Phenomenal hospitality, excellent caring service, just all round 10/10 for a family weekend. We went climbing up to Taoist temples, snowy peaks, trecked up mountain creeks then chilled in the sulphuric hot springs. Excellent family service, the team really took care of my kid too, played with her while I was dealing with checking in and out etc. Great atmosphere, cool rooms, great hot springs. Also the locals come here which is a big seal of approval for me. Would definitely recommend and return to Arcadia

I chose to stay in Huashuiwan directly when I visited Xiling Snow Mountain for the second time, so that I could go up the mountain the next day! The hotel gave me a feeling of being new, considerate, comfortable and humane. As a newly opened hotel, the hardware facilities are definitely excellent, and the whole house is intelligent. The hotel halfway up the mountain is also very well kept warm, with air conditioning and floor heating, so there is no need to worry about the cold. It is really very friendly for tram travel. The hotel has its own parking lot with charging piles, and charging is free. This is really great, and there is no power anxiety at all. If you travel by tram and bring children, it is really good to choose this hotel. It is on the side of the road and very easy to find. If I go again next time, I will definitely choose it as always!

Seeing the enthusiastic hotel people will also make people feel good. The service awareness is also very proactive, and they took the initiative to help us delay check-out during the off-season. Catering: Breakfast is semi-self-service, but the quality is online. As mentioned earlier, breakfast is a follow-up service. There are many types of Cantonese/Western/Chinese dishes to choose from, and there are also Dayi characteristics. The products of both on-site and self-service meals are very good and fresh. The service staff keeps closing and asking questions, and the drinks/coffee are very good. It's a pity that I didn't eat in the hotel. The environment of the Chinese restaurant was also very good after visiting it. The barbecue in the ancient town that night was very windy and it was really average. I will try to eat in the hotel next time I have the opportunity. Surrounding environment: In addition to going to Anren Ancient Town, the hotel itself is a resort, which is very good to visit. The outdoor heated swimming pool should be very good in summer. It's too cold in winter, but you can see that the swimming pool is still very clean. There is light music around the hotel at any time, and the music is also very tasteful. The surrounding farmland greenways are also well built. We wanted to ride the hotel bicycles to go out for a stroll that afternoon, but unfortunately one of the bicycles had a broken chain, so we walked out for a stroll. It would be more comfortable to ride a bicycle. There are several homestays around, but believe me, Alanruo is really No. 1. Overall, it's really great. It's really the best resort hotel in Sichuan. The whole environment/supporting facilities/service awareness are all in place. I even thought that if I have children, I would bring them back for another visit. It's the first choice for urban people's escape plan. It's very relaxing to relax for a day, especially after staying in some popular hot spring hotels that are only famous in name. A small homestay did not expect to provide breakfast service, because the New Year started a bit late, the first day at 11 o'clock to get up and ask the boss for breakfast, the result really left us, although the breakfast is a simple meal of porridge, side dishes and eggs, but very carefully packed in beautiful bowls and plates. The appetite came suddenly. After dinner, I set off to Xiling Snow Mountain to play snow. The boss also provides pick-up service. It is really hard! The first time I was outside for the New Year, I didn’t expect it to be very lively. The boss organized a few families in the hotel to gather together for barbecue, set a dragon gate, drink, and K song. He also bought fireworks for everyone. The fruit was also delivered the next night. The enthusiasm was extremely full of fireworks. ps. Compared with luxury hotels, there will definitely be some shortcomings, but after all, people are positioned as a homestay. During the Chinese New Year, this price is still worth it. You can also see that the boss is full of feelings and very careful to operate, which is worthy of praise!

Clean and comfortable room for families with young kids. The heated floor is a plus point when travelling to a winter place. We were here for 2 nights on December and it was freezing cold. Thanks for the heated floor we stayed warm. The room is newly renovated with modern interior. The hotel does not have much amenities other than what you get in the room. Food around the whole Xi Ling Snow Mountain is limited and they close early during winter time. Hence, do get your meal early. Hotel service, I gave it a less rating as the staff are not really sure their role and hard to get a room call service at night. Travelling here is quite smooth. We hired a private driver and took the cable car up to the snow mountain. There will be bus taking you to the ski resort area where then you will have a short walk to the hotel. Overall a good stay and certainly recommended this hotel for families.

Howard Johnson hot spring is a beautiful resort with very good service. We did not speak Chinese so one of the staff added us on WeChat so he could provide us with the services at any time. He was very accommodating and supported us throughout our stay. We had a great time. The hot spring was very relaxing.
