Never mind, I cleaned the tables and chairs myself. The funniest thing was that when I saw the porridge for breakfast and tried to get a bowl, there was sand in the bowl underneath. I told the waiter (and they took it away). Hotel cleanliness really needs to be brought up to standard."

"The private hot spring courtyard was excellent, and the breakfast tasted great. It's very close to Bailu Hot Spring, less than a five-minute walk from the room. Bailu Hot Spring is a pure natural sulfur spring, visibly authentic. While sulfur springs do smell like rotten eggs, don't worry, these minerals will leave your skin feeling smooth after soaking. The outdoor courtyard has good ecological conditions, but there were many mosquitoes. I suggest adding mosquito repellent lamps. The courtyard lawn could use more maintenance, and the staff in the hot spring area, especially those in the pool area, should receive more training on service awareness."

"The hotel's overall ambiance is great, and it feels quite upscale. The restaurant's dishes are also very authentic. Aside from the pool, there aren't many play facilities or activities for kids, so if it rains, there's not much to do. The service was excellent and very welcoming; our room was upgraded to a suite, which was very spacious with a fantastic view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows! It would have been perfect if it were next to a rice field."

"I went there once with a friend, and then I kept going there with my family and recommended it to many friends. It is one of the treasure hotels around Chengdu. The private hot spring is in the courtyard of the room, which is very private. The whole place feels like Suzhou and Hangzhou gardens. The owner spent a lot of money on the design. It should be the only one in the Greater Chengdu area. It has a swimming pool and a gym. I brought my friends here for the second time, and I will bring my family next time."

"I must give this hotel a five-star rating for its service! From arrival, a butler escorted us to our room, explaining the facilities throughout. Their response time was incredibly fast, and they replied promptly to any questions we had on WeChat. We truly felt like we were being personally cared for. Xiao Li and Xiao Wang were exceptionally attentive. The room was truly spacious. We booked a room with a private hot spring bath. The smart home system and underfloor heating made it incredibly comfortable, especially in winter. The private hot spring bath was a huge plus; our skin felt so smooth after soaking (it's supposedly a selenium-rich hot spring). Plus, the minibar drinks and snacks were complimentary, so we didn't have to bring our own – such a thoughtful touch! In the evening, we explored the public area. The volcanic lava-shaped hot spring pool was unique; I'm sure it would be even more photogenic during the day. The breakfast selection was also very generous. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Huashuiwan!"

It's also very close to Huashuixi Town, only a ten-minute drive, so there are many dining options. The hotel itself is quite large, with independent parking spaces (including EV charging) and a restaurant. It's surrounded by mountains, at a lower altitude, and even has a small stream. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic, which is a big plus; they met all our requests. Especially the uncle, he was very kind and helped us with parking. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, perfect for families and couples."

"The room's facilities and furniture were too old; the carpet was dirty, and there were many yellow water stains on the walls. The room smelled unpleasant upon entering. The receptionists and staff were extremely rude and showed absolutely no service awareness. Hot water was almost nonexistent; it took more than twenty minutes for the tap to produce any hot water. The hotel's corridors, lobby, and elevator area were pitch black at night, and the entire hotel was deserted with almost no guests. I so regret staying at such a terrible hotel when I went to Xiling Snow Mountain!!"
