If you stay at a business hotel with three families, there are many places to add extra beds to the twin room, but this hotel has an adjacent twin room and a double room in the room connectivity There was a connecting room connected by the gingdoor, so it was very comfortable to stay with family 3 people. The bathroom used a large twin room and the toilet used both. Breakfast buffet was not luxurious, but it was a good content for the price. The hotel parking lot is on the 4th floor ～ 8th floor of EKI City Hiroshima opposite the hotel. Going to 1F by B elevator from the parking lot and going out in front of the hotel. Parking fee is 1,200 yen per night and will be paid at the hotel front desk at check-in. It is not a luxurious hotel, but it is located in a good location to access the station, there is also a parking lot, and the accommodation fee and breakfast fee were cheap, and it was able to stay in a clean and relaxing room. I thought it was a very good hotel considering the cost performance.

The Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel delivers from beginning to end regarding service and location. I had the chance to stay one night in early June before heading next morning to Okunoshima, and it was highly worth it. Next to Hiroshima Station, this location is a must. In addition, the quality of service provided by each member, either at the front desk or Club Lounge, was excellent. Daisuke in the Club Lounge was helpful and went above and beyond to assist during my stay. Regarding the room, I highly recommend booking a Club Level room or suite. The panoramic views of Hiroshima are amazing, but the room is exceptionally comfortable. I had the chance to stay in a suite, approximately 750 sq. ft., which was quite comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was worth it after a long day or walk in the city. I also recommend the spa facilities in the hotel. If you pay around 1,650 Yen, you can use the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and cold bath. This is a great activity to relax and disconnect from reality fully. I enjoyed my time there and would return if I had the chance. Overall, it was a great stay, and thankful for the generosity and excellent customer service provided by the team in this hotel.

The location is really good being right beside Hiroshima Station which allows for easy exploration of the city. They allowed us to store our bags upon arrival and they moved them into our room while we were out sightseeing. Check in was quick and easy and they had a few extra toiletries available at the counter like a face wash, body lotion and milk lotion which were all nice.
The room is a bit bigger than most hotel rooms we stayed in during our time in Japan with access to the bed from both sides. The room was well appointed and had a coffee/tea station, mini fridge, safe, closet, ironing board and quite the alarm clock. The bathroom was nice with a Japanese style toilet and a shower that could get very strong pressure. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning as there was hair from previous guests and the room could use with more thorough dusting as there was quite a bit around the edges like the headboard. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not and we felt our sleep was affected due to this. We were on a high floor and got a good view of the city. Our floor also had a vending and ice machine.
The hotel has a number of onsite restaurants and a very nice lobby area. We didn't try any but would be tempted to try the sky restaurants or rooftop beer terrace if we stayed in Hiroshima longer. The rooftop beer terrace was the most tempting but it is only open during the summer months. After looking at previous reviews we felt the breakfast buffet was a bit pricey and skipped it. There is no shortage of good and cheaper options nearby the hotel.

Review:
Our stay at the Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima was quite enjoyable. The standout feature was definitely the room size - it was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to many other hotels we've experienced in Japan. This extra space made our stay much more comfortable and relaxing.
The hotel's location is another big plus. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to access many of Hiroshima’s-attractions. We found it to be a great base for exploring the city, with good transportation and tourist bus links from Hiroshima station nearby.
The staff were polite and helpful, which added to the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities met our expectations for a hotel of this caliber.
One area where there's room for improvement is the breakfast options. While adequate, we felt the variety could be expanded, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. A wider range of choices would have been appreciated.
Despite this minor drawback, we had a very positive experience overall. The combination of the exceptionally spacious rooms and the convenient location made our stay in Hiroshima both comfortable and efficient. We would recommend the Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto to other travelers, particularly those who value room space and a good location.

Perfect location for the main sights of Hiroshima - we walked to them all from the hotel but if you want to get the loop bus, there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel. Room was well sized and very clean and comfortable although probably a little dated. The view was our room was very special though! A final bonus, a free happy hour for guests on the top floor! Staff were all really friendly :) I would stay here again.

Nest hotel is just five minutes walk from Hiroshima rail station . It is a new and young style hotel. Is large compared with the other I stay stars hotel I stayed. At third floor. Fruit and drinks by walked back to station again . beddings is new and clean the bed is very comfortable. we didn’t hear any train noise from room. They provide free bread and coffee in the lobby.  The room charges is quite affordable definitely we will come back to nest hotel in next visit to Hiroshima.

Hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping . It is quite a walk away from the War Memorial Museum but still manageable. The room is small though and it would not be possible to have 2 large suitcases opened. Opening 2 mid sized cases takes some maneuvering of furniture. Place is clean and pleasant.

About 10 mins walk from Hiroshima station. I stayed in the twin room and it’s possible to open 2 big luggages with some creativity. The pictures of the big onsen are from the male onsen. The female onsen is much smaller and with only 2 wash stations… and the wash stations have no partitions. Just gotta time your baths well. The hotel does not offer Yamato so you gotta take a trek to a convenience store or the actual Yamato store which is about 10 mins away on foot. One of the staff’s attitude was pretty harsh and put her hand out to stop us when we tried to take some amenities form the amenities bar upon check in. Perhaps a simple polite explanation (or maybe just let your guests have extra amenities?) would suffice. There are pretty nice izakayas a short walk away and a laundromat just across the street. Okay for a short stay if you value a laundromat nearby.

GGuest UserThe location could not be more perfect. It's a two block walk to the Atomic Bomb Memorial Museum and Park. It's in the most walkable neighborhood possible with great paths along the rivers for jogging or walking. There are delightful restaurants within two or three blocks: I had vegan one night (Lave), Vietnamese another night, French a third night, Japanese okonomiyaki a fourth night, and Turkish a fifth night! I was disappointed I didn't get to try the Mexican restaurant in the neighborhood but I ran out of nights. While I was staying at WeBase, an entire high school overseas group also stayed there. I did not hear a thing! The rooms seem completely soundproof. I can't recommend this place enough. The staff was super helpful and knew the answer to specific questions I had about services in Hiroshima like where to mail a postcard or buy a suitcase. They let me email them a document to print it off as well. My only suggestion: I wish they had coffee and hot water kettles in the rooms so we could have coffee before we come downstairs to buy it. That said their Americanos were wonderful and their breakfast brioche buns as well.

A little walk on the sidewalk arrives at the hotel, and there is a hotel entrance ahead of the comedy cherry blossoms on the first floor of the same building. The check-in procedure is manned and the adjustment is a type done by the self machine. Incidentally, the slipper is disposable and wifi is down The speed is fast with the up. You can see the congestion situation of the public bath and laundry with the guide around the hotel facilities on the TV screen. Unlike other Viain, there is a large bath on the 10th floor at the Hiroshima Shinkansen entrance, and the door opens automatically when the room card is touched by the leader next to the door. There are 21 lockers in the dressing room, but only 14 can be used for corona. There are 8 washing places in the bathroom in the bathroom, the bathtub of the inner bath is large, 7 people 〜 8 people enter, the open-air bath is about 3 people small, there is no sauna and water bath. It was very clean and comfortable because it was a hotel that had a large bath. Disposable body wash towel shaving brush cotton swab was provided, but there was no tissue. Breakfast seems to be taken with a comedy cherry blossom on the first floor, but this time it was a night stay, so the contents were not confirmed. I was able to spend very comfortable with a beautiful building cherry blossom bath.

GGuest UserThe so-called Japanese-style ”Grand Hotel” with a wedding hall and conference room. The single room is a business specification. The point is that a drip pod is installed in the room. You can drink drip coffee easily, so it's a nice facility. It's about a 5-minute walk to the Shinkansen exit of Hiroshima Station. It's a relatively convenient location, but when it comes to the center of Hiroshima, it's around Kamiyacho from Hachichobori, so I think it's a good choice for motorcycles. The motorcycle can be parked in a covered space between the car and the entrance.

BBBNatNatAlthough the hotel environment is a bit old, it is still clean and tidy. The first thing you notice when you drive into the parking lot is the security guards standing at the door (although they are old, their work attitude is very professional) 👍🏼
Unexpectedly, when I got down to the next floor, another security guard carefully guided me to the next floor. When I parked and got off the car, I realized that the temperature in the basement should be 36-37 degrees🔥🔥🔥🥵🥵🥵, dense It is not ventilated, and even the door handle to enter the hotel is hot to the touch😔😔
Professionalism means that they can still maintain their proper attitude and smile, which is worthy of praise👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🫡🫡🫡

GGuest UserIt only takes about 5 minutes to walk from Hiroshima Station, and I was surprised that the single room bed was so big compared to other hotels. It was very clean and felt like a typical business hotel. I didn't get to eat the free breakfast, but I want to stay there again next time!!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the station, has free wifi and free (Japanese) breakfast. Everything is very clean and orderly. The reception staff were especially helpful and friendly - Ms Haruna went way beyond the call of duty in contacting Japan Rail to help us retrieve a lost bag. I would definitely stay here again.

The problem is: all the rooms 501, 502, 503 are on a 5th floor and there’s is no elevator; so you’ll have to carry up your suitcase. Also, floors 2 to 4 are not part of the hotel, so be aware of the noise if you arrive late at night. And, there’s is no place to or way to keep your luggage after check out (check out is at 10am, so if your next train leaves later during the day of check out; you’ll have to take the luggage with you)

GGuest UserThis is the first time I stayed in this hotel. I was happy to find that the location of the hotel was just amid the heart of the city. You can easily find restaurants, shops nearby and not to mention some historical points. Traveling by trams is also very convenient. Breakfast choice is on the average acceptable.
