非常完美的一次體驗，服務，設施都是超級好。景觀面對海港，可以看到夕陽，早餐面對維多利亞港，服務和體驗在香港都是絕對的一流。酒店的泳池和水療都特別好，下次還要去體驗。還送了小獅子。
唯一有一個不足的地方是酒店房門隔音特別差，走廊的聲音聽得一清二楚，好在走廊走路的人不多，平時還算安靜。不過隔音的問題酒店以後還真需要想想辦法的。還有一個就是萬一下雨，天上有雲就沒有景觀了。

Surreal location and spectacular views. I would recommend to spend the extra for a corner suite, ideally south west corner to enjoy both Hongkong Skyline and sunset over Lantau island.

第二次來香港入住還是選擇的麗思卡爾頓酒店，前兩天都趕上了香港的黑雨天氣，在酒店用餐的餐廳天龍軒環境非常好，整體用餐非常滿意，酒店服務細節整體非常不錯了，早餐環境好。

酒店內行10 年長者來評價- 香港利茲卡爾頓：
【優】：
1. 尖沙咀最高大廈，位置不錯
2. 高空體驗
3. 一樓的禮賓很主動拿了行李，送到客房。
【缺】：
1. 房間枕頭很不舒服，沒有房間介紹，引導人員
2. 轉電梯接待人員少，但對待外國人異常熱情！
3. 定了海景，但景色不向港島，窗子也很臟！
4. 因為不舒服所以第二晚定了隔壁的W，早上11 點退房利茲。在W酒店，晚上發現少了一件西裝（落在房間了）
利茲酒店，沒有任何人主動給我打電話詢問是否遺失？還是不要了？
5. 當天晚上，22:10我主動聯繫利茲卡爾頓後，前台女士讓我去前台拿衣服，並把衣服放置在前台，方便我領取。22:20抵達前台後，衣服並不在前台，我在酒店103層的大堂，又等了15-20 分鐘。
6. 22:40-22:45 左右拿來還我衣服後，問前台這位先生：“為什麼酒店不主動聯繫房間裏有遺失物的客户？ ”
酒店回覆：“利茲卡爾頓從來不主動聯繫客户，因為不知道是不是客户故意留在房間裏的。”
（此番對話，並不針對這位先生個人，但酒店方的所作所為，以及前台女士和這位先生的回覆以及舉止，確實表現出來：利茲卡爾頓香港 從不主動聯繫客户。）
【背景】：
本人經常出差居住萬豪、喜來登、艾迪遜、W等酒店。無論是澳門的倫敦人、還是內陸的亞朵，都比本次在利茲卡爾頓的感受好。
【總結】：
酒店首先是服務行業，硬件設施不是剛需；
行業最大的核心是有沒有温度，而温度，取決於服務。
何況是屬於奢華級別的利茲卡爾頓！
本次體驗，相當糟糕，利茲有失名聲顯赫的美譽！

這次入住香港麗思卡爾頓酒店，體驗複雜。位置絕佳，出行、購物便捷，周邊吃喝玩樂全。但裝修有年代感，傢俱多磨損，設施陳舊，與定位不匹配。更糟心的是，次日早七點多火警突響，匆忙跑下樓，竟是其他客人熱水器熱氣觸發警報（酒店前台説）後續也沒了睡意，太影響心情 。（酒店離店的時候説下次入住的時候給做升級房間，不知道能不能做到，寫個留言mark一下）

One of the best hotels. Gorgeous views from a great height. Breakfast on the 103rd floor, gym and pool on the 118th floor. The price is high, but it's worth it for 1-2 days.
