"I always have to ask for an iron and an ironing board when I stay at hotels in Japan. Usually, I can keep them during my stay, but at this hotel, I had to pick them up from the front desk (which is fine with me) and return them after I finished ironing. Because of this, this hotel wasn't very convenient for me. However, I want to highlight a gentleman who went above and beyond: Mr. Chou. He was very kind and helpful throughout. He was outstanding. The way he takes care of guests comes from his heart, not just following the manual. He is a true asset to this hotel. Thank you very much, Mr. Chou."

"The room they booked for me was a large corner unit with twin beds and a window. Perfect for a family trip. It even had a bathtub and hairdryer. There were three convenience stores nearby, and it was right next to the Chudenmae tram stop, which was very convenient. If you're visiting Hiroshima, you can buy a one-day tram pass for unlimited travel on city trams for a day."

Have stayed in toyoko inn in other places before and it never disappoints - whilst simple, i enjoyed the location being ＜5mins walk to the main hiroshima station which is a transport hub for travelling in and out of the city. There is also many food options at the station. Amenities are simple but sufficient with clean facilities. Also love the classic toyoko inn complimentary breakfast which makes the price even more value for money."

"The location is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Hiroshima Station. The hotel has a hot spring bath, which is so relaxing after a day of exploring. Across the street, there's a huge supermarket called Youme that's open until midnight. It's really good value for money, and they even discount food after 8 PM. Getting to Miyajima and the airport is easy, with buses and trams available right at Hiroshima Station. For shopping, it's just a three-stop bus ride to the main shopping district. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time."

I'll stay here again if I visit Hiroshima again. one thing I kinda hate is that the upper bunk stair is too steep. But other than that, all's great!
