The next morning, we took the cable car up to Yinyangjie and saw soft natural snow and little squirrels. It wasn't too crowded during the Chinese New Year period. Overall, a pretty good trip!"

"Facilities: The room facilities are quite comprehensive. Although the shower pressure was a bit low, the maintenance engineer came immediately to fix it, and their response was very quick. The room was very warm thanks to the underfloor heating, and there's a balcony where you can sunbathe, making the overall feeling very pleasant.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was generally good.
Environment: The accommodation environment is great, only a few hundred meters from the scenic area entrance. There's a hotel restaurant downstairs that offers excellent value for money and tasty food. It's a rare gem of a hotel.

GGuest UserSimple and quiet style, with two small yards, very clean. The details are well done, the parent-child room has Yunrou towels for the baby, and there is a fence to prevent the baby from falling off the bed (but the fence is not very stable). We didn't use it. There are smart toilets in the bathroom and alcohol disinfection towels. The service attitude is very good. suitable for shorting

11351551****After a long search, I finally found this hidden gem – a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. It's great for families with kids or for bringing your parents along. Getting there from Chengdu is super convenient, just an hour's drive. Upon arrival, I contacted the butler, and someone immediately came out to greet us and help with our luggage. The service was excellent! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and it truly felt like a luxurious experience. Afternoon tea was a buffet with unlimited beer, drinks, and various snacks. They started pampering us with food the moment we arrived. The in-room amenities were also fantastic, including a Dyson hairdryer (I wasn't even planning on washing my hair, haha!). The butlers were incredibly responsive and patient in helping with all our requests. Overall, I absolutely loved it here and will definitely be back!

GGuest Userso far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

GGuest UserAs shown in the picture, it is very clean. The lady at the front desk upgraded the room for us. You can see the beautiful scenery of Dayi outside the window. The light is good and transparent. I was originally going to Chengdu for only one day, but I extended my stay because the room was nice. I had to catch the high-speed train early the next day, but I think it was worth it. The service of the lady at the front desk was very good. I recommend it!

HHwee1I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special.
The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors.
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

The air was great, not too hot, and we could even swim in the river, which the kids absolutely loved!!! In the morning, we stumbled upon a market and bought some local produce to take home, which was a pleasant surprise!! This place is perfect for a summer getaway, family trips, and for entertaining the little ones. Highly recommend!!

It's an established 5-star hotel, and while the facilities are a bit dated, it doesn't significantly detract from the experience. All the amenities are high-quality, clean, and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. What really stands out is the hotel's excellent environment, fantastic hot springs, and delicious breakfast. Both the hotel and the hot springs staff have an exceptional service mindset! It's a hotel worth visiting countless times.

RRoryHakunaThe camp was very clean and beautiful. Out of all places I've stayed during my trip to Chengdu & Xiling, their camp is the best. Up till today (we've checked out their camp for about 1 week+ now) we still talked about our experience there. It is very memorable.
Their staff are also very helpful. We couldn't find the camp at first and they sent staff to guide us. My mom left her charger at the camp and they willingly sent it to our next hotel. Their hospitality is the best!
At first, we were shocked that we have to hike(10-20mins) to get to the camp. We were shocked because we were tired since we have been traveling for the past 2 days and haven't rested properly. But when we reached there, it was all worth it! This camp was basically what we need to recharge ourselves.

MM790460****Overall, I was very satisfied. The owner was very welcoming, and the other staff members were also very nice. There were even adorable kittens in the shop! If taking a taxi is inconvenient, they offer a shuttle service, although it costs extra, but the price is very reasonable, unlike some taxis that charge double. This hotel is very close to the front of the mountain, which is very convenient. There are tons of ******* macaques along the way, so you can go to the front of the mountain on the first day and the back on the second.
