The homestay is near the night market but far enough from hustle and bustle of it. Host is friendly and helpful and even gave us a ride to the tailor when we told them we wanted to get some clothes sewn. Note that the homestay is a walkup apartment.

Very clean. The owner's aunt looks like she's the owner of the house. She takes very good care of it. Cleanliness is worth 10 million. Good blanket, warm scent The bed is very good. Put a glass of water on the bed and jump on it. The water glasses haven't fallen yet. Plus, it's very close to the night market. Convenient, close to a minimart. Very good.

The location is great. There is a resort right in front, so it was nice to take a short walk, and the owners are very friendly. I thought it would be because the accommodations were cheap, but it was a bit disappointing that there was no bottled water provided.

Your homestay is really perfect : beautiful rooms, large and comfy beds, delicious breakfast and top quality services (car ride bookings, bicycle rentings...) in a quiet street just around the corner of the night market and across the river from the old quarter. My stay at the Quynh Chau homestay was an extremely pleasant one and an enjoyable one! I requested a driver to come and pick me up from the airport in Da Nang and he greeted me at the airport with my name on it. I was delighted to have arrived at the property as the place was so clean and the family that owned it were extremely polite and friendly, despite the language barrier (my Vietnamese is extremely limited)!! My room was just as it was described on *********** and it was also very clean and the bed was comfortable!! It was a very cheap stay and I would most definitely recommend the Quynh Chau homestay if you are on a tight budget. The breakfasts were amazing too and I had banh mi and Vietnamese coffee!! Thank you so very much for making my stay a highly welcoming one!! Cảm ơn nhieu!!

Stayed at Mrs Chau's delightful homestay from 28-31 Jan. Lovely family who truly made us feel at home. Well located in walking distance to the Old Town, restaurants, shopping, cultural experiences. Very clean, well maintained, beds made and towels changed every day, wifi, tv, can arrange transport if required. Glorious hot water showers. Enjoyed the included breakfasts. We will definitely return to enjoy Mrs Chau's hospitality!

The air conditioners in both our rooms did not produce much cold air. My suspicion is they have not changed the coolant in a while. I explained this to the male owner and he became agitated with me. I’ve decided to leave and write this review. It is a clean place with a great location. Both the male and female owners were extremely nice upon arrival. But without air conditioning in this summer heat and with the owner being agitated, it has become uncomfortable. The daughter came to our room and very nicely tried to mediate and she will hopefully get the air conditioners maintained better.

We loved staying at Quynh Chau home stay Hoi An. It is clean and comfortable and easy walking distance to all attractions. The breakfast is delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Chau took extra care when one of us became ill. We'll definitely stay here again.

Wonderful homestay with a great location to old town! The room was lovely and spacious, the breakfast choices offered were wonderful. And finally the hosts were so nice and accommodating. They helped set up cars to and from the airport, plus a car to Mỹ Sơn Temple. Great stay!

This was a great stay. Well run, clean, great location and breakfast was included. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. They organized an early transport for us to Da Nang airport. Good way to end the stay.

This is my favourite home stay ever, not just in Hoi An, not just in Vietnam, but in the world. The apartment is beautiful, cosy and clean. The family running the homestay is so kind and helpful. Besides our accommodation, they helped us with taxi bookings and all kinds of local activities. The homestay also served a delicious breakfast. We only stayed there for three nights, but the hosts really treated us like family. Cảm ơn anh chị nhiều!!!!

What a perfect stay! The owners of this home Stay are such kind, helpful and attentive people. Whenever we had a question, they were always willing to help. The homestay is very centrally located, with only a 3 minute walk to the famous night market and maybe a 7 minute walk to the main bridge of Hoi An. Yet it is a quiet neighbourhood and it is easy to get to with a cab. You can rent bikes through the homestay. The rooms are big and very clean. They have everything you need, like aircon, tv, mini bar, vanity and a little seating area. Most rooms also have a lovely balcony. Breakfast was great too - the bahn mi was delicious and they also offer egg sandwiches as a vegetarian alternative. Great value for money and the family who run the place really do so with much care and attention to details. Would highly recommend to stay here if you're in Hoi An!

TO FLEE ❌ Execrable welcome. We went to the hotel to rent a room, the owners informed us that the price of a double room is 600,000 VND while on Agoda it was 474,000 VND. So we book on Agoda (with their agreement) and once done, they tell us that they no longer have a room for us and that there is an “electricity problem”. The truth is that they wanted us to pay the price they wanted and not the price set by Agoda. We then ask for a refund and they refuse, saying that we have to cancel our reservation, something impossible with Agoda (we would have lost our money). After 10 minutes of negotiation we finally managed to get our room, but the gentleman was very rude and didn't speak any English. Fortunately a young girl helped us and we were able to get our room, thanks to her. We came because the reviews were good but we won't come back. Only positive point: the room is clean and the establishment too. Update: during the night my boyfriend wanted to go out to watch a football match at the bar around 2am, all the exit doors were locked and padlocked??? we called the hotel number but no answer, 5 minutes later the same gentleman came out of a room and was upset that we were trying to leave and told my boyfriend that if he went out he wouldn't couldn't come back, we've never seen that. This is a HOTEL and not a prison, we are supposed to be able to come and go as we please. In the end my boyfriend couldn't go out. It is unacceptable. Imagine the scenario where we had a health problem and had to go out urgently. We are going to file a complaint on Agoda because this is absolutely not normal, the owner should think about changing jobs or going to see a psychologist.
