner named Renqing Cimu Mei was so kind. She helped us in wearing traditional clothes - tibet. She also helped us in paying our dinner at the dukezong halal restaurant since that restaurant didn't receive Ali Pay. We're panicked at that time and so relieved when Renqing Cimu helped us. She also pickup and send us back to the railway station and give us some souvenirs.
We're so happy with the hospitality that given by her. For sure we will comeback with my big family of 12, with extra days of staying, riding the horse, and let my 2 years old niece play with the sheep.

Recommendation:
Maybe you can open a small shop at the lobby and sell white tshirts that printed your hotel name or napa hai lake view or any beautiful nature view in xianggelila. The guests can buy it and bring back to their hometown and will always remember the memories being in your hotel.

JJ KhooLove this clean and conveniently located boutique hotel which is 3 mins away from supermarket, 7mins away from old city with lots of good food options and clothes rental shops along the way. Breakfast was not provided but we love the 鬼包子across the street. Room comes with oxygen supply and humidifier which are much needed in Shangri la. YYmanYachajiao is a wonderful hotel with a spectacular location! Seated in the Tiger Leaping Gorge you have amazing views of the Yulong Snow Mountain. We stayed there for one night for our hike but if we had time we would gladly stay longer! The check in was smooth and fast, communication through WeChat was convenient and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was a mix of Chinese and Western and gave us a good start for our hike. They have an outdoor pool with mountain views but it was sadly enough too cold in winter to try it out. The staff were friendly and very helpful! For sure we will remember this lovely guesthouse with the amazing views!

Ssukie tangRongqia is the ceiling of my picky tent hotel + exclusive view travel route, without any suspense.
The harmony between the hotel and nature, and the harmony between man and nature are vividly reflected. The scenery of the hotel is not inferior to Pudacuo. There are various scenes for punching in, such as horseback riding, sheep feeding, boating, and fishing that children like. In the afternoon, I enjoyed a quiet afternoon tea time at the island coffee. It was so pleasant.
The hotel's meals are also very nice. The coffee, pasta, and pizza for afternoon tea taste great, and the dinner dishes are also very tasty, which adds points to the stay experience.
The natural hot springs in the hotel are so amazing that they can heal the fatigue of the journey in minutes.
The emotional value is the hotel's exclusive tour route, driven by a photographer + professional guide, without walking throughout the whole journey, and experiencing the extreme beauty of the untouched places easily and happily. I have only one conclusion. Even though I have been to Shangri-La many times, the Shangri-La I saw this time is amazing to me and the entire circle of friends. I have experienced a different Shangri-La, which is worth it.

EETHLWe stayed for 4 nights and it was a very enjoyable experience. We were upgraded to a starry night room and it was interesting to be able to view the night sky in the room.
There was night time drinks (ginger tea or warm milk) served nightly. During the day, they also offered coffee or fruits if we passed the reception area.
Room was cleaned well daily. It felt clean enough to walk about the room barefoot.
We booked this hotel as we were concerned about developing altitude sickness and noted that the hotel
had oxygen supply facilities. Thankfully, we did not require it.
We did not notice during booking that the room did not have AC and was shocked when the staff offered to bring us a standing fan as it was a hot day, after showing us our room. Luckily, it was much cooler in the night, and we could rest well by keeping the air ventilators ( so that the cool air from outside could be brought into the room) on throughout the night.
What we appreciate was that the owner was a no nonsense kind of person and was not salesy. He did not try to sell any tours nor drivers to us even when we enquired. He simply mentioned the cost and left it for us to decide.
Location was good. Hotel was accessible by car and just 5 steps from the old town. Lots of food options, convenience stalls and other amenities available.
We will definitely stay back at this hotel or the owner’s other hotel at our next visit.

RRonaNalaThe hotel is located 1 km from the ancient town and is a 10-15 minute drive to the train station.
The room was comfortable, and the water pressure and heater worked perfectly.
The Wi-Fi was very stable as well. (For foreigners, do bear in mind, if you connect to hotel wifi, you would need to connect to VPN in order to use WhatsApp, IG or Youtube)
This is a 9-year-old property, so there are some flaws that can be improved, but that is understandable.
My only feedback is about the F&B restaurant; they only have one all-day dining option. Breakfast was alright, with more of a local selection.
I stayed for two nights. On the first day, there was staff available to help me and serve my cafe latte order. However, on the second day, I did not see any staff on standby, so I had to make my own cafe latte (I had to froth the milk), which I found awkward.
I wish the staff were more well trained, but I understand it is low season and the hotel probably hired part-timers for service.
The best highlight of my stay was meeting a lady named Rose He, who is part of the guest services team (i think). She made recommendations on where to go and even found us a local driver to take us around. She was extremely kind and polite. We exchanged WeChat information, and she texted me when the weather turned cold or rainy. She also helped us to arrange complimentary transportation to the train station. It felt personalized. Shangri-La, if you are reading this, I believe she deserves a token of appreciation. She is the true star and a great example of “hospitality.”
Overall, we were happy with our stay. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe hotel is well-equipped and the decoration style is modern and simple, which makes people shine. The facilities in the room are also very complete, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and bright. There is free WiFi service.
The staff is warm and friendly. From check-in to check-out, every step of the process is very smooth and there are no problems.
The hotel is in a very advantageous location, only a few kilometers away from the city center, with convenient transportation. There is a supermarket and dining downstairs.
In short, I am very satisfied with this stay and will recommend it to friends and family. If I have the opportunity to come to Dali again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
In Shujin Muyun Hotel, it is only 3.7 kilometers away from the thousand-year-old ******* ancient city ”Dukezong Ancient City”; 5 kilometers away from the plateau lake ”Napahai” and the ”Yila Grassland” under the sacred mountain; 2.7 kilometers away from the ”Songzanlin Temple” known as the Little Potala Palace, it takes only 1 hour to reach. The distance to each attraction is not far, and there is a parking lot.
High cost performance, breakfast is a buffet, balanced nutrition, and rice noodles. There are many rooms, which can accommodate large-scale group building accommodation.
