"Surprisingly Very large room for what we pay. To me, this feel like a 5 star hotel. Feels very comfortable here. Restaurant is on 5th floor, Leo the restaurant caretaker very nice and polite. Breakfast spread is great in a beautiful restaurant, playing soft and soothing music in the background. I love it here and definitely will bring back my family here again We go to the old town by bicycle provided by hotel for free...it's only less than 5 minutes away from hotel. Nice view along the way"

"Hoi An Nature Resort Hotel is the best in terms of hospitality Cleanliness and atmosphere. Front desk staff are very hospitable always with a smile and very accomodating. Room service is excellent they clean and scrub the bathroom and rooms everyday. Toilet bowls are clean. The bellboys carry all our luggage to our room at the top with a smile. We arrive late for lunch hotel restaurant is close and the staff even book for us a lunch at a nearby restaurant (Bong’s Farm Restaurant highly recommended) which is perfect and foods are yummy. Hotel ambiance is cozy every one will love it’s atmosphere perfect for every hearts desire. Aircon is perfect. The food serve for our breakfast is delicious and plenty (Happy Tummy) Over all it’s a success for us all. Highly recommended. Will stay again in this hotel."

"This is the best hotel I've ever been to! The hotel is located in Hoi An, a quiet area near the river and the sea. You can rent a motorcycle from the hotel and drive to the center of Da Nang in 40 minutes. There are also free bicycles from the hotel, on which you can explore the old district of Hoi Ana. When we first arrived to check in, we were met by a nice girl (hostess), immediately pleased us, offered juice and told and showed us what we can do in Da Nang. Helped to accommodate and left us in a great mood. The room turned out to be spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the river and a courtyard with a swimming pool. The room had everything you needed: towels, shower accessories, coffee, tea and water bottles, which were replenished every day. We booked a room with breakfast, so every morning we had a great breakfast, everything was very tasty and as a compliment we always brought fruit. Breakfast could be chosen per day from the proposed menu. In general, I am delighted with this hospitality and pastime. We will definitely come back again! The hostess is very nice and you can see how everything is done with soul and sincerity. Thank you very much!"

"We had a 4 night stay at the hotel and we had an awesome time! Staff members were super friendly and helpful all the way. I would like to extend a special thanks to Huong, who assisted us since day 1. Breakfast selective was extensive and we could not tried everything they have to offer even after 4 mornings. We will definitely stay there again when we return in the future. We love Hoi An!"

"From the moment we arrived at Vaia Hotel Boutique, we were warmly welcomed and treated with exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making us feel at home right away. A special thanks to Phuong, whose attentiveness truly stood out—she seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even asked. Her genuine care and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. While the facilities and breakfast could use a bit of improvement, the overall experience more than made up for it. The personalized service and welcoming atmosphere left a lasting impression, and we genuinely appreciated the hospitality. Also, they offer car transfer services which is way cheaper than booking from Grab! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a boutique hotel with heart! 💜"

"Great location that's easy to walk to Old Town and the Night Market, as well as the other tailors and restaurants not in Old Town. Nice, luxe feeling room with a very comfy bed and effective aircon. The bath was nice too, fits two people. The pool was very clean and aesthetically pleasing, no issues at all there, and the breakfast spread was varied and seemed fresh. They also have free bikes you can take around Hoi An but we didn't try these."
