Location isn’t convenient if you aren’t driving and it is a distance away from the main area. Service is great. The room is comfortable and clean.

離jr人吉步行可達，爺爺奶奶經營的算是民宿！他們自己住在一樓，客房在旁邊一小棟的樓梯上去，有四個房間，但我入住時衹有我們所以公共區域獨享了🥹。有冰箱微波爐電吹風，一個浴室，兩個廁所，上去的廳很大有桌子。如果要吃飯需要提前詢問預訂，有時候爺爺奶奶沒空就衹能自己去便利店提前購賣了哦。 爺爺會使用翻譯器，那個還挺準的不用擔心！家裡還有自行車，是免費可以使用的。 攜程發來的郵件裏的酒店日本電話不太準確，可以到了日本以後拜託前一家酒店查詢一下人吉的森野～ 晚上還可以直接拿着房間鑰匙去朝陽館（另一家温泉旅館）泡温泉！屬實是算驚喜了，不過爺爺説是合作，不知道是不是一直都有哦，請當做一個驚喜看待～ 爺爺奶奶人都很好，下次去還會想住這裏😭第一天到急着出門還讓提前入住了，本來衹想放下行李。中午2.00要飯店午休，爺爺怕我們來不及直接開車帶我們到了飯店門口，真的好感動雖然其實自己走過去也就十分鐘但是大熱天的！真的！很舒服。特別推薦一下米津米店這家飯店，每天衹有一個固定套餐，是老爺爺老奶奶一起經營，日語交流沒問題，英語也行，稍微有點困難但真的非常划算且好吃。 小城市感覺大家互相之間都認識，也會和我們聊起來住在森野之類的事，是特別幸福的一場旅途。😊 最後一張是正確的酒店日本電話，應該是，記不太清了可以試一下落地以後進行聯繫，郵件我發過沒有迴音也不知道是不是攜程給的郵箱也是錯了的😤

The hotel is a very traditional hot spring hotel, which is very suitable for checking in and staying in Hitoyoshi as Natsume's Book of Friends. The small street directly opposite is Kagyecho where ”Tateyama Shoten” is located. The rooms are very spacious and Western-style. The breakfast buffet and set menu are all very good, including the specialty honeydew melon. Facing the Kuma River, the ruins of Hitoyoshi Castle are across the river, and the scenery is beautiful!

The room was spacious and very clean, and it even had an open-air bath, making it the best stay. Amenities and a nice basket bag were provided to take to the large public bath. The refrigerator in the room also had two complimentary bottles of premium beer and two bottles of dekopon juice. We were given a welcome drink in the lobby at reception, while listening to an explanation of the hotel and being shown to our room. On the first floor, various famous and aged shochu makers from Hitoyoshi were beautifully displayed, and although it was only available for a limited time, we were able to sample shochu, which I think is great for shochu lovers. The hotel had a calm atmosphere, the flowers were beautiful, and there were no noisy guests, so we were able to spend our time relaxing. This is an inn that I would definitely like to use again.

It is very close to Renji Station, Renji Bridge, Ball Mochuan, and there is also a convenience store next to it, which is very convenient! ! Service: Awesome, the boss is very enthusiastic, and the English is very good, English communication is no problem! !

The hotel decoration for Christmas was superb & beautiful. Initially when we checked in, the passage way at level 2 had an unpleasant musty smell but a few hours later the smell was gone. I think the hotel should look into improving the ventilation & add some aromatic scent. The breakfast spread for 1320 yen was excellent. There were Japanese as well as Western food choices.
